How do i know if my photos are restoring from icloud?

Yesterday I got a new iphone 5 and am currently doing an icloud restore. My photos say that 0 of 656 are downloading. Does this mean I will eventually get them from the icloud restore? Or did I lose them?

It should restore just fine.
Just to be clear, iCloud is a sync tool not a backup device. It would be unwise to use iCloud as a sole backup for your photos. Photo Stream only holds photos for 30 days or 1000 photos, whichever comes first and then it deletes the oldest.
If you have iCloud set up on your computer you can use it to retain your photos indefinitely.

If you enabled iCloud backup on your phone in Settings>iCloud, you phone would back up to iCloud every day as long as it's connected to wifi and your charger and the screen is locked. If you aren't backing up to iCloud, your phone would be backed up to your computer every time you synced it with iTunes. You can check by opening itunes on your computer and going to Preferences>Devices and checking on the Backups list.
You would have to be signed into your iCloud account on your computer to check if your phone was backed up to iCloud. The 30 day limit, as I understand it, prevails after you reach one of the prevailing number limits. I've yet to reach one of those limits over the past few years and my PhotoStream is still intact.
However, it's a good idea to move your photos into iPhoto which is your on-disk library. And, this library can be backed up locally, thus, preserving your photos.

They would only be stored in your backup. If they didn't restore properly all you can do is try restoring the backup again.

Photostream in the cloud only keeps photos from the last 30 days (subject to a 1,000 photo limit). When photostream syncs the photos to your device they will stay there (subject to a 1,000 photo limit) until deleted, which means you may well have more photos in your photostream album on your device than there are in photostream in the cloud.
The consequence of this is that if you turn photostream off and on again on your device (or enable it for the first time), it will only be populated with photos from the last 30 days, which may not be all the photos that were previously in the photostream album on that device.

Photos and videos in the camera roll are included in your iCloud backup. Restoring the backup to your new phone will recover them.

You should be importing all pics taken with the iphone to your computer regularly as you would with any digital camera. This is covered in the manual.

Synced from what? Iphone? Ipod? Ipad? other device?
Photos and vids taken with iphone are not part of the sync process at all. You import them as you would with any digital camera.
Contacts will be synced to the program that you chose when setting up syncing (Outlook/Addrss Book).

Again - photos are going into the photostream, but not wirelessly being put into the file on my computer.

To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

You can then download that app on up to five devices, as many times as you want, without buying it again. So deleting an App is not a big problem, you just log into your account in iTunes again, find the app, and instead of showing you a 'BUY' button it shows you a 'DOWNLOAD' or 'INSTALL' button.
If you change the AppleID account you use in your iPad then Apple will think you sold the iPad to someone else, and all the apps with that name will stop working anyway.

iPhoto 9.6 cannot open iPhoto Libraries on CD/DVD. The iPhoto Library needs to be on a writable storage. Copy the iPhoto library from the disk to a folder in your Pictures folder. And then run the iPhoto Library Upgrader on that copy, see this link: iPhoto '11: About the Library Upgrader

There are no rules or guidelines for finding the table but i will share some of the tips used generally.........but i am not sure if we can do it for a tree structure..but try anyways....
Double click on the structure name seen on the F1 pop up window...
in the structure screen, try to analyse the field which is very important something like a key in that set of fields or do the same for the fields which we feel are more important,then click on the domain for that field....once in the domain..click on the "where used list for the domain" on the top...
it will display a pop up -> select only "table" and then press "Tick/OK"..A list will be displayed with the data element and table name ..from this we need to find out the right one we need either by going for text of the table or going through each and every one
It takes time but does the job.....

Try restoring the backup again. Sometimes it's successful the second time. You could also try restoring an older backup. iCloud will have your last 3 backups is you have sufficient storage space in your account.
