How do I move a .fm to another folder without breaking the .book cross-references?

Simplified situation:
I currently have mybook.book containing:
   chapter1.fm
   chap2.fm
   appendixA.fm
   apdxB.fm
I'd like to reorg the files such that mybook.book contains:
   chapters\chapter1.fm
   chapters\chap2.fm
   appendices\appendixA.fm
   appendices\apdxB.fm
If I move the files into folders with Windows Explorer, it will of course break the cross-references. I thought I could simply use right-click Rename on the file enteries within the book in FM to move them, but it won't allow the / or | chars. How can I accomplish this reorg without breaking the cross-references?

Not sure what the problem here is. You need neither a 3rd party plugin nor any MIF editing. Simply do it this way:
Create the required folders (chapters/appendices) within your current book folder
Open the book
Open the chapter files and do a "Save as" into the \chapter subfolder
Open the appendix files and do a "Save as" into the \appendices subfolder
Delete the book file entries and re-fill the book with the newly saved files
Every "Save as..." keeps xrefs intact, including the new path in the document's references. This reqires some steps, yes. But I think it's still better than doing edits to MIF files by someone who is not experienced doing this.
Edit: Sorry, it's not a easy as I thought. I forgot that this is done in several steps, and previously saved files don't recognize path changes of files saved afterwards. So this is no solution.

I have the following Korn Shell Script:

Thus, the -classpath option sees the first argument as a classpath. When I remove the -classpath option, I get a different error, which is another issue:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: au/com/bytecode/opencsv/CSVReader
at com.dtn.refinedfuels.EAIStorageNumbers.main(Unknown Source)
Thoughts or suggestions on how I can get the -classpath option to work with the defined Korn Shell Script variables would be greatly appreciated.

I think you're misunderstanding the classpath argument. This tells java where to look to find your classes. The argument you're supplying looks like the class that you want java to run. Run something like this: java -classpath $MY_CLASS_DIR my.package.MyClass arg1 arg2 arg3.

How do I collect and organize files into a new folder without breaking the links to my media?

I'm new to premiere pro, and learned that I probably should have figured out where to organize all of my files from the beginning, but in the post production phase, I have a bunch of audio and image files sitting all over my desktop, and I'm afraid that if I move them, I'll break the links to all of my media. Files I edited in CS6 Photoshop and Audition are of special concern (considering they get automatically routed to my desktop).
Does anyone know how I can collect all of the files and media that were imported into my project, and and archive them into a folder without breaking the project's links to the original media? Perhaps there's a way to copy all of the files and move them into that folder, so that when I move the originals, I'll still maintain all of the links in the copied version?
I tried using the project manager tool, but received an "unknown error message" each time I ran it.
Any organizational insight would be much appreciated!

was in the second one. thanksDo you want to add the hashmap itself to the hashmap? If so:firstMap.put("someKey", secondMap); should do it. But I suspect you want to add all key/value pairs from the second map to the first, in which case the "putAll" method is what you're looking for. Note that the putAll method will replace the values in the first map with any values with the same key that are in the second map.

I am trying to rearrange my iPhoto 11 folders. Every time I move a photo to a new album it stays in the original folder. If I delete the photo it is gone from both the folder and the album I created. Is there a way to do this. I am trying to separate pictures taken on my iPhone.

First off since we can only communicate via words using the correct words is critical
Folders in iPhoto do not hold photos - folders hold albums or other folders
Albums hold photos
Events hold photos
Alnums and folders are used to organize photos
Alnums are really just pointers to photos in events so any change mad eto a photo in an event, in photo view or in any album it is in is reflected everywhere
If you want to move phots between albums simply drag them
If you want to move photos between events flag them in teh source event and teh select the destination event and add flagged photos to selected event

control-click on the Music folder and select "make alias". drag the alias to your Public folder. you can also just commandoptiondrag the music folder to the Public folder and it will create an alias there directly.

If you export bookmarks to an HTML file then you create a copy of your bookmarks and you edit that copy and you do not affect the original bookmarks.

You can do it manually, but it is much simpler if you use a tool such as Back To My Mac, LogMeIn, or something like that. Those programs enable you to connect to your computer through your router without you having to adjust the router settings manually.

The only way to do that is to export the image to a new file and then re-import it.
It's not really the intended way of working as it uses twice the disk space and is inefficient.
Use Albums instead. A Photo can be in any number of albums and use no extra disk space as it just simply references the image in the Library. Albums can be sorted any way you want - including manaually - and can have image from anywhere in the Library just by drag and drop.

Yeah I've been trying to figure this out as well, for example... my song might be 90 bpm and I want to program another track using midi but have it play at 180 bpm. The only way I've found to work around this is to write my 180 bpm part make a sample of this and then loop this into the 90 bpm song.
