How do I report fake apps?

Back in February, I bought an app called Network Doctor, which has an utterly ridiculous user interface and totally fake features. Apple refunded me upon my request, but didn't do anything to the fake app's developer, GoodCode. Yesterday when I checked out the App Store, I was shocked to see that “Cellphone Optimization Master”, another fake app from GoodCode, was ranked the No. 10 top-selling app here in China.
Now if you look up this app on the US App Store, where it's called iDevice Info - System Activity Monitor, you'd think it's legit, albeit overpriced. On the app's Chinese Store page, GoodCode claims it can: free system memory (which Apple banned in 2009), clean hard drive cache, monitor network activities and block malware, sweep system junk and speed up your iPhone.
My knowledge of the iOS tells me this is complete ********. GoodCode managed to pull this off because they knew the app review team only examines English submissions.
So how do I get Apple's attention? I described all this in details in my refund request, but I don't think Apple's support person read it at all...

I've done this already. I was hoping there was a less well known contact form or an email address of a human that would actually reply. Apple used to be so good at support...

Hi, i just wonder how can i report space ape for making bad game? Their samurai siege constantly have bad coding, one instance where they advice their users to change the device clock to "work around their bugs" and do not advice other of potential harm this could do to the device, leaving quite a few losing their other game progress and work progress. On another instance is how to create a new village. One would assume that you can create the new village if you have new game center, but the server still remember the device if it was once log in. Like atm, i have 1 village on my iphone 5, and im thinking of making a new village on my ipad, but when i installed the game on my ipad, i forgot to log out of the gc, and it continually loading my iphone 5 village on my ipad. I have tried log out, delete, reinstall, etc. one should not have that much trouble trying to get a new village on a new device. Now i have two device logging each other off because of this issue, and still can't get it to give me new village.
This is bad if i log on my friend's phone to check my village, and she can't create a new game because she is stuck with my village, and i can not play mine if she open the app. This is really stupid coding. Not only these two issuse, the company constantly producing new updates, and pay no attention whatsoever on quality assurance. And i'm fed up with it, as they are continually violating apple rules.

I keep receiving fake billing requests from apple. I check my account online without using the email, and it is OK. How do I report this to Apple? I cannot find an apple email address to report it to. Thanks.

The emails appear to be coming from [email protected] which appears legitimate. It includes the large .mac logo. The words: "After a few clicks, just verify the information you entered is correct." seem to me to give it away, as well as the fact that it is NOT my .mac email id -- it's an alias email.
There are also 84 other .mac addresses in the address line. I just thought Apple might like to know that someone is trying to get account information, and I wanted to forward it to them.

How to setup reports in Apps Server 10.1.2.0.0

I know 10.1.2.0.0 does not have oracle reports. I know that 10.1.2.0.2 does have oracle reports. From the docs I have I cannot upgrade 10.1.2.0.0 to 10.1.2.0.2. Is there anyway I can load a new Apps server 10.1.2.0.2 and get it to use the 10.1.2.0.0 meta data and identity infrastructure of 10.1.2.0.0? If this works how would I setup a reports portlet in a 10.1.2.0.0 portal? Anyone have any ideals?

The app Happy Theme Park by Infinidy Corp that was for free download on 7/11 that cons kids to purchase coins in order to play without them realizing they are actually spending BIG money such as a truckload of coins for $99. It appears as if it is a carnival that kids can just play games and to a six year, would be fun but with the quick input of password that lasts for approximately a half hour leaves a child not realizing, plenty of time to purchase without realizing it, thinking it is how it is played. BEWARE!!! a SCAM!! No app should have that kind of cost......

I posted a VERY negative rating on the app and as many other places on the internet warning others of what can happen with this particular app.......but obviously by your experience as was similar to mine, they are still very much in business collecting from unsuspecting players of this game.......on the iPhone explanation of the game, one needs to see the FULL review of what this app requires, that only happens if you go to a PC and look up the app......the limitation on the iPhone/iTouch is unacceptable but is what is happening.

The only thing ever mentioned when having a problem with an app, is to contact the developer. But the developer's website is in Arabic or something. But more importantly, their app was created with the intent to deceive consumers.

The app is listed as a free app with a $9.99 in-app purchase option to purchase the ability to view over 4,000 movies. Upon doing so, you quickly find that what you get instead is a link to IMDB for about 30 movies. That's it. So you get no movies, but instead a wikipedia article on when the movie was created and who starred in it. You don't even get 4,000 IMDB articles, it is all a scam and there appears to be no recourse. The problem isn't a glitch or bug with the app, the app was intentionally made to deceive people from the beginning.
The way the developer is getting around the system is when you first download the app, he tells you to rate his app 5 stars and it will unlock an additional 15 movies. So being a free app, and people's attention spans. Most of the free users do just that and all those 5 stars drown out the 1 star people who actually paid for it, because free users > paid users. Now when the ratings for the app start to fall, the developer just 'updates' the app to a different version and the cycle starts over again with reset stars for the current version. It is a blatent scam and if you read through the reviews, you can see it, but it doesn't matter and there is no hope for a refund.
I know that the money lost is gone for those that bought into it, but there should a way to report this to Apple, but all the articles just say "contact the developer", which naturally is culprit in the first place. Apple's suggestion: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1702

There is an aplication in the App Store which should be there and even isnt paid.

I find this offensive, this application i talk about is a free open source game that SHOULD be paid in the app store in where the "owner" of that application in the app store has nothing to do with it.

My 8 year old son downloaded an app called virtual talk. It was free and had a cartoon character as the profile picture. The "app" began texting inapprorpriate suggestions after my son wrote he was 8 and they told him they were 32. They asked where he lived and if he wanted to "come over to his place". They also said things like "kissing, hands on waist" and "I love you" or "your cute". I think the app should be reported and removed from Apple's app store or, at a minimum, noted it is not intended for children.

A particular app required my email address, with a privicy policy of "won't share under any circumstances unless legally required", then sold my email to publishers. Now they are using Push notifications to send ads. I had to uninstall it to stop them.

How to report an app for auto-dialling premium lines!

I was wondering how I can report an app (or series of apps) to Apple.
To put this in conext, we had been trying to track down a number of premium rate numbers (at £1.53 / $2.30 a pop) appearing on my wifes bill. Eventually we have tracked it down to a series of apps from "eFlashCards, LLC" in the App Store. This morning, we actually saw our son use the "Baby Flash Cards" app and it automatically dial the number - see below. The phone was not signed into iTunes at the time.
These learning apps are designed for toddlers, and it seems that they have been designed badly on purpose (I'm a software developer so I can tell how these things work!) to encourage the toddler to press a banner with pictures of cartoon animals on. When this is pressed the app automatically dials and connects to a premium rate line, without any kind of confirmation or second-level authorisation.
I tried contacting eFlashApps directly to inform them that they may not be aware of this issue (in case they are using an advertising plug-in in their code) which seems to have occured since they updated their apps at the beginning of March, as we vet all apps when first installed and this "feature" was not there originally. They did not reply, and when I posted a message on their facebook wall to let them know, they deleted my comment and did not contact me.
We are also now contacting our line rental provider to inform them too, but I can't see anywhere suitable other than via the "Reviews" section of the app, and if you check iTunes you'll see other people reporting the same thing, but the app is still there.
Any other suggestions please? Although we've now removed the app I'd like to ensure other parents do not fall for this, and in my opinion this is much worse than the recent "in-app purchase" problems reported in the media.
