You will have to use program that allows that kind of appointment/meeting set up - outlook/calendars. And then sync to your phone.

You can't delete the Calendar App. Do a search for Calendar in to iPhone search screen (before the first App screen). You may have placed it in a folder or moved it to another screen.
If you have problems you can use Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. -

Plug your phone into your computer and pull a back up if you have on from itunes.
Also verify you phone is using the correct software 6.1.3 or 6.1.2 Iphones are known for "losing" things when software becomes out of date.
If that doesn't work then I'd advised doing a a factory reset. Make sure you back up your phone to itunes first.

I have a dialog box in Mac OS calendar that says "moving calendars to server account. It has totally locked up the Calendar app. I have forced quit, restarted the Mac as well as Calendar but I can't use Calendar at all. How can I restore Calendar?

I have an ipod touch 64GB. I have 3,146 songs, 3 videos, 106 photos and 1 app. The capacity of my ipod is 58 GB (I guess the remainder is the OS), It says I have 7.6GB remaining. When I look at my ipod on Itunes on my laptop the bar at the bottom shows a huge amount of storage space is taken up by Apps. I don't have any apps apart from the ones which came with the ipod touch which I cannot erase and wouldnt really want to. I am baffled why it says so much storage has been taken up by Apps! Please help me!!!
Connect the iPod to your computer and look at the storage used by the various categories as shown in the colored bargarph in iTunes.
Come back with the results.
An "other" larger than about 1 1/2 GB usually indicates that the "other" includes corrupted files. Usually restoring from backup eliminated the corrupted files. However, sometimes restoring to factory settings/new iPod is required.

I used to have a Custom choice that allowed me to select day or date for repeat. Where is it?
I don't believe there is such a custom repeat option with the iPhone's Calendar app, but if you are syncing calendar events with a supported calendar app on your computer or syncing calendar events over the air with an email account that supports it with an option to create such a custom repeating event with the online calendar, set up the custom repeating event there.

How did the Amex App access my location without asking for permission first?
I just downloaded the Amex App and started using it, put in my info and logged in. Checked balances and things then logged out. After going to my settings I noticed Amex was turned on under Location Sevices and that it had accessed my location earlier. It did not ask me if I allow or not when I was logging in the App earlier. This is the first time that my location was accessed without permission from any app or safari. I realize once you allow the permission it doesn't ask again, but in my case I just downloaded the app and used it the first time. Is this how some apps may do it, without permission? I thought Apple was big on these kinds of things?

How can I delete places in the map app that came with the iphone5s
I Was in the map app playing around and by mistake entered some places that I do not want. I've tried everything to delete them, but cannot find a way to clear them. I have even dropped a pin on one of the places and now I cannot remove the pin. I tried reporting a problem with the place that I dropped the pin and it reported it to Apple. The more things I try, the worse it gets! Please help me get rid of the places and the pins!!!!!!

A red pin shows up when you have typed something into the search box at top. The red pin identifies the location of what the search results is.

Press the HOME button, then launch the calendar app.
Double-press the HOME button, then tap the screen image of the calendar app.

If they are the grey discs which came with the iMac, then they will be machine specific and will not work on the MBP anyway. You will need to purchase a retail copy of Snow Leopard from the Apple Store for about $29 and upgrade from that. I presume your MBP is Intel and not G4.

How do I create a recurring event for the second Monday of every month?
I want to create a recurring event. It's an event that occurs the second and fourth monday of every month. I'd be happy to split this into two events if need be. The Custom repeat setting allows me to make the event occur every two Mondays. But some months have 5 weeks, so I need exactly, the second monday of every month.
(It's a bit annoying that things like this are so hard to do on iCal when MS Outlook does them so easily!!!)Hi,
You can do this using the custom repeat in iCal. You'll need two events to cover the second and fourth Mondays.
Create the event on the second Monday of the month. In Repeat select Custom... > Frequency: Monthly > On the: second Monday.
Do the same for the Fourth Monday.
