How do I set up mail merge to print envelopes

I want to be able to make a data of my address' so I can print envelopes without retyping every address every month.  Would I be doing a mail merge in numbers or pages and if so how.

Using Pages '09 and Numbers '09, I have done this, and it worked pretty well, but it really involves a fair amount of work to duplicate the envelope printing function that is already built in to the Address Book (or Contacts in newer versions).

    There is no time limit in Firefox 4+ versions for the history.<br />
    Firefox determines automatically how many pages can be kept without affecting the performance.<br />
    You can see the current value via the reads-only pref places.history.expiration.transient_max_pages on the about:config page.

    If you lose the history then make sure that you do not use Clear Recent History to clear the browsing history.<br />
    Also make sure that you do not have cleanup software that might clean up files in the Firefox Profile Folder.

    Kodak has a firmware upgrade to allow a version of air printing via a third party service, google docs I think. You can e-mail documents to your printer, or you can set up a hardwired printer as a local print server and send them to that.
    Or you can look into an app. I have that same model of printer and use Print n Share and it works fine...slow but fine. I didn't go for the firmware cloud printing simply because I didn't want yet another online account.

    Is it a BizHub? If so, use the booklet printing from the Koncia driver.
    If it's like the one I have, click the Printer button at the bottom of InDesign's print dialog, then choose Layout/Finish from the drop down menu, and booklet from there.
    One thing to note: with this method, leave your paper size the same as one page of your document.

    "down lighted"?  Do you mean grayed out?  If so, the go to Settings and check to be sure restrictions are not turned on.  They need to be off.

    It depends on what you are looking for.
    If you just want to send an email to a group of people, then you can do that with Mail.app.
    If you want to have a customized email, for example, with customized fields for the salutation, for example, then there is no way to get Mail.app to do that.
    It is possible to set up Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to do this (i.e., the mac versions): you can have a database in Excel of recipients or other fields; a letter in Word that has the customized fields for the recipients and other variables, and have that letter go out as email via Outlook. The disadvantage is it's not very straightforward to set up (like everything else in Office. Plan on having a long weekend free to try to get it set up and running), and you have to use Outlook as your default email program on your mac.

    Then you just need to get the email client settings for their service (from their web support site, or just call their tech support).  Use that to setup the email account on the iPhone.  Then, find out from virginmedia what steps you need to set your POP account to "leave messages on server" and set that up.  Now, your messages will appear on both devices, regardless of which one reads them first.
    You might also want to check how much mail storage space you get with your account.  Since you will be leaving messages on the server, once you've read them, be sure to make a habit of clearing out your inbox periodically so your account does not fill up.  You can always archive them on your computer from time to time, when convenient, then remove them from the server.
