How do I start Using Mail API ?

As you can guess, I have never used MailAPI before. I always thought its just another pkg and I can directly use it when I would need.
But It doesn't seems to be the case. It is too wast (or may be I am just afraid).
At present All I want is sending Some Mails in HTML format using an Existing POP Server (which I access via Outlook Express).
Any Help ?

I am currently using Thunderbird (Version 3.04) as my email application. I would like to start using Mail. I would like to import the email accounts and My Folders from Thunderbird into Mail. First of all, can I do that? If so, how?
I tried the File import mailbox in Mail but it just keeps spinning and I evenually have to Force Quit Mail.
I would like to start using Mail because I am using Safari and I would like to be pure Apple.
Please advise how I would specifically transfer everything from Thurderbird into Mail.

Did you first Export the mailboxes from Thunderbird? I think that it makes a CVS file. That is what you import into the Mail.app.

You must activate it by syncing it to iTunes on a computer. An Apple Store can do it for you - or anybody with a computer that meets the minimum requirements and has iTunes 10.2 on it can activate it for you.
If you have someone else activate it, bear in mind that when you do finally sync to your computer, iTunes is going to tell you that all content will be erased because you already set it up on another computer with another iTunes library. Your iPad will sync to one iTunes library only. That is way they are designed to perform.
You CAN transfer any purchases that you make on the iPad to your iTunes library when you perform your first sync with your own computer, however, and I would strongly suggest that you do that when you get the chance.
If you do set it up with another computer, I would keep the purchases and downloads to a minimum so that keeping all of your data is not a big problem when you finally sync to your own PC.

During installation wizard asked you about password for SYS and SYSTEM user, you had to set it. If you forgot you can loggin to ORACLE via SQL plus without password:
c:\>SQLPLUS / sys as sysdba
after connect you can set new password for any user, for example (SYSTEM user):
ALTER USER SYSTEM identified by NEW_PASSWORD;
After this you can login to APEX (Internet enviroment)
Remember Oracle it's not only Internet frontend, it's huge tools with many functions. If you need study Oracle you need many time and zest but it is worth-while.

Is Mail still "spinning"? If it's been doing that for a while, I'd kill it, using either Activity Monitor or the OS X application picker. Then relaunch Mail and see what happens.
Two "by the ways":
1) Your system details mention an PPC iMac. Since a non-Intel Mac can't run OS X 10.6, you seem to have another Mac. You might want to consider updating your system details.
2) You seem to have been misled by the poor labeling of the message composition fields on this forum into trying to enter your entire post into the "subject" field. In the future, just enter a summary of your post there and the main text into the field below it.

Photos on the phone in the DCIM folder are those located in the camera roll. Photos that are synced to the phone from the computer cannot be accessed in this manner. They are synced and the only way to manage them is to connect the phone, go to the photos tab and un-select the folders you want to remove or go into the folder photos are located in and remove the photos you no longer want to sync. Then sync the phone and the photos will be removed.
