Ok my virus protection, I use Kaspersky, is detecting a packer every time I try to load Farmville on Facebook. This results in the game reloading over and over again. These pop up quickly with about blank in the address but nothing else. The path for this leads to Firefox...C:\Users\Toshiba\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\yipb6gme.default\Cache\C\4D\C1121d01. This was the last one shown in the list. It's a Swf2Swc. Today I have 24 at various times with 2 to 3 each time I tried to load Farmville. When my virus protection stopped them Farmville reloaded so I was never able to actually get into it.
How can I stop these.

You may have installed the "VSearch" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Back up all data before proceeding.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

I am getting pop ups that cover 3/4 of my screen These pop ups can be for gaming sites or advertising tool boxes. all and anything can be popping up.It usually happens with my local newspaper in Australia but the sites are overseas. If I go to a gaming site like Slingo which is in the USA I realise I have to allow the pop ups as they help pay for the free games.Their pop up do not interfere with what you are doing whereas the ones I am getting most certainly do.My pop up blocker is turned on but these are getting past it somehow. It was so bad I had to resort to IE and I loathe IE.

Stop the constant pop-ups telling me to get Firefox 5. Something I use all the time is not compatible with it so I do not want 5.0. I get a box about every hour.

Actually there are two things I use a lot that are not compatible with Firefox 5. I did switch to it and discovered the big problem, so I had to go back to my previous Firefox. One of them that I use constantly for my passwords is Roboform -- I don't remember which one but one of the most recent. I get a box in the middle of my computer about once an hour saying that I should switch to Firefox 5. It is driving me CRAZY. How can I make it stop?
Also, who has to make Roboform and Firefox 5 compatible?

Every add-on developer is responsible for updating their add-on as Mozilla releases new versions of Firefox. Check with Roboform for an update for their Firefox add-on.

ACR has worked with every 4.0 extension that I have tried it with on Firefox 5.0 - but there may be some add-ons where it won't work, and the add-on has to actually be modified by the original developer.

How do you stop document tab pop-ups?

When I move my cursor over a document tab that is too short to show the whole filename, a pop-up appears with the full filename. The pop-up covers most of the tab, making it harder to click on it. I'd like to turn off this feature. I don't see anything in Preferences to do that. Is it possible?

Think this is how to disable info baloons.
Open Windows Explorer>Tools>Folder Options>View tab
Under Advanced Settings, scroll down to the last item "Show Pop-up
description......." and uncheck it. Click Apply and OK.

How do I stop the notification pop-up that 'Only secure content is displayed' that comes up nearly every time when I move to a new web page?

This notification pop-up appears almost every time I navigate to a new page which is really annoying when I am trying to study my university subjects online.

Firefox used to have a warning somewhat like that, but now a mix of secure and insecure content is indicated by a "globe" icon instead of a padlock icon next to the URL. The insecure content is not actually blocked.

It is possible you have an extension that blocks insecure content and displays that message? You could check the following tab, and use the Options button to see whether you can change the behavior:

From the mention of the issue, I suspect you are working with Premiere Elements 13/13.1.
Assuming Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.
If so, delete or disable the OldFilm.AEX file.
