    Hi silverk,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand the need for all of your calendars to be up to date across all of your devices and how frustrating it can be when they are not syncing as you would expect. In this situation I would suggest reading over and using the attached article for troubleshooting.

Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

  • How do I sync iTunes music on a Macbook Pro to a PC via iCloud?

I have a Macbook Pro with all my music files on - I have recently upgraded my software to iOS5 and I am running Lion.
I have synced my iphone to my Macbook Pro via iCloud, but I would also like to sync my wife's PC laptop (Windows Vista) to my Macbook Pro, again for the music files - I have downloaded iCloud and iTunes on her PC with my Apple ID.
I was wondering if anyone knows how I go about syncing these two devices as I can't fathom out how to do it!

You don't use iCloud for this. You do it with iTunes.
On your iPhone 4s you need to use the same Apple ID for the iTunes Stores that you use on your Macbook Pro. Your iCloud ID can be different for syncing calendars, mail, etc. but in the iTunes stores on your phone, it needs to be the same Apple ID that you bought the apps/music with.

  • How do I sync my iPad with my MacBook 10.5.8? (I do not have lion)

I have the latest os installed on my iPad, but my MacBook is v 10.5.8, I have been trying to sync the two for days and nothing is working it is extremely frustrating! I have iCloud installed on my iPad and I do have an iCloud account set up. However, iCloud doesn't seem to work on my MacBook because I'm not using Lion. Is there any way that I can sync these two devices?

    quest has changed their system
Then make the same server changes to your quest email account on the iPad.

  • How do I sync Iphone 5 to new MacBook Pro without deleting what's on iPhone?

I just purchased a new MacBook Pro and I have an iPhone 5 that has been synced with my PC.  When I try and sync the iPhone with the new MacBook ti tells me that it will erase what is on the iPhone and replace it with what is on the MacBook.  I want to sync all that is on the iPhone with the MacBook and not delete what is on the iPhone.
How do I do that without loosing any music, emails, photos, calender appointments, etc.?
Thank you for the help in advance.

A device can only sync with one library at a time.  Ideally you transfer the library from the PC to the Mac so it is still syncing with the same library.
iTunes: How to move [or copy] your music [library] to a new computer [or another drive] - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527 - a somewhat bewildering and not always easily understandable set of options.
Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings:  Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive.  Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the iTunes Library.itl file in the moved iTunes folder.
For the record there's this reference for iTunes 11 but it really doesn't strike me as having the specifics you need. iTunes 11 for Mac: Move your library to another computer - http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12168
Windows users see tip at: https://discussions.apple.com/message/18879381
If you put it in the default location of Macintosh HD > Users > *User Name* > Music  then you don't even need to start with the option key held down, iTunes will automatically look for it there.  (Make sure there isn't anything already in the iTunes folder there that you want to keep since you will be replacing it with the one you are moving.)
If you don't have the library anymore then it gets messy.  You will have to use third party software to transfer the phone contents to the Mac and rebuild your library there so its content matches that of the old library so you are syncin the content back to the phone.
Some of the information below has subsequently appeared in a document by turingtest2: Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991
Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1848 - only purchases from iTunes Store
For transferring other items from an i-device to a computer you will have to use third party commercial software. Examples (check the web for others; this is not an exhaustive listing, nor do I have any idea if they are any good):

  • How do I sync contacts from iPhone to macbook pro OSX 10.9.4?

I wish to transfer my contacts from my iPhone to my macbook pro. I use system 10.9.4. Apparently I have to use iCloud.

You can sync contacts from between your iPhone and Mac using iCloud.
Setup instructions >  Apple - iCloud - Learn how to set up iCloud on all your devices.
Apple gives you 5GB's of free storage.

  • How to move photos from iPad 2 to macbook pro

I have taken pictures with my Cannon 6D and loaded them onto my IPAD 2 using the SD card adapter for that purpose. I can not find a way to move them to my MacBook Pro. IPHOTO  does not recognize the file and wiil not import them.

Thank you for responding. I got the pictures moved with Image Capture.  The method you suggested may work and is interesting as a backup for when I travel.  I just don't know how to accomplish it. I see I can copy & print pictures, but I don't find a menu item to move them. I also don't have a wi fi flash drive to experiment with. Is there a link where I can read up on the process?  Terry

  • How do i Sync Notes from iPhone to MacBook Pro?

In Lion I connected my iPhone to my MacBook Pro and then it auto sync Notes to my e-mail account.
Now after I got Mountain Lion it's not auto sync of Notes anymore and I wonder what I must do to achieve this?
What's on Notes today are old notes that I had before I'v got the Mountain Lion.
I'm not excited to go via iCloud, but if there is another detour I have to bite the sour apple.

If you dont mind me asking, why dont you wnt to do this with iCloud (it couldnt be any easier) -System preferences/icloud/ check Notes.
