How do I transfer the music from computer to ipod
Just got ipod and have NO idea how to transfer the music from itunes and lime wire to my ipod? There are no promps to explain? Lime Wire is shown in the itunes library. I feel so stupid? Please help!
It is always better to transfer the music via iTunes, once you have music files showing in the library of the iTunes, connect your iPod with your computer, and a window will pop up and ask you to register your iPod with the iTunes, then just follow the instruction.

That is correct. The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The only exception is itunes purchases.
Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -

- You can only sync an iPod to one iTunes library/computer. You can however, manually manage music and videos among different libraries.
Go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions.

You'll need to copy the music from the old iPod back to iTunes first before you can transfer it to your new iPod. If you have items from other sources (ripped CD's, etc.) on the phone, you can't transfer those without purchasing 3rd party software.
Restore the backup of your old computer or just copy the data from the old computer to the new one. -

You want to transfer the music from your iPod to her iTunes library or her account? If it's the latter (her Apple ID), then it's not possible as purchases made under one Apple ID are permanently attached to that ID.
