How do I zoom in on a certain part of a video?

I am new to premiere pro CS6 and I need to know how I can zoom in on a certain part of a video, by a certain part I don't mean zoom the whole video, just a part of it. For example if I have a BF4 clip and I want to have the main game play running but at the same time have that amount of ammo zoomed in on running in the same frame. How can I do this ?Just like in this picture I quickly edited in Photoshop. as you can see the ammo is much larger than the rest of the game.

Main video on video track 1.
Copy of main video on video track 2. Use the Motion Property in the Effects Panel to zoom in, apply the crop effect and adjust, then adjust its location over the main video using the Motion Property. You can also adjust its transparency if so desired.

Yes.
If you want to see the zoom, use the Rotate, Crop, Ken Burns Tool and select the Ken Burns effect. You can set the starting and ending rectangle for your zoom.
If you want to go directly to the zoom, use the Rotate, Crop, KenBurns Tool and select Crop. Set the rectangle to be where you want the zoom.

I use to be able to see zooming scale before in this part of screen but now when I am zooming it doesnt show it any more...

How do I stretch or flare a certain part of a picture like holding a fish to make it look like a comet? I done it once but do not know how I did it.

I created a stretch of a fish I was holding, but do not remember how I did it. I did it just trying to learn photoshop elements 11. The head stayed normal, but from the gills back I stretched it all the way to side of pic. Any help would be appreciated.

Simply select the rectangle. Use the gradient tool to draw a gradient from one end to the other. Likely is white to black like below.
Open the gradient panel. Right-click on one end stop. Add to swatches.
I add gradients to the swatches to make it easy to update/change.
Double-click on the new swatch. You'll get the following dialog box:
Change to CMYK.
Change one end stop.
Change the other:
I didn't rename it, but I do in practice.

I would like to have links at certain time stamps within my video (which is a recording of my screen I did not use Power Point), this way I can call out important points and the viewer can go straight to them. Is this possible in Adobe Presenter 9?

Yes but you will have to create some custom JavaScript to do this.
Also you should be aware that the "Required" property is only processed when the form is submitted to a scripted web page or "mailto:" process.

Color correcting certain parts of a video

Hello,
I am sorta new to Premiere, having come from Final Cut pro. I have a video that has spots that neec color correction. How do I correct those spots, without correcting the whole video?
Any help is appreciated.

I would suggest doing that in After Effects, not Premiere.
-Import your footage and create a new composition.
-Create an adjustment layer with your corrections (color corrector, curves, etc)
-Draw a mask around the region you want the color correction to actually show up. The rest will be unaffected by the correction.
You can create as many seperate adjustment layers as you want to correct each spot within your frame.
Then export the footage and bring it back into Premiere (or use dynamic linking if your machine can handle it).
If you don't want to use AE or don't have it -- you can follow a similar process in Premiere.
-Select the clip you want to add correction to and make a copy of it. Place it on the track above your original clip.
-Apply your color correction effects to the clip on the top track. Initially it will apply to the full frame and that's OK.
-Once you are done with making corrections apply a Garbage Matte to the top clip (four-point garbate matte, eight...sixteen...whatever).
-Adjust the matte to the shape of the area you want to correct.
(note: to edit the garbage matte points, you have to select the effect in the Video Effects panel)
You should be left with a color corrected region defined by the matte itself. Just repeat until you have all the different areas corrected.

Flash Player disallows certain parts of games, videos, etc. to be clicked on.

My Flash Player, which is updated to date, has ran into some problems recently. How can I listen to only the audio part of a video?

I have the iPod Touch 4th Gen with 6.0 software. Sometimes I prefer to listen to movies or TV Shows instead of watching them, and I want to be able to turn the screen off while the video is still playing to save battery power. I've tried turning it off to standby then double clicking home and using the multitaskbar techniques but it just won't work! Is this even possible for this kind of software?

You can achieve this by using the rectagle tool. You can create a rectangle and place it in the background and change the fill color of the rectangle to "None".
It will make the rectangle transparent and you can also add a hyperlink to it.
If you want to have different hyperlinks to different pages (like you mentioned you want to be linked to next page) then you should not use Master pages as you need to add these rectangles to the pages and not master pages.
If you add the rectangles on Master Page then you can only add one link to it and that will not solve the purpose. And if you use Master page and add rectangle to page then the Rectangle will always be above the Master page content (Master page content is by default in the background and cannot be brought up).
Another option is to add rectangle to master page background and duplicate your master page to create multiple copies of it. After that you can add required links to the rectangles in the master page and associate the pages to the corresponding Master pages.

PE10:How can I limit a transition to just part of the video

I want to limit the page peel transition to affect the portion of the video screen that depicts a screen showing a slide presentation. The slide show does not show up on the video, so I have to overlay the screen with images from the slide show & want the transitions to affects just that part of the screen.
I can’t seem to limit the transition with a matte.

Great news!
That is sort of like the workflow in PrPro, where one would create a Sequence (think of a mini-Project, in a Project), then edit with the desired Transition, and then Nest that Sequence into a new one, where the PiP would be created from it. In PrE, there are no Sequences, so no Nesting, but you got around that by editing in a Project, then Exporting/Sharing, to then Import into another Project. More than one way to "skin a cat."
Steve G. always has some great workflow modifications, to get most things to work in PrE. Those suggestions are always greatly appreciated.

Can someone clarify why this is for me?

We can't know. Your post is completely devoid of any useful info like system specs, version of AE, render settings, comp settings, effects and footage used and whatnot. you have to do a million times better if you expect answers to your problem.

Basically I want to know how I can cut out a certain part of a video and then put it onto another video, for example someones face onto someone else body.

Neither is exactly what you want to do, but the techniques are the same. You just need to read between the lines a little bit.
Now, your video source files can help you get really close, or can get squarely in the way. It might help for you to tell us what your video source files are. Be VERY specidic, as .AVI is but a wrapper, and doesn't tell us anything.
If you have AfterEffects, it will also give you much more power, but it can be done in PrP.
