    If you use the Mail App and configure a Yahoo account you can then select up to 5 pictures from the Photo App and mail them as a single e-mail.

    If the calendar is on iCoud.com, all you would need to do to get it on your phone is go to Settings>iCloud on your phone, sign into your iCoud account and turn Calendars on.  The iCloud calendars will then download to your phone.

    When you move your mouse or finger on a trackpad, you control a pointer (also known as a cursor) that moves across your screen. The pointer allows you to select and interact with the various items on your screen, including selecting files, clicking buttons, dragging sliders, and so on. Sometimes the pointer may look like a hand, a crosshair, an I-beam, or another icon, depending on what you're doing and the application you're using.
    For example, if you're using Safari to view this webpage and move the pointer across it, notice that it turns into an I-beam when you move it over text or a text field. When you see this, you can usually interact with the text or field below it. When you move the pointer over a button or link, the pointer turns into a hand, letting you know that you can click on the item.

    What do you want to achieve? Do you really want to create a copy of an image, and thus create a second copy of the master image file? You will waste disk space this way.
    Usually you would create new versions of an image, if you want versions with different adjustments. Versions do not require much additional disk space. But all versions of an  image have to be in the same project. To create a new version: Main menu bar -> Photos -> Duplicate Version
    To create a copy of an image in another project (and to waste the space ) drag the image to another project while holding down the option key. This will create a copy in the other project.
    Sofar nobody here could come up with a good reason why one would want to create a copy. I am curious what in your workflow requires you to do that. Would you mind to tell us?

    Some images are copy-protected.
    If all else fails, you can make a screen shot of the image: 
    With the image visible in your browser, press CMD-Shift-4 and your cursor will change to crosshairs.
    Position the cross hairs at one of the corners of what you want to copy and drag to the opposite corner, then release the mouse. An copy of the image will be saved to your desktop.
    You can now edit and use this image.
    Be sure to respect copyrights.

  • Copy and Paste not working in the apple email app

    I have an iPhone 3GS and copy and paste works fine everywhere else. For some reason, copy and paste will not function in the email app. Is this normal? When advertising copy and paste, Apple's website describes being able to copy and paste in email. I understand that paste shouldn't show up when reading a received email, only copy or select. But I am getting no options. The weird thing is, if I double tap a word or paragraph, the highlighting tool shows up. I am able to adjust what text is highlighted with the "bars." But once I take my finger off the highlighting tool, no option menu pops up. The text remains highlighted with no ability to click copy. Also, the highlighting tool only appears if I double tap. If I hold my finger down, a magnifying glass appears with a curser (but no keyboard b/c it is a received message) yet if I take my finger off, a "select" or "select all" doesn't appear. Clearly something has to be wrong right, otherwise why would I be able to highlight text? Anyone else have this issue/ know how to fix it / suggested troubleshooting tips?

    copy&paste does behave differently in mail than other apps... i have found that if you hold for the magnifier to appear then slightly drag left and let go you then get the select button...
    while in other apps just tapping grabs the selection... it's def. different in mail but it is there!

    iPad2 - I have a shared folder on a computer and i use an app called FileBrowser to access it...that all works fine...when i nav to the shared folder in FB app, i touch a file i want to save, then it gives the option to copy it...when i selecrt copy, it says to browse to the folder you would liek to copy the file to and tap the action toolbar button to paste...
    So I do not know how to create a folder much less paste it...please advise....

    3. In one shot, i only successful copied 35 lines.
    How can i manage to copied all line items into PO items in one shot ?
    Is it possible to copied the excel line items into PO screen line item more than what we can see in the screen ?

    No, it can't! So far in the current version of mySAP Business Suite you can not do it when you create any document, you only can copy the line items as mush as the screen can display! you said you can copy 35 items, I thought your screen resolution must be bigger than 1024X768 (it's my screen resolution)!
    So I hope maybe SAP AG can solve the problem in the future, then we can copy the items as mush as we want!

The entries are all jumbled and instead of being organised into columns all data has been entered row by row under the first column. To save me time is there a way for me to select all entries beginning with a certain word so that I can copy and paste them all into seperate columns? I hope that makes sense.

    See item 29 on this page. Choose 'Tab Delimited' as your export style and save a file with .tsv as the extension. Then drag that file into Numbers wherever you want it. You can also open the .tsv file in a text editor, command-a to select all, command-c to copy, click once in a Numbers cell, and command-v to paste.  The results should be aligned in separate columns.

    I down loaded a State form that I edited for our purposes, with permission to do so. I used Acrobat XI to edit and create the forms. The original docs were in Acrobat 1.4 and 1.6 format. I have saved as optimized for 8 & above and then saved as extended. This form is both an application and permit on one page. I need for the applicant to sign the form. I cannot get the sign to work. in readers 9 and 10. I do not have a copy of reader 8. If I apply password protection I then cannot sign in Reader 11. Thank you

    I Think I am going to have to give up.
    I have been at this for over a week now. I edited added/changed a 1.4 form and a 1.6 form with XI standard.  Got them close to what I wanted and converted them with Xpro to 8 and up compatibility so that I could get applicants to sign them. I then further refined what I wanted and saved both forms with Xstandard. I would have preferred the new version of the signatures but was willing to accept the quick sign of the 8 and above. It did take me awhile to realize that they are separate and not compatible. It looks like I should be able to have an applicant sign the form in X+ and only lock up pertinent fields. After reviewing and making sure address, and the like are correct, I can sign the permit and have it read only after signing.
    The problem is that I am not able to protect (from someone stealing it from me)  the form with a password. And once I have added the signature boxes in X+ the forms are not signable in many manner with readers.
    What I am seeing is: When trying to get 8+ quick signable with readers, when checking properties, it says it is version 1.7 when you check to see what you are able to do under document properties, it says “signing: not supported”.
    And when I try and add the “signature” box for the 10+ after saving, as other… reduced size and the saved as 10+.  All I see when saved is that it is still in 1.7 and not signable with the full signature.

    Hi - I have received lots of emails with photos from a recent party, but I cant seem to select them and save them into iphoto as a group - so far I have been selecting them one by one, but I am getting a bit weary of that! I am sure there a faster way.... any ideas?

    When you're in Mail, click and hold on the Save button and it'll bring up a drop down showing all the photos that are attached to that particular email message. Then choose the "Add to iPhoto" option. Should save you a lot of time.
