On an Ipod Touch: Settings/ICloud/Storage&Backup. Total storage 15 GB, Available 14.1 GB. I hit change storage plan/downgrade options/ put in my pw, and checked 5 GB Free. It says currently used: Less than 1 GB. The DONE button doesn't work but there's a check next to 5GB. If I close out of it altogether; hit the off button and go back in it says current plan 10 GB $20 a year. I bout it in February, I don't expect a full refund, but I do expect it to recognize that I want a downgrade and a prorated refund. READ MY LIPS: DOWNGRADE. Help!!!

Try these two ways to fix the iPhone (in order). If neither works, you would have to take it to the store.
1. Reset the iPhone. Hold the on/off and home buttons togehter for about 10 seconds. If it works, you'll get the Apple logo and then something good should happen.
2. Try recovery mode as described here:

If one of these work, you can then re-introduce the iPhone to Find My iPhone by doing Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone = "On" on the device.

"Devices" doesn't show up in my iTunes lefthand side list. I have WiFi and the Apple TV (1st generation) has been connected successfully. I want to sync some photos. The lastest software has been downloaded in both iTunes on my computer and on the Apple TV. I have turned everything off and back on again. It was listed at one time way back when....
I did get a new computer . Under iTunes>edit>preferences, there was no check box for Apple TV, Devices or search for Apple TVs.

How do you get the iMac to recognize the keyboard?

Hi guys, I received a used iMac and never really used one before. I am not sure what the model is, from the pictures on wiki it could be iMac G5 or after that.
I have a problem, does the keyboard (and mouse) need something to work with the iMac? Some receptor hooked on it? Because they are working, the green light goes on, but they are not being reconized by the mac. I attached a normal mouse via USB and this one works.
Also, is there like a "windows explorer" so I can see what files are on the mac now and what letter the external drive I wanna hook up will be assigned? Thanks .))

Are you sure it's actually shuffling the songs (i.e. the list of songs play in a different order each time through the list)?
You may need to re-order this playlist in iTunes as resync it to your device.

First of all do you Mount or Unmount the card from the settings menu before pulling the card out of its slot? Make sure that the option Mount is greyed out in you settings menu when the card is in the phone. If not select it. If you pull the card out of the phone select Unmount first. You can also try formatting the card from the same settings menu. If these two things do not work, then either the card is defective or the card hardware slot is defective.

Once pictures are moved from your camera to your iPad (using the camera connection kit), how do you get the photos off of the iPad? They do not show up in my photo stream or my iCloud. I am able to see any photo I took on the iPad using the iPad camera (in iTunes, photo stream, or when I open windows explorer and browse the iPad director), however I cannot see any photos transfered from my camera to the iPad. The camera connection kit must have put my photos in a directory I cannot get to and cannot sync.
