How do you go back and read email messages moved to untitled 1

Are you using Gmail? There is no "untitled" folder in my 3 mail accounts on the iPad so I am making an assumption here. If you are using Gmail, here is their help site.

Message inbox - how do you seperate work and personal emails w/enterprise activation

I just got a blackberry tour and am switching from a non-blackberry pda.  on the tour all my work emails are flowing directly into the main message inbox but unfortunately so is all the email from my 3 other personal emails.  additionally each of the personal emails has its own inbox but i can't seem to be able to break my work email out into its own inbox at least. i understand the benefit for some having everything flowing thru one box but i don't like to even think about personal emails while i am trying to work. with all the spam that still gets thru, is just awful not being able to seperate them out.
i have been cruising thru this support site and seen some notes about it not being possible to do on other models, and yet possible on older models? and if you are using enterprise (no) versus pop (yes).
Is it STILL true that this can't be managed so enterprise mail goes into its own folder?   if so, i have to return this device. (((

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
FYI -- The issue is irrelevant to the device model.
By default, BES email is put only into the Messages icon/app. BIS emails are placed into their own icons, but they remain contained in the main Messages app. This is how it works by default. It is not redundant -- rather, think of Messages as the catch-all place, with the independent BIS icons being a filter, pulling (from Messages) to them only the messages that pertain to them...but if you act on an email (read, delete, etc.) in one, the change will be reflected in the other.
Your BES Admin can push a BES-only email icon to your device. This solution is free, but must be conducted at the BES server, and will affect all users on that BES server.

Or you can get the Empower BES Inbox application (if they have a version compatible with your specific BB). This solution costs (per user), but does not require a change at the server, and only affects the one user.

Neither solution will do anything about Messages -- it will continue to contain everything that it today contains. All they will do is activate an additional icon on your homescreen that is a filter for your BES-only emails. You can hide or move the Messages icon/app somewhere out of the way, but beware -- there are more than just emails that arrive in Messages...there will come a day when you have a new message flag and only by digging through Messages will you be able to find that message.

How do you send information about whether you've received and read a message on messages?

Apparently there is a feature where you can either show or hide when you are sending information about whether you have read a message and when you are typing. Where can I access these features?

You will see a checkbox for "Send Read Receipts"
When you have the iMessages account as the Listed/highlighted Account.
You can also Auto reply with the Away Message in any other account (Mostly AIM based)
Go to Messages > Preferences > Messages section and tick the box at the bottom "Auto Reply with My Away Message"
Of course you have to set an Away Setting (with or without a Messages) for it to be sent. (it is better though of you choose or create an actual message)

Quit Mail. Force quit if necessary.
Back up all data. That means you know you can restore the Mail database, no matter what happens.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar. Paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V, then press return.
A folder window will open. Inside it there should be files with names as follows:
Envelope Index
ExternalUpdates.storedata
Move those files to the Desktop, leaving the window open. Other files in the folder may have longer names that begin as above. Move those files, if any, to the Trash.
Relaunch Mail. It should prompt you to re-import your messages. You may get a warning that the index is damaged and that Mail has to quit. Click OK. Typically, the process takes a few minutes, but it may take hours if you have gigantic mailboxes. In that case, you may be able to speed things up by temporarily adding your home folder to the Privacy list in the Spotlight preference pane. Remove it when Mail has finished importing.
Test. If Mail now works as expected, you can delete the files you moved to the Desktop. Otherwise, post your results.

When Time Machine backs up a portable Mac, some of the free space will be used to make local snapshots, which are backup copies of recently deleted files. The space occupied by local snapshots is reported as available by the Finder, and should be considered as such. In the Storage display of System Information, local snapshots are shown as Backups. The snapshots are automatically deleted when they expire or when free space falls below a certain level. You ordinarily don't need to, and should not, delete local snapshots yourself. If you followed bad advice to disable local snapshots by running a shell command, you may have ended up with a lot of data in the Other category. Ask for instructions in that case.

What I'm reading here is that you have attempted to re-activate your iMessaging server several times. For the iMessaging to be enabled it will need to activate betwee your device and the apple server. It CAN take up to 24 hours for the imessaging activation to activate.
You didn't say in your post if the imessaging actually showed as being activated or if it is reading that it is in the process of activating. That would explain why you at one time were able to use iMessaging and now are not long able to use it. IF your imessaging is showing as being activated and still you are not able to iMessaging a contact that at a point in time you were able to message, I would be leaning hard on the server as being the culprit. (understanding that you said you already tried resetting Network settings).

In the Thread Pane where your messages are listed?
You see that bar with the labels "From", "Subject", "Date" and so on? Well, they are buttons. You can click on them to sort your messages. You can also drag them with the mouse left and right to reposition them, and you can drag their ends to change the column widths.
These are standard computer actions; you can do all of this in Windows Explorer ("My Computer") too.
In Thunderbird, a right-click on any of these buttons will reveal a pop-up menu where you can select and deselect the columns to control what is shown.

just a suggestion: try soundflower or Audio Hijack Pro. I know with the 2nd one, you can control the bass, treble, and all that, with anything that makes sound, from itunes, to Safari, DVD player, Skype ( I guess) and other stuff. Worth the $, IMO, so in answer to your question dbumgardner1, no, no you can't. I suppose in that sense, Windows has us at a loss. We also need 2nd party stuff to play BluRay's, too. However, I haven't seen any Macintosh viruses (virii?) for a long long time....

Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID, email or phone # as the iPhone.

First thing is I want to complain about this person here:  I had some questions on a product and called up and got Charly 1-20295539207. He was horribly incompetent. He took 30 minutes just to, "get my information" which only consisted of just email and name. How can it take 30 minutes for that????? But trust me, Charlie absolutely makes it easy to waste that much time and still not get an answer to your question. So after he spent 30 minutes gathering my, "info" (i.e. name and email) he told me he could not help me and to call back even though I told him 3 times up-front what I was calling about. All of the Sony reps are the absolute worst and they all have the same idiosyncracies, making you repeat your issue over and over and over and over being one of them. Then, after you tell them what the issue is - 4-5 times, they say, "How can I help you"????????? WHAT???? I JUST TOLD YOU 4-5 TIMES AND THEN THEY ASK SOME OBNOXIOUS AGGRAVATING QUESTION LIKE THAT?   You have to be kidding me? I am not making any of this up. It's absolutely abusurd and criminal how the sony reps are. So I asked him, IF YOU COULDN'T HELP ME WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT AT THE START AND WHY DID YOU WASTE 30 MINUTES OF MY TIME FOR NOTHING GATHERING, "ALL" OF MY INFO????? HE SAT THERE IN SILENCE AND SAID NOTHING. that is the other thing these aweful reps do. Thay all do it. They sit in silence and say nothing. THEN you have to ask them over and over and over again the same question and they never will give you an answer but will then say, "HOW MAY I HELP YOU"!!!!!! It's insane what they put customers through. It's like talking to low iq people.   It';s clear that sony only hires people who are inferiour as regards tech knowledge, customer service knowledge, and who don't know how to talk on the telephone. So I was 45 minutes total and after 30 minutes he told me he could not help me even though I told him in the first minute why I was calling (despite the fact I had to repeat myself over and over wasting lots of my valuable time). so why did he keep me on the phone allthat time if he could not help me?
