How do you passivate/remove a bean when the client has crashed ?

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how to deal with a 'hanging' stateful bean. The problem arises when a client is killed abruptly, while the bean is in the middle of a transaction. The result is that the bean stays active in cache, and doesn't get removed or passivated. I've tried changing various timeout settings, but none of them seem to do the trick.
Using stuckthreadmaxtime works (sometimes) in reporting the event, but I don't see how to make it do anything useful after that.
How can I get weblogic to remove beans that have been in memory over a certain amount of time, regardless of their state of activity ? And is there some way of doing this that would call the bean's passivate/remove function so I can include a call to roll transactions back ?

Well, I believe SFSB are pinned in the cache while they actively in a transaction.
I believe the default tx timeout is 30 seconds. Did you increase that value?

Hey there
There has seriously got to be a better way of exiting a crashed game than just turning the power off.
I sometimes play Sims 3 on my mac, and we all know that Sims 3 is the most poorly coded game out there, so it crashes a lot. I don't understand how you can get out of the full screen without switching the machine off the wrong way.
I have tried every single keyboard command people say to exit full screen mode, but they don't work when the game has crashed! In fact pressed every single button on the keyboard to try and exit, but nothing works.
On Windows it's so simple, you press the start button on the keyboard, but on a mac it doesnt work.
So any help to what i can do?

Force quit just the game itself.
Command + option + esc
It's like control + alt + delete on Windows.

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.

1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

Sorry. you don't. If you use the same computer you normally sync with, you would not be prompted for the passcode unless you set the passcode since the last time you synced it.

My TV has one HDMI outlet. Its being used to hook up to my satellite box. When I unplug, I lose picture. I thought I could may be hook Apple TV into satellite box, but that also only has one HDMI outlet. Does anyone know how to hook up Apple TV with this set up? TV is a Sony KDF-50WE655 and I think is about 8 yrs old. Satellite box is DirecTV HD DVR (not sure which model).

How do you get to a component when the layout is very complex

I am using a gridlayout right now to act as a maze. In my case, I want to draw red squares for a particular solution to a maze, and in my case it is somewhat easy since I can just multiply the row by the columns but in a situation where the components are in a GridBagLayout or some other layout that is just a mishmash. Would somebody just count sucessively even if there were 20 or so components within the layout? Or is there a better way like naming your components or something, so they can be retrieved easier. This question is just for future reference. Thanks

All Component classes have a "name" property. However, I do not know of an easy way to find a component by name, other than manually navigating the component tree. You might want to store references to your components into a HashMap.
