I hate iTunes. It continues to download HD versions of movies when I tell it not to. The movie I want is 4.4 gigs. I have deleted all my apps and half my songs and still don't have enough space. iTunes is near impossible to navigate.
I have downloaded Oblivion six times and it continues to bring the HD version. I have unchecked the "Download HD when available" but I continue to get a file that is 4.4 gigs large.
I hate iTunes.You purchased the HD version, not the regular version. It will continue to download the version you bought. If you want the SD version you have to shell out for it. Apple doesn't do returns.
Watch your movie. You can always put other stuff back on later, especially music. -
How do you change image size in the title window?
I just changed operating systems to Windows 7, which meant that I had to re install Premiere Pro CS4. I am now working on a 64 bit system. Might not make any difference, but thought I would give you the specifics just in case. When I pull up the title window to add a title to my clip, the image is about the size of a postage stamp. How do I increase the size of the image in that window?

I had to reinstall the program on my computer. I just upgraded to Windows 7, and I now have a 64 bit system. When I booted up PPCS4, I assumed that my settings would be the same as they were before when I had Vista installed and didn't bother to check them when I started a new project. Well, they were not. I also added a TV tuner card to my computer. I now can watch HD TV on my computer. I suppose that it is possible that somehow PPCS4 noticed that, and set my default settings to HD, rather than NTSC DV. I just merrily went along clicking the OK button and started editing. When I start a new project now, I select NTSC DV and the Title window works just fine, and exactly the way I expect it to.
I just received Jeff Bellune's book Adobe Encore DVD 2.0 in the mail and will be totally immersed in Encore studies today. With all of his children, I don't see how he had time to write it, but I'm glad that he did. I also ordered a book entitled Designing Menus with Encore DVD. I know that it was written for an earlier version than CS4, but I will trust what you said about that. Many things are the same with some minor variations due to upgrades in the program. The basic ideas don't change, but how you accomplish them can, and usually do over time.

That is an odd one. The Title should be the same Frame Size as your Project/Sequence. What is it's Frame Size? Also, are you perhaps doing a Title based on an older Template, that was done for a different Frame Size?
What happens if you choose Title>New Title>Default Still?

How do you reduce file size of a PDF if Save As doesnt work?
I have been trying to reduce the size of a PDF, using the Save As > Optimized PDF method.
I have also tried Save As > Reduced Size PDF.
This is on a file made up of 20 pages of full page Jpegs. (These were generated by the script in Photoshop that generates Jpeg files from Layer Comps within the document.)
If I use Reduced Size PDF, I get a greatly reduced file size but the image quality suffers greatly. (Lots of artifacts and blurryness)
There are no options to choose the level of compression I want.
If I use Optimized PDF method, I cant seem to reduce the file size no matter what I set the Jpeg compression to.
Is there some way to cut the size of the file down but not lose so much image quality?
Any suggestions?Part of the problem here is that the files that are produced when I run the script to output files from layer comps are very big.
If I "save for web" for each layer comp, I wind up with way smaller Jpegs. Thus a much smaller PDF.
So the question is: Can you make the script, Layer Comps to Files, create smaller more optimized Jpegs? (Like you get when you save for web) -

There is no trash folder on an iPhone or any iOS device.

Thanks!I determined what size of tablet I got (storage wise) based on two things: 1) Price and 2) Whether or not I could easily expand the storage.
For starters, you are going to get the most bang for your buck from the Prime. The 32GB Prime costs the same as a 16GB iPad. So right there you have twice the storage for the same price.
If you happen to fill up the 32GB of internal storage (which is not that hard since you pan on loading the thing up with movies and music) you can simply get a 32GB micro sd card for 40$ and double your space (this is not even an option with the iPad). Also, you could add even more space via the SD card slot or the USB port on the keyboard dock.
With the iPad, once you fill the thing up, you are done. From that point on you have to manually move music and movies off the device in order to add new stuff. I used to have to do this with my old iPod touch and it was quite a tedious and annoying thing to have to do. Of course I only had 8GB to work with back then. -
How do you reset a password for an email account that I don't have anymore?
My email address for my original i-pod is not in use anymore and I can't get it back. I can't remember the secret question and having them send a temporary password to the old email address is useless. I have the music from my i-pod in my i-tunes library, but can't play any of it becuase it keeps asking me to authorize it.

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do. -
someone please help i went to a concert and took tones of videos and pics but then when i got home my camera role was full so i looked on icloud and saw that everything has been saved on there so i didnt worry about deleteing all of my videos and photos but then when i did that ( always the way it goes ya dont reolize until its to late :@ ) all my videos wont play they have almost just turned into photos. you see the start image like on camera role thing but you cant click on it to play the video

I find that shared video can be troublesome, a few haven't appeared to work as you describe but have done when I've looked at a later date. Hopefully they will work if you give them a bit longer. perhaps it would be a good idea if you make sure they are working before deleting them from the camera roll. -
A lot of songs in my library have an exclamation point to the left of the song. Apparently this means the song cannot be located for syncronizinf to the IPOD but yet they can still be played. I have gone so far as deleting every song and then importing them. Same problem. This is not just a few songs but at one time was in the hundreds.
Has anyone experience this?The exclamation point indicates the media is not where iTunes expects it to be.

Since swapping my broken iphone 4s for a new one i have lost all my pictures from camera roll but they are still saved in my instagram. Is there a way to get them saved back to phone? Also my whatsapp is not working since upgrading to IOS6??
Please help.You can not put them back in the camera roll. The camera roll is temporary storage for new photos taken with the phone. You can sync them back to your phone in another album using iTunes.
As for whatsapp, ask the developer. That is not an Apple product. -
How to delete all mail settings and setup mail as if new installation?
Grrr! Comcast had my Mom change all sorts of email account and ISP settings, to the point where nothing works. I want to delete "everything" and start from scratch as if I just pulled the Mac out of the box. Will just deleting her email account be enough? Should I delete any files from the library? Etc.
