How do you set an access key of a button when the button's content is bound to a string?

Hello,
I want a button's context to be "_Edit" when it's in an edit mode and "_Add" when it's not. When I bind the button's content to a string, the access key would not work. So I used two separate buttons to do the work and that seems like
the right way.
Just out of curiosity, is there a way to bind the button's content to a string and still make the access key work?

In general, if operations are quite different from each other like Add
and Edit it's completely valid to use two different controls.
Anyway, you can of course bind the content of a button to a string and add an underscore as a prefix in the setter of the property. That will change the access key according to the content string's first character.
If altering the bound string is no option in your case you can also use a custom string converter.

There is no setting for that on the phone. Some carriers provide ringback tones, which play instead of the caller hearing a ring. But I am not aware of an app that would play a message prior to you picking up the phone. The amount of time before you pick up is not a constant, and if it lasts too long, then the call would go to voicemail.

Plugged is very unspecific.. ethernet and USB are possible and completely and totally different.

Using Windows Gallery to send email photos - wioth each selection T'Bird opens a new email form. How can I set T'Bird to accept multiple attachments (similar to Gmail ).

You best ask the windows gallery people. Thunderbird opening more than one window is based on yhow the request is made, not on Thunderbird,
Selecting multiple files in explorer simply adds them to a mail, therefore the Windows gallery is the problem.

How do you exit a game from full screen mode when the game has crashed?

Hey there
There has seriously got to be a better way of exiting a crashed game than just turning the power off.
I sometimes play Sims 3 on my mac, and we all know that Sims 3 is the most poorly coded game out there, so it crashes a lot. I don't understand how you can get out of the full screen without switching the machine off the wrong way.
I have tried every single keyboard command people say to exit full screen mode, but they don't work when the game has crashed! In fact pressed every single button on the keyboard to try and exit, but nothing works.
On Windows it's so simple, you press the start button on the keyboard, but on a mac it doesnt work.
So any help to what i can do?

Force quit just the game itself.
Command + option + esc
It's like control + alt + delete on Windows.

How do you set up iTC for two Different versions of the same app?

I have been reading the iTC Developer Guide searching for the answer to this question, but so far I have found nothing that would help. I plan on having a Lite and a Pro version of my app, and I may also have an iPad version as well.
I have seen some iPhone icons which differentiate these app by using a slightly different icon for the Lite and Pro versions, but how these are submitted to the app store is what I would like to know. And, for the sake of clarity, they will be priced differently as well.

How do you transfer PSE from one computer to another when the original purchase was on line without a disc?

I have PSE10 on a WindowsXP machine that I upgraded from PSE8. The upgrade was done with a download; no disc. The only disc I have is the PSE8 version. I now have a new Windows 8 machine. How can I get the PSE10 program onto the new Windows 8 machine? I will also need to transfer the organizer information. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

              2. Do not have installation media Disc for PSE10 as you purchsed as download.

How do you stop an iOS device from disabling itself when the wrong passcode is entered too many times?

At my school we use iPads for all our work etc. However, the idiots in my form grabbed my iPad and googled ****, which got me kicked off the school Wi-Fi of course. To stop this happening again, i put a passcode lock on, but now it amuses them to continually enter the wrong password which disables it, and then I cannot use it in lessons and I can't get access to my notes etc. This is really affecting my performance at school and the teachers are lazy idiots who wont do anything about it. Is there any way to stop this other than jailbreaking my iPad, or killing them?

It may be easy for you to slam me for sounding like a whiny little ****, however imagine if all of your learning material was routinely removed from your person in a lesson, and you had to work with others, and make notes, which you will later have to type up, during valuable revision or homework time. After all of that disagreement with you, I do accept that I shouldn’t threaten to kill people, however I would like to stress that you may need to reassess your sense of humor, as you have obviously failed to detect that I was making a light hearted joke. I am sure that I do not possess the physical and metal requirements in order to kill someone.

The only way to reliably protect data, especially on an external hard drive, is to encrypt it. Permissions don't have to be respected. One way to encrypt data is to create an encrypted sparse bundle disk image with Disk Utility. See:

when i activated the account i ticked the upgrade button, should i have ticked the new account button?
anyway, when i do what you say (below) there is not a manage "Accounts button" so i went to reactive it again ( for a new account) and is says that the activation key is all ready in use.
Denis, go to www.mac.com and sign into your account. Click on the word "Account" at the top of the left hand column. You will need to sign in again for security purposes. Once your account settings show up, click on the "Manage Accounts" button and you can take care of everything.

I have the HP D110 AirPrint printer. As I recall, it was configured in Ad Hoc network mode when first received. It was necessary to set it up to access my WiFi router before I could use it with the internet connection. Then, as part of the setup process, it downloaded the latest firmware update from HP. This was all done from the printer control panel, and no PC was needed.
As Pvonk mentioned, your router must be able to correctly handle Bonjour data for iPad to print to an AirPrint printer. Go ahead and try it, it may work. If the iPad can't find the printer, you will need to contact Verizon for help in configuring the router or getting a different router that is compatible.
By now, you should realize that a PC is needed to update the iPad. I assume your Dad visits you when he needs use of a PC.

For Wireless Settings, please do the following : -
Click on the Wireless tab
- Wireless Network mode should be mixed...
- Provide a unique name in the Wireless Network Name (SSID) box in order to differentiate your network from your neighbours network...
- Set the Wireless channel to 11-2.462GHz...Wireless SSID broadcast should be Enabled and then click on Save Settings...
Please make a note of Wireless Network Name (SSID) as this is the Network Identifier...
For Wireless Security : -
Click on the Sub tab under Wireless > Wireless Security...
Change the Wireless security mode to WEP, Encryption should be 64 bit.Leave the passphrase blank, don't type in anything... Under WEP Key 1 type in any 10 numbers please(numbers only and no letters eg: your 10 digit phone number) and click on save settings...
Please make a note of WEP Key 1 as this is the Security Key for the Wireless Network...

You'll find your notes under Mail in iCloud. There's a separate folder on the left that's labeled notes so you can access them anywhere. And your me.com account will have the same password as your Apple ID (in fact, you can log into iCloud with just your Apple ID, as the two accounts are permanently linked).
