How i get NBA? (Apple TV 3)

When finally does NBA theservice come for us into Europe??? Why only baseball? - If a sport then is the sequence in Europe 1. Basketball or Hockey but surely not BASEBALL! I want use my Apple TV to 98% for N.B.A. When can I count on more service for Europe?

Apple will never reveal that info to you, since you were not the originally purchaser. However, you can get the date of sale by entering the SN here:

Warranty starts on the date of sale, which is most likely the date of activation, but not necessarily so.

How to get an Apple USB Superdrive to be recognized in Windows 7 VM

I have just installed Win 7 VM under FMWare Fusion 7.x, and cannot get Windows to recognize the USB external Superdrive. I go up under Virtual Machine and click to connect, it says it will and do I want it to always do this? I click YES. And nothing. When I look under USB and Bluetooth drives, SATA is the one selected, but USB is not a choice. Just SATA, IDE, and SCSI!!
If I unplug the drive and plug it back in several times, MAYBE it will be recognized, and sucks the DVD in. Once it actually let me install software. But that was it.
I had it set to ask what to do, so I could pick windows or mac, and it did to that, so I know it is recognizing the drive is plugged in. I then set it to always be windows, but does not matter.
I got error saying device requires installation of Apple Bootcamp driver disk in the virtual machine. NOT sure why, since I am not using Bootcamp at all. However, I went thru the motions in Bootcamp Asst, downloaded the driver from the machine with the VM, and saved it to a thumb drive. Relaunched the VM, went into the thumb drive to set up, and it comes back with error, this cannot be installed on this system. What?????
So I am in a loop right now. REALLY need the VM to recognize the external Apple Superdrive, so need to know how to accomplish this.
VMWare Tooks are installed, and VMWare is up to date. As is Windows.

Hi,
As mentioned in my initial post, it's an Apple USB Superdrive. A generic drive works, but the Apple one does not, or works sporadically. Seems to me that Win 7 does not have the right driver for it, but no idea how to get it.....

Mirroring won't fill the TV screen. The iPad has an aspect ratio of 4:3 and the iPhone and aspect ratio of 3:2, neither of these will fit exactly into a TV screen which as an aspect ratio of 16:9. The Apple TV will not zoom the mirrored image, because it may well cut off information which is situated at the top or bottom of the screen.

Do you have any of the "old" apps in your new phone? If so those apps will be forever "tied" to the APple ID that bought them, even for updates. There is no way around that.
Delete the apps and iTunes content that were bought with the old ID. Then log out of the store and log in wiht the new ID. As Lawrence has said, you will need to repurchase all of the old apps/content.

Can you detail the devices (year and type) and the software version for your devices. Devices of mid 2011 or later are supported but others are typically not available to Apple TV. Wecan help you better with that info.

I`m Dr Shrief Hemaid, from Egypt. I have purchased my Ipad ( ipad 4 32 G) since 11/2/2013. It has hanged up a lot ( frozen in opening and closing) plus there was a problem in connecting the internet either via the sim card or even the wifi. but the most repeating and longlasting is the connection via sim card.
the 3G signal shows 3-4 bars at least but there was no connectivity, i was back to the communication center ( Mobinil) and checking the sim card in another appliance they confirmed to me that the problem comes from the Ipad because the problem appears in every where i go and the sim card is connecting to the internet through another applience so the Ipad is the problem.
then when i was back to the ispot agency on 21/02/2013 they refused to receive the ipad by myself but only via the vendor i had purchased it from.
I have directed to the vendor in turn which sent them the Ipad after a long journey finally on 13/3/2013.
when i have phoned them to check that the applience had been received and wanted to describe the problem he refused to give me any report myself but only through my vendor
when the vendor told me that ispot agency reported that the ipad works well and has no problem, i have gone to the aspot agency myself on 18/3/2013 to check it myself and after a long discussion to let me check it myself ( and the technician refused to face me because he has instructions not to meet customers), i found that the problem persists in front of the receptionists, one of the receptionist communicated with the technician to tell him the problem and after a long discussion the technician accepted to speak to me and when he changed the sim card the problem also persisted for a while but it was able to connect to the internet after about 5 minutes ( that means that the problem persists) he ( the technician) told me that the ipad must stay for another 48 hours to check it!!!
what`s the problem? does that problem need that long time to be reported?
I only need a report about the problem to get back to my vendor to replace the appliance. it is my right, isn`t it?
I found out that the technician even didn`t check the problem well he was confused and provocative. Even the receptionist doesn`t have any idea about a lot of things i.e the specifications of another applience. he was doing only what he was ordered without any understanding.
and the technician has mistreated me, and also the isopt agency as a whole has a big problem in managing the complaints and after purchasing service.
I think that may affect the good reputation of apple and its appliances, isn`t it?
Myself, i have got a bad experience about apple because of that.
finally, as a customer I`d like to get my problem be solved as soon as possible. what`s my fault to get a bad appliance from a bad Apple agency?

Thank you Roger, your solution gave me the courage to sign out of Systems Preferences. The pop up told me it was going to delete my contact and other information from my mac, so I was hesitant to do that. Well I did as you directed and I was able to sign in with my new apple id and I did not lose the information the pop up threatened I was going to. So again thank you. It is the little things that make a big difference sometimes.

I have the latest Apple TV unit. It is wired into my main TV with my stored music and photos in my office PC, wireless router. For my main TV, I cannot get beyond two icons(Computer and Settings). I cannot update even though my music made it to the iCloud. Updates will not work. Photostream says "try again later." What are some suggestions to get this working?

If only Computers and Settings is showing up it means that you are not connected to the internet. Go to Settings > General > Network > Configure Wifi
