How long is member center going to be down

Hi,
For past 2 weeks am trying to provision more devices for my beta testers. But Apple member center seems to be down.
Can some one from company comment on how long this is going to be disabled. I need to test this asap and then submit application to the store.

What I am not looking for is not hard deadlines(which I understand are difficult), but an approximation(for eg: in best case 2weeks worst case 4weeks). This will help us estimate recourse needed.
This delay is hurting badly and even a loss of opportunity.
Really appreciate some honest input from apple, so that a recourse can be planned.

I tried to activate my wife's iPhone this evening and after being put on hold for 20mins and going through the rountine of asking for my iPhone cell number and serial, I had to stop the tech guy from going further. Only after telling him that I couldn't complete the registration process that he mentioned the authentication servers being down....until Monday!!!
I'm Apple Certified and checked the support site before calling. You would think that Apple would put something up stating the issue instead of having 100's if not 1000's of people calling with the same issue. You would think that ATT and Apple would've learn from the first time around on this issues.
Not a happy Apple user at this time.

I updated all settings, how long before apple logo goes away so the unit can reset?

I recently "updated all settings", the logo has been on my screen for over 1 hour. About every 10 min, a short "blue screen" appears, then the logo re-appears. How long before the unit will reset to normal? (unless I have a hardware issue...)

How long is FF3.6 going to be safe and secure?

I tried FF4 but hated it and will not use it. TOO Many problems. I WILL switch to anything else if you end support for FF3.6. Fro what I read I am not alone.

Considering that Firefox 3.5.19 is scheduled to be released on Tuesday 4/19, along with 3.6.17, a full 15 months after 3.6 was originally released - I would be surprised if Mozilla didn't do security "fix" releases for 3.6 well into 2012.

For how long approximately will the Studio site be down?

We planned Solaris Studio install for the last weekend after receiving the certificates on Friday night, but the site and repository were down for an unknown reason.
It is still down and we cannot access the key/certificates again, or the installation instructions.
Does anyone know when the site will be back up?

Hy ;D I bought an Ipod touch 4G 3 mouth ago , and recently the i noticed that the battery is drained even off .... is that normal? I turn him off( with the red bar) and put out side the bed , when i Wake up tha batery is about 80% ... (no Wi-Fi on)
And How long the ipod battery goes with the stant mode ?

I did a test on mine.
My 4th generation model running 4.3.1 last 10 days on and in sleep mode.
At the end of 10 days I got the 20% low battery warning.
I would try a RESET on yours.
Hold down the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time until you see the Apple logo.
It will reset and restart itself in a few minutes.
See if that helps.

How long will my registration key last this time?

I got the PRO registration key to QT6 and in less than a month apple upgrades to QT7, my key won't work now. I don't mind paying for a new key, I like the new features but, how long is the key going to last this time? A few full versions I hope.

A few misconceptions about the "Pro" upgrade.
First. Your "Pro" registration will continue to work as long as your hardware and OS allow it.
I still use QT 5 Pro on my OS 9 hard drive partition. In addition to version 6 Pro.
On my Tiger OS HD I use both 6.5.2 and 7.0.3 Pro versions. 6.5.2 runs "on top" of the version 7 "framework".
All it takes is a bit of understanding of how the OS and the software apps are installed to keep your older version of QuickTime and maintain the "Pro" features.
BTW, my iMac G3 has version 6.5.2 Pro (from my original install and upgrade) and a new install of the "free" version 7.
Basic answer? Your Pro status will remain until your install QuickTime 8.0. Apple has been very consistent in the whole number version change before charging again for Pro features.

DFSR - This member is waiting for initial replication for replicated folder SYSVOL Share - How long should it take?

Yesterday we were forced to perform a non-authoritative sync of the SYSVOL folder as replication had stopped because one of the DCs had been disconnected from it's replication partner for more than 60 days (caused by a unexpected shutdown and we did not
pick up on the fact replication had stopped until now).
I performed the non-authoritative sync of the SYSVOL folder and now the folder is in state 2
ReplicatedFolderName ReplicationGroupName State
SYSVOL Share Domain System Volume 2
and has been for more than 12 hours. The DFS replication health report, reports "This member is waiting for initial replication for replicated folder SYSVOL Share".
How long should it take and is there anyway to force it so that replication can resume?

How long does Apple going to store my calander in iCloud

Hello,
I was wondering how long apple is going to store my calander in iCloud.
I was wondering this because Photostream is deleting the photo's after 30 days from iCloud.
Can anybody help me, because otherwise i'm not going to use iCloud for my calander.

Your calendar is stored for as long as you want it to be. There is no time limit like for PhotoStream.

How long is this "Optimizing Your Mac" going to stay up?

So, how long is this "Optimizing Your Mac" notification going to stay up? It has been 12 hours now...
Is it still working? How much longer?
I'm upgrading my Mac Pro 13" Mid-2012 with a hard drive just over half full.

CMD+R does help, but I did not need to re-install the OS; I just rebooted from the recovery screen which appeared and it worked. I waited hours on the 'optimizing' dialog and, while that was happening BOX Sync would not work, and more...
Now, two folders which contain Apple TV Photo Cache describe themselves as 'UNIX Executable File' which, when selected, do try to run from a command line, and that simply fails. Now, I'll have to waste more time I wish I could bill somebody for to figure out that problem, too.
I've noticed that Apple is slowly, but surely, acting more and more like Microsoft -- severe problems with iTunes across all OS, glitchy upgrades like this one.... That never, ever happened when Jobs was alive. Best guess, he used to test everything himself and made phone calls if he saw anything like what we're talking about here.

I believe you do that through your phone service provider. I wonder if you have unheard messages in your voice mailbox. I think some carriers use that mechanism - diversion to voicemail faster if the recipient has unheard messages.
I do not believe you can change this directly on your iPhone.
