How open tab control, by click on an object?

Hello
I have a problem with labview, can you help me?
I want open a tab control object, to import some property in an array. but, I want open it, when I click on an object like a tank.(actually, first, it is invisible and by click on the object, will be visible)
how can I do it?
I think, I can do it, with a push button or a switch with same size to a tank or any object I use, but with invisible color! is it possible or any new suggestion?
Best Regards

I know what a tab ontrols is, I just did not understand the "open" part. A tab control is not something that can be opened or closed.
Numbers are the values of the array. The word properties does not sound right in this context.
As I said, you can use an event structure. Create a mouse-down event on the tank and change the visible property of the tab control when it happens..

  • How do I bookmark all my currently open tabs in one click in Firefox 4?

I used to be able to bookmark all my currently opened tabs with a click of one button under the Bookmarks menu, but that option is now gone. Is it gone forever or I just don't see it?

Hi, you can bookmark all your currently open tabs with right click on any of your open tabs, there you'll find the option '''Bookmark all tabs...''' (this option was there also in Firefox 3.x), then you must provide a location and a folder name to group those new bookmarks. Hope this info will be helpful to you.

  • Dynamic Tab UI Shell - close tab action & number of open tabs control

    Hi,
I browsed through the forum, but could not get hold of any concrete solution for the question on how to capture the close tab action event and perform some action on that?
The below thread discusses my question but does not appear to have a proper solution
Re: Dynamic Tab UI Shell: controlling the Close icon
And one other question is, currently in the TabContext the number of open tabs is set to 15 limit. How can I override that such that I do not allow more than 7 tabs open at a time?
Please help me with the above two queries. Thanks !
    Regards,
    SS

Sorry for so much delay. Finally, got some time to play with the template and downloading the dynamicTabTemplate source code and overriding the closeIcon worked like a charm.
Let me summarize what I did to help someone who is looking for this :)
    1) Downloaded the source code for dynamicTabTemplate
    2) Added and additional attribute closeTab to the template
    +<attribute>+
    +<attribute-name>closeTab</attribute-name>+
    +<attribute-class>java.lang.String</attribute-class>+
    +<required>+
    true
    +</required>+
    +</attribute>+
    2) edited the dynamicTabShell.jspx, closeIcon commanlink actionListener to be bound to "#{viewScope.tabContext.closeIcon}"
    3) Implemented the closeIcon method in TabContext
    +@Override+
    +public void closeIcon(ActionEvent actionEvent) {+
    CloseIconInterface bean = getBean();
    bean.closeIcon(actionEvent);
    +}+
    4) Generated the jar.
    5) Removed the oracle provided default dynamicTabTemplate jar and instead added my custom generated jar to the application
    6) Applied the new template
    7) Set all the attributes along with the new closeTab attribute. This would take the BackingBean name...example: <f:attribute name="closeTab" value="#{xxxScope.xxxBean}"/>
    8) Made xxxBean to implement CloseTabInterface
    9) Implemented the closeIcon method with custom code to confirm page close before removing the Tab.
However like you said, i'll keep tab on future updates to the default tab template updates to not miss any bug fixes or enhancements.
Thanks everyone who looked into this for me and Hope this helps someone else :)...Good luck !

  • Firefox stopped opening tabs on mousewheel click

Browser was working perfectly then in the middle of browsing session it would not react to mousewheel clicks that had been able to open tabs previously. Does not seem to be a problem with the mouse because I can still use it to do the same thing in IExplorer and chrome, in FF it goes to the fast scroll mode.
Tried reinstalling but did not want to uninstall and reinstall fearing loss of addons...

that is knowing you can use audioclip. Even searching for "java sound tutorial" gives many good resources, including the sun trail:

  • I've done something and Firefox don't open tabs when I click on the open new tab and when I click on right click there is a lot of options..

Wheb I click right click there's a lot of option, before I use to have just a few. I wish that I can send you a photo how that looks.

You can't attach a screenshot to the first post that starts a thread, but you can do that in subsequent replies.
You can check for issues caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
*Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
*Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

  • No new tab will open in Firefox-not ctrl t, not in the file menu, not on the plus sign on the open tab

I use Firefox 3.6 on a windows xp sp 3 desktop. I cannot open a new tab in Firefox. I uninstalled the program, reinstalled the newest update, 3.6.1.4 still nothing. Not in the file menu, on the plus sign on the open tab, control T, none of it opens a new tab. I can open a new window but----

There is a reported incompatibility between current Firefox versions and the '''''Ask Toolbar'''''. Until Ask fixes the problem, disable or un-install the '''''Ask Toolbar'''''.

  • Why are my open tab thumbnails missing?

Samsung Galaxy S3. Until today I could see a "stack" of thumbnails representing my open tabs when I click the "page" icon in the upper right corner of the browser window. This would allow me to easily jump from one tab to another. Now when I click on the "page" icon I see only the thumbnail representing the currently open page. If I scroll up in the thumbnail area I will scroll through the open tabs. Scrolling down closes the selected tab. I can not get Firefox back to its original settings. Please help or I will have to uninstall Firefox and install another browser.

Hmm, my tabs screen looks the same as other recent versions. Could you double check both the non-private and private tabs (the two icons at the upper left of the tabs screen) in case your missing tabs are in the other category?

  • Tab Control Solution for my project

I am implementing the program acquisition and signal processing. The program has two parts are Aquisition and Analysis. I want to integrate into a program should use the "tab control". Each program section have some special processing so I do not know how the tab control to not conflict.
+ Aquisition Tab will perform receiving signals continuously from the computer through the COM port, recording the file by "write the measurement file" .tdms
+ Analysis performs the "read measurement file .tdms", which have been recorded to display and several other process.
I expect people to help to have appropriate solution for the tab control for my project.

    Hi ducta,
Ofcourse you can integrate the tab control in your project. But please clarify me on this question.
Do you want to use the tab control in a toggling fashion?i.e. initially keep the tab in acquisition and then change the tab in analysis and then again change it to acquisition. If you are using this way then only it makes sense as the acquisition and analysis will hand in hand according to the tab control.

  • Will I loose my open tabs that I need to be open if I update to the new FireFox?

I have many open tabs of tasks that I need to attend to or need readily available all the time.
If I update to the new Firefox will I loose all my open tabs?

Right-click one of those Tabs and select '''Bookmark All Tabs...'''. That way if anything happens to those tabs you can reload them all by a right-click on the folder that those tabs were saved to and using '''''Open All in Tabs'''''.

  • All of a sudden I can no longer open tabs by clicking "+" or right clicking on the tool bar. To open a new page, I have to open a whole newFirefox window. How can I fix this?

All of a sudden I can no longer open tabs by clicking "+" or right clicking on the tool bar. To open a new page, I have to open a whole new Firefox window. How can I fix this?
Also, Firefox crashes frequently. Is there a fix for this also?

Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox 3.6 that prevents new tabs from being opened.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:
    * Check the Windows Control panel for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
    * Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons
For the second issue, the [[Firefox crashes]] support article may help.

  • How do I control how where tabs are opened?

Is there a way to control how new tabs are opened in Firefox? Currently, when I click on either the "New Tab" button or the "+" button, new tabs are opened to the far right of all my tabs. I'd like all new tabs to open to the right of my current tab, like how links open up in my current tab if I right click and select "Open Link in New Tab".
    I know there is a browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent setting...but is there a browser.tabs.insertNewAfterCurrent setting?
