How the Number of Document to be print is pass to SAP script program

Hi,
We are using std. program and form for printing of Invoices , sales order PO etc. as in case while taking print out of biiling document after entring proper message type to the billing doucment we take print out , on VF02 screen we have to give just accounting document number then from top menu Billing document issued to output then automatically the document get printed for the h no. we have place on selection screen of VF02 I want to know How this number which we have enter on vf02 screen is pass to the program in which block sililarly in case of PO print with ME9F we give the PO number then we select the check BOX then when we click on print that Po is getting printed so by which field that PO number are pass to print program acutally I want to make a Sapscript print program and from and i want to assign that to std. output type.

Thanks for your reply I have check the print program of and this include program INCLUDE RVADTABL. is common for most of the print profgrams this is declaration of nast and other tables in further processing is done whateverdat is ther is *NAST structure , can you plz give the e.g of only first part like How to pass the value into this so that remaning all coding I can do ref. to the number which i will get in NAST just wan to know How to pass the PO number or SO number to NAST for further processing.

we can do this in SAP Scripts.
we need to create two pages, one of landscape and another of potrait.
now after filling the data at last we need to call the page which is of format landscape using START_FORM function module.
You can use condition &PAGE& = &FORMPAGES&.

Create the character format in se71, in that select standard barcode. like
Char.format: C1 Description: Barcode
Barcode: BC_CD39 save the character format.
you can select from the list.
in the form coding, can you use barcode like

Then it shows the barcode in output.
check this.

if this is a window text then its possible but

Can I create a list which counts the number of documents of a specific metadata type by the folder they are stored within?

Running SP2013 Foundation. My users interact by uploading documents to personal folders within a document library, selecting the type of document they have uploaded via a lookup column and SP list. I have two levels of view in my library, a top level view
and an in-folder view which contains the metadata and standard document information like version and modified date etc.
Currently I am able to count the total number of documents that have been uploaded of a particular document type against my document type list, but I would also like to include folder along with document type to thoroughly track document returns by folder
name. The desired output being a list with a count of document type uploaded by folder name.
I have tried creating an associated user column at the top level view and also uploading an associated user and folder name list.
Is this possible and how would I go about this?

Setting the number of copies to be printed through crystal reports?

I posted this in another section and got redirected to this one.
So I'm working with some software that utilizes Crystal Reports 10, and am looking for a method where through Crystal Reports I can take a user entered parameter value and set that as the number of copies for the printer to print. This isn't an option in Crystal Reports itself, so I understand I may need to dig a little deeper and write some customization to accomplish this.
I've been building Crystal Reports for about two years now, all self taught, but have never had to go this far, where/how would I start on this? And I tried searching for a similar question in these forums to see if it's come up before but couldn't find anything. I'm kind of stuck at the moment because I can't alter the software that's using Crystal Reports to set number of copies, so I want to see if I can do anything in Crystal.

Really, this is actually more of a report design question, though I understand why they's ask you to post here also.
Anyhow, I think what you are asking is; can I design a report such that it will internally hold how many copies it should print(?).
Answer to that is no.
Only way to do multiple copies would be to modify the app you are working with. E.g.; go to the authors of the app and ask them for an enhancement to their product so that you can print multiple copies.

How to control the printer selection popup in SAP SCRIPT .

I have written a print program which is calling 5 different layouts forms and printing all the shipping related documents such as packing list, delivery note, shipping label etc . The print program is
attached to a single output type ZEDM.
The issue is that for printing every document a pop-up comes for the printer selection and i want
only one pop-up and all the document should be printed.
Can anyone tell how to control the pop-ups.

I've done that by creating a User Permission Tree for that purpose and setting the BubbleEvent = False for Pint and Print Preview menus based on the permission of the current user.
Algorithm
1. Create a User Permission Tree, either by code or by UI (AdministrationSystem InitializationAuthorizationsCreate additional Authorizations
2. Catch the MenuEvent, when pVal.BeforeAction = True and MenuId = 519 (Print Preview) or 520 (Print). Then check if the user has, or not, permission to print. If he does not, then set BubbleEvent to false to block printing.

SAP has created a standard program RSTXPDFT4 to convert your Sapscripts spools into a PDF format.
You will get the spool number from transaction SP02.

-->From trans code - SPAD -> Full Administration -> Click on Device Type -> Double click the device for which you wish to create the print control -> Click on Print Control tab ->Click on change mode -> Click the plus sign to add a row or prefix say SBP99 (Prefix must start with SBP) -> save you changes , it will ask for request -> create request and save
--> when you go to SE73 if you enter SBP00 for you device it will add the newly created Prefix
-->Create a character format C1.Assign a barcode to the character format.Check the check box for the barcode.
-->The place where you are using the field value use like this
<C1> &itab-field& </C1>.
You will get the field value in the form of barcode.

A barcode label is a special symbology to represent human readable information such as a material number or batch number
in machine readable format.
There are different symbologies for different applications and different industries. You can print barcodes from SAP by modifying an existing output form.

Next you need to set the font for that parameter value to one of the supported barcode symbologies.

Hi,
Firstly, use the unicode MS Word editor as the sapscript editor. Then you need a devcie type that supports these characters. Try to print via windows and unicode device type SWINCF if you have a unicode system.

Printing LAST page in SAP script on the back side.

Hi ,
I have a problem with the printing of the LAST page on the reverse side of the form, when done with a vendor.
At a time we print many vendors together.
So, when done with printing of a vendor it needs to print his address on last page, reverse side(address)
Next will be followed by another vendor details.
I cannot give 'D' for the first page because it would fail if the form flows more than 2 pages.
is there any way of triggering the LAST page in SAP Script when it done with printing of one vendor.
any help would be highly appreciated.

In Script PO i have to print 'Terms and Conditions' text only on the back side of last page of the PO.
Presently script contains THREE pages ( FIRST, NEXT, TERMS).
FIRST with attributes :
next page as NEXT , Print mode T.
NEXT with attributes :
next page as NEXT and print mode T
TERMS with attributes :
next page as ' '.
I Created 'TERMS AND CONDITION' window.For TERMS page i selected 'TERMS AND CONDITION' window only.
So page window of 'TERMS' is 'TERMS AND CONDITION' and i included standard text in 'TERMS AND CONDITION' window.
If PO contains 9 pages( that means MAIN WINDOW data flows up to 9th page with footer also ).
So i have to print standard text(Terms and conditions) back side of 9th page only not on all pages.
So total PO contians 9 pages with 10 prints.
Please help to solve the issue
