How to amend the seeded sales order lines workflow

Hi,
I'd like to amend the workflow of order lines in sales order form in Order Management
I want to clear the schedule ship date field because
it is auto deafulted with sysdate
How to download the seeded workflow ?
How can i determien the needed amendment ?
Any Guide PLS ?

You can download the workflow using the WFLOAD command - see MOS Doc 1569004.1
You will need Workflow Builder on a Windows PC to modify the workflow - see MOS Doc 1461991.1 and MOS Doc 125067.1

          I want to set the Reason for Rejection of the Open Sales Order Lines, Case is like :
If current date is exeed the Auto Void Confirmed Back Order Days(for item level) + date (last responding from customer), then reason for rejection should be set, So i want the logic to find out the date is exceed or not.

   Actually your question is some confusing, but if u want to get eldest change as active sales order then logic is as follows:
1. On base of OBJNR u have to get UDATE from JCDS table
2. then write logic as:
SORT i_jcds BY objnr stat chgnr DESCENDING.

Information about the deleted sales order line item in idoc.

Hi Experts,
I am new to IDOC.We have the following idoc requirement,
When a line item is deleted from the sales order(VA02) ,
the outbound idoc getting triggered for the sales order has the information about the rest all line items other than the deleted line item.We now want the information about the deleted line item in the Idoc .
Please help me in proceeding further.

I am facing the same scenario of capturing the deleted sales order line item in idoc.
I am using ORDRSP message type , where in E1EDP01- ACTION contains value "000" .
And the Deletion line item is not been captured, is there any configuration setting required to
capture the deleted line item in Idoc.
Based on the posting in this thread i understand that there is an indicator which has to be set .
Please let me know what is that indicator and how to set it?

R12 - How to customize the seeded Purchase Order PDF report

Hi,
We need to customize the layout AND the data of the seeded Purchase Order pdf report that is generated in PO Summary form when user picks drop-down menu Inquire->View Document. I know how to set up the Document Type with a customized layout but I do not know how to update the XML data that feeds the layout.

How to find the Open sale orders till date for given plant and material ?

Hi experts,
                 I have a requirement to calculate the open sale orders for a given plant and material. I have tried in VA05 wherein i can get only for the material and sales area combination. From the document nos obtained from VA05 i can then find the plant. But my question is how do i get the output of VA05 into my progra. (can i use submit for a module pool report ).
Also if ther is some other standard table or Function module to find the open sale orders till a given date ,it will be even more helpful....in which case i can drop the VA05 route.

Hi Ashwin,
    You can use SAP Tables VBAK and VBUP to get to know if the document is complete or not.
   VBUK-GBSTK is the field that will give you the status of the Sales Order .
VBUK is used at header level , whereas VBUP is used for Item level.
So in your case what I would do is :
Get the Sales Orders that satisy the plant and material criteria from VBAP table , take this Sales Document numbers and go to VBUK or VBUP table to get the Sales Order Status.
   If I need to find the open quantity as well I will link to VBFA table based on the document number.

How to update UDF of sales order line of closed sales order header

Hello experts,
We are using SAP 8.81.313 PL 05 and we noticed that through SDK using businessobject SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oOrders, we can't update an user defined field on sales order line for a sales order with header closed.
calling the method Update() it returns 0 but actually the table field was not changed !
Also we noticed that It's possible to make an update of UDF of delivery line for a delivery with header closed.
I don't understand why.
Is it a bug or the expected behavior ?
Our customer needs to change some UDF of sales order line even when the order header is CLOSED.
Please help me.

Hi Elio,
Yes from UI it's the expected behavior but through DI API I could update an user defined field of sales order line even if the LineStatus is equal to "C" (Closed) but only if the order header is not closed.

At first you have to create document in CV01n transaction with document type BVV ( as per standard) and add attachments
Now in VA02, select line item-->EXTRAS--->DOCUMENT, find the document number created in CV01n and click on add
system will add the attachment to sales order

How to retrieve the ARCHIVED Sales order data

When issuing the output for the delivery, it is giving an error saying 'Sales Order XXXX does not exist' due to which the prices in the output were displayed as '0'. Reason for this can be that 'the order might have been archived'.
My requirement is,
1. If Sales Order doesnu2019t exist in data base then need to check if Sales order exists in archive data base.
2. If yes, take needed data from archive data base tables to calculate price. The logic of price calculation should be the same as for not archived Sales Orders.
Can anyone help me on this..?
Please tell me how to check whether the Sales order exists in the Archived database. Please share the table names(sample logic if possible) sothat I can use them in the report logic.

How to get the Sales Order number aginst this Delivey Order.

How to Change the Existing Sales Order Transaction

Hi all,
I am trying to change some of the fields in Existing Sales Order Transaction.
Fields which i am trying to change are Ext. Reference number and Net Value.
I am using CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to do so but its not working. I dont know if some BADI can solve my purpose.
If anyone of you have done something like this please share with me and suggest me the solution for that.

That you should be able to do in ORDER_SAVE badi.
You will be able to find lots of discussions on usage of this badi here in this forum.
You need to call ORDER_READ, then call ORDER_MAINTAIN to change the values according to your requirement.
