Hi Vikram,
If you do not want any DELTA transfer from R3 to CRM when an Order is changed in R3 side, then consider the following:
Event 00501014 must be activated in the R/3 back-end system so that the delta download of sales transactions from the R/3 back-end system to CRM works. The event must also be active for the upload
of sales transactions from CRM to R/3.
Call transaction R3AC4 ('Object Class Activation') in CRM and check whether the following entries exist:
Object class "BUSPROCESSND"
RFC destination <R/3 destination>
Select your entry and then choose 'Events by Object Class' (branch to the TBE31 table in the R/3 back-end system). The following entries will exist:
Event "00501014"
Obj. class "BUSPROCESSND"
Function "CRS_SALES_COLLECT_DATA"
DELETE those entries and your DELTA LOAD will automatically stop.

    Hi
I think you can try with Status Profile in BS02 define and assign for item category TANN.
In status profile you can block the delivery and also billing unless some changes the object status as released.

  • How to get CRM service order data in R/3

    Hi,
I want to retrieve service order data from CRM system to R/3, is there any FM for this. Please help as i am new to CRM
    Thanks
    Bobby

    Hi Bobby,
It is very much possible to upload CRM service orders to SAP R/3 or SAP ECC via standard CRM middleware.
Please refer to the below SAP help document for complete list of configuration activities for service order upload.

  • How to block the sales order for not creating requirement

    Dear All,
My client want that whenever a sales order is raise, that should not go create requirement for production unless until account department check whether the prices etc are correctly put or not
    how can i do this
    thanks

I suggest you can try to use the functionality of Status Profile.
Create one Status Profile  with 2 line items-
1: First line : Pricing Approval or PR and check what all you want to block if this status is assigned to the order type.
2: Second line : Released and check what all you want to be released once the Approval is done.
So by default the status profile - Pricing Approval will be assigned to the Sales Order during order creation. Then after your accounts department check the pricing and approves , they can change the status to Released and the order can be processed further.

  • How to transfer CRM sales order to R/3,delivery to CRM

    Hello All,
I have a basic question, just want to make sure what I am doing right. We have a business scenario where Sales Order is created in CRM and it should be replicated to R/3 for delivery and delivery should be replicated back to CRM for Billing.
Can anyone please narrate how to configure the data transfer between R/3 and CRM.
    thanks,
    Kitcha

    Hi Kitcha,
First of all, delivery document doesn't exist in SAP CRM, just in R/3.
The must common scenario used by SAP CRM customer is:
    1. Sales Order is created in SAP CRM.
    2. This order is transferred automatically to R/3, using SAP CRM Middleware.
    3. A delivery document is created and a good issue is posted using the preceding sales order.
    4. The Billing document is created in R/3, based on delivery document or sales order. However, as you described on your post, you want to use the CRM Billing. In this case, you just can use the sales order created on step 1.
    CRM Middleware configuration:
Please take a look on SAP NOTE 490932 in order to identify all necessary configuration in order to do the data exchange of sales transacions between CRM & R/3.

  • HOW TO BLOCK THE PURCHASE ORDER AND MARK FOR DELETION ?

    Hi ,
During the Creation of the Purchase order in the SAP System... After creation of the Purchase order should be blocked and a work item is created for the approver. If the Approver approves the Order then the Order is Unblocked and a mail send to the initiators inbox and the Order is Released. Similarly if the Approver Rejects the Purchase Order then its set for Mark for Deletion.
I did Po creation and release part. But i am facing problem during the Blocking & Unblocking the Purchase order. If he rejects i need to set for "Mark For Deletion". plz help me to solve this...

    Hi,
You can use bapi 'BAPI_PO_CHANGE' to change the status of PO and for release use bapi BAPI_PO_RELEASE.
    Hope this will help you.

  • How to block sales order for a particular pricing condition

    Hi Experts,
Here I have a requirement on sales order blocking . I have searched in the forum but I didn't find any relevant thread. So please help me in the following requirement
On a particular pricing condition create or change I need to automatically block the sales order. I don't know how exactly to block the sales order. Please make me aware on this concept. Do we have any exit or badi to block the sales order in this requirement.
How to block the sales order manually and automatically please explain me.
    Thanks & Regards
    G.S.Naidu

    Hi,
You can use user exit MV45AFZZ, form-routine USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE to set the delivery block on sales order.  Write your required logic in this routine.  You have to set the value of VBAK-LIFSK to a relevant value available in table TVLS (Field : LIFSP).
If the value in VBAK-LIFSK is initial, then sales order is not blocked for delivery & if it is having some value (available in TVLS), then sales order is blocked for delivery.

  • Block return sales orders or credit notes?

    Hi,
Could someone please explain how I block return sales orders or credit notes?
Also is there a way of searching which sales order documet types have been used for credit notes?
    Thanks

    Hi Friend,
The billing block is comming from the tx. VOV8 -> choose the Order type  -> billing
block -> you could set billing block here.
In Shipping column, there is also a field Delivery block where you could set delivery
    block for the order type.
Or you could also set delivery block and billing block manually when you create the order.
You could check order type which is used as return or credit memo request by following way:
    SE16 -> TVAK -> use selection criteria VBTYP = H and K
    H  Returns
    K  Credit memo request
Then excecute, you could get the order type you want.

Goto the Transaction code MASS and enter the OBJECT TYPE as BUS2032 and Hit enter.
Now in the next screen select the table for SALES ORDER ITEM DATA and in the fileds select billing block mass with field
MASSSDHEAD_S-FAKSK and execute, it will lead to another screen in which you can enter all the Sales documents and execute, there u can assign billing block for all the Items at a time

  • How to block an order if the price is too low?

    Hello,
    My problem is :
How to block an order if the price is too low?
I created a new type of condition ZMIN and an access by material.
When the net price is below the minimum price the system must position the order on incomplete document for error of price.
    Thank you in advance.
    Frédéric Blaise
    e-Kenz S.A.

    Hello,
you can enter a lower limit in the condition record:
Lower limit of the condition rate/amount
Indicates whether, during document processing, the system checks if manual changes fall short of the lower limit allowed for the corresponding condition record.
    Use
When you maintain the scales in a condition record, the system checks whether the scale value falls below the lower limit.
Or you can use the flag 'conditon update'.
    Condition update
Controls whether limit values are relevant for pricing.
E.g.: you can make the use of a particular condition record in the document dependent on a specified total value.
This total value can be specified in the condition record.
I hope that the information are helpful.
    With best regards

  • How to block the creation of a Sales Orders without a linked Purchase Order

Hi. I'm trying to block the creation of a Sales Order that doesn't have a linked Purchase Order. The first thing I did is using the SBO Transaction Notification as follows:
    IF  @transaction_type = 'A' AND @object_type='17'
    BEGIN
IF (SELECT PoPrss FROM ORDR WHERE DocEntry = @list_of_cols_val_tab_del) = 'N'
         BEGIN
              SET @error = 1
SET @error_message = 'Purchase Order Missing...'
         END
    END
This works good. I create the Sales Order, I tick the purchase order field on the logistics tab, I click Add, and then the purchase order window appears...
Then, the problem begins... If I click the Cancel button, the purchase order is obviously not created, but the Sales Order is created.
Can someone tell me how to block the creation of the sales order If the user press the cancel button on the purchase order window (and the purchase order is not created)
As far as I can see, after clicking the add button in the sales order document, the Sales Order is created on the DB. If there's no way of blocking the creation of the Sales Order, can I avoid closing the purchase order window by the SBO_TransactionNotification? (if the purchase order has not been created)
    Thanks...

    Hi Yail,
I think you can't close the purchase order with the stored procedure.
Try to catch the Event when the user click on Cancel button.
So you can list the vents with event logger : https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/ede3be37-0e01-0010-1883-cd1b5293473e
You can block the cancel button and force the user to create the purchase order.
    Hope i help you
    Best regards

  • My question is Itunes related.  How do you prevent a playlist saved in Itunes from alphabetizing the song list created. I wanted to keep the original order, and somehow everything was alphabetized without requesting it.

My question is Itunes related.  How do you prevent a playlist saved in Itunes from automatically alphabetizing the song list.   I had a specific order of songs that I wanted, and Itunes somehow automatically alphabetized them.  Is there a way to turn that feature off, and/or get them back to the original order?   I also noticed that once a playlist has been created, I cannot manually changed the order of the songs from my desktop..  Any suggestions?

That's just the sort order. It's displaying the media alphabetically because you have clicked on the NAME column near the top of the iTunes window.
Click on the little triangle above the column of numbers (usually on the far left side of the main iTunes window) and the media will sort in the order in which you added each item to the playlist.
You can easily reorder songs within a playlist: Click and HOLD on the song you wish to move, then drag-and-drop it wherever you like.

  • How to add a table layout in CRM Sales order?

    dear all ,
anyone know how to add a table layout in CRM sales order customer tab that using the EEWB added?
can EEWB do this?   i didn't find the appropriate business object......

    Hi , Swapna
is you mail address right? can not send out.
first , you should have added one field using EEWB ,  then to EEWB , find the extension , double click on the task, there  you will find a  "object list"  on the right, the list will give you many many very important  information , you should look through .
then double click on the "screen:  ..........EEW......." ,  layout , there you will find the field you have added in .  and you can draw anything you want there , then back to the screen flow , write you flow logic in PBO and PAI .
about the global  data definition,  again to the "object list", you will find a "Report source code:  ......................TOP". in there ,you can define all you data .
another thing  if you want to save your input field to database tables that you draw (not by EEWB added)
    two ways:
    1. write update table directly  in  PAI module .
    2.  you can use this BADI :  ORDER_SAVE , this is when you save the order to trigger the save action.
