How to capture last error in Application

Hi,
I have an application running in D2k with backend as oracle9i,now sometimes oracle exception pops up,but its not reptitive,like i would like to give example.
Query is fetching more than one row exception, actually very large amount of code is there ,with no proper exception handling...so modifying all code at one go is impossible,so i want to know any method which tell me which query or statement raised the oracle error in a particular session ,as I see sql_trace ,i think its not meant for that ,Is it ?
So please suggest me what can be done.

How to capture Exception error message in Odata ?

I am new to sap gateway. Currently i am creating a Odata Service through the transaction SEGW. In the query i have mapped a RFC. When i execute the service sometimes the RFC throws exception like 'No data Found'. But i dont know how to capture the exception returned from the RFC.
I read some threads which says use
RAISE EXCEPTION TYPE /IWBEP/CX_MGW_BUSI_EXCEPTION
      EXPORTING
        textid            = /iwbep/cx_mgw_busi_exception=>business_error
        message       = lv_text
        message_container = io_message_container.
My doubt is since i have not done any code in the DPC method. As said in many threads should i go to DPC_EXT method and redefine the method or how to capture the exception.

You need not to capture the error messages explicitly by writing custom code in you DPC_EXT if you are using service builder when the return error message table is of type BAPIRET2.
GW itself will handle and return the error messages.
If at all the return error message table is of different type , i mean to say if it is not of type BAPIRET2 then you need to capture explicitly.
The below is the code you need to write in DPC_EXT to capture.
DATA: LO_MECO TYPE REF TO /IWBEP/IF_MESSAGE_CONTAINER.
DATA: LX_BUSI_EXC TYPE REF TO /IWBEP/CX_MGW_BUSI_EXCEPTION.
        LO_MECO = MO_CONTEXT->GET_MESSAGE_CONTAINER( ).
         LO_MECO->ADD_MESSAGES_FROM_BAPI( IT_BAPI_MESSAGES = LT_ERR_RET_TAB ).
         CREATE OBJECT LX_BUSI_EXC
           EXPORTING
             MESSAGE_CONTAINER = LO_MECO.
         RAISE EXCEPTION LX_BUSI_EXC.
Note : where LT_ERR_RET_TAB is your internal table where you would have captured all the error messages.
That is it. You will be able to see the messages .

Once you create the session, Process the session using
the report RSBDCSUB using submit statement.
It would list out the erroneous records.
Hence, while submitting, just say submit RSBDCSUB in background and export output list to memory.,
Then you can retrieve the list from memory using the FM LIST_FROM_MEMORY into the internal table and finally send the email by the fm you have already mentioned.

I need to write code to fill error handling structures like(monitor table).

I append 50 line items while creating a PR using BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE and I get an error in RETURN.
So can I capture the line item which exactly has that error.

I could not find TEST_RUN option in these bapis
Roundway will be
1. Use BAPI_REQUISTION_CREATE with single line item and create PR then take the requisiton number
2. Use ME_UPDATE_REQUISITION. and add line by line into same PR (Within loop)
BAPI_REQUISITION_CHANGE can only be possible to edit existing line and you cannot able to add new lines,

How to capture mapping error and able to send it..

Hi Friends,
We have a requirement, where in, if a mapping fails due to missing required element or improper formation of the source xml message, we need to capture this and need to create an error message, which contains the error description as one of the elemnets and send it to the concerned system back. Basically, it is to let the sending system know that, what went wrong.
Is there any api available which can capture the mapping error and which could be used under java mapping used for exception handling? Any pointers in this regard would be of utmost helpful.

I am using Jdeveloper 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.3.0).
In my AppModuleImpl.java, I defined a class to call PL/SQL procedure and exposed the same as Client interface. Pulled this method from data control on to a page a Button. The functionality is working fine.
Can you suggest me, what is best way to achieve the below functionality.
1. If there is any DB errors during PL/SQL procedure, how to catch and display the Errors / Warning in Pop-up message.
2. How to display info message on successful completion in Pop-up.

BPM - Send Step to HTTP - How to capture the error?

Hi gurus,
I have a BPM with a Send Step that connects to an http server. I need the following:
- If the HTTP returns code 200, end the BPM
- If the HTTP returns another code, wait 5 minutos and try the send step again.
I've made a LOOP with a flag. Inside the LOOP I have a BLOCK with an exception branch.
In the send step I put in the field "system error" to go to the exception branch and in the exception branch i'm setting my flag to do the loop one more time.
My problem is that the Send Step is not triggering the exception branch! The http returns 405 or 504 and it continues like everything is okey.
Can you help with this?

How to capture error message in a FM call during exception

Hi,
The FM i'm trying to call is giving an exception and don't have the built in mechanism to pass on the error message that occured during processing.
However, if i see the job log in SM37, I'm able to see the corresponding error message.
Please let me know on how to capture this error message with in my program.

Capturing soap errors in PI

Dear Scn users,
I have a proxy->webservice scenario.
If there is something wrong while sending data to webservice(Ex:wrong username)there will be error which will be displayed as"invalid username" if we test using soap UI.
But in PI it will shown only as http 500 error,How to capture this error in PI like soap UI.
In PI also it should show as "Invalid Username".
How to achieve this.

How to get the last error for while loop? I just want transfer the last error for while loop, but the program use the shift register shift all error every cycle.

What do you mean by "get" and "transfer"?
If the shift register is not what you want, use a plan tunnel instead.
Typically, programmers are interested in the first, not last, error.

within the past 10 days I've started to have problems in accessing websites that I visit regularly and may have visited only hours before. The message I receive is 'Server Error in '/' Application' which gives details about how to find out more information but (1) I'm not sure how to follow the information and (20 whether the information is safe, and (3) whether following the advice will correct the problem - it doesn't sound as if it will. I'll cut and paste the information below - help received with thanks (I'll just provide the current problem site but it has happened with a number including abc.net.au and classicsonline.com amongst others

How to capture error message log for Tcode MIR7

I have a problem to capture the error message outside the tcode which are created by MIR7/MIR0 .
Are they stored in any database table?
Is there any other way to access them?
