Okay so i updated my phone recently and i went to update an app and it had the wrong apple id so i went to settings and saw what my apple id was and i logged in out a few times and i went back to the app store and it did not change!!!!!!!!!! What do i do?

If you are seeing your old ID when you update apps it's because that ID was used to purchase the apps. Apps and their updates are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them, regardless of the ID you have in Settings>iTunes & App Stores. The only way to stop this would be to delete these apps and repurchase them with your other ID.

It appears the AppleID used to buy the iTunes content stays with your purchase. You'll need it to authorize that content anywhere you want to play it.
I contacted Apple about changing my Apple ID from old iTunes purchases to my new AppleID but it just doesn't seem to work.
Write down your old AppleID. You'll need it anytime you change your circuit board in your Mac, change your disk or get a new computer.

You can't change your ID if it's a me/mac address, otherwise;
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

If your phone is signed into an old ID and you are trying to change it to an updated version of the old ID, do the following:
Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.
