How to complain directly to apple

does anyone know how we can contact apple directly by email and get a reply , instead of having to try and do chat sessions with them and they dont start the chat or being directed here

There is no "complaint emil address".  There is a feedback email address, and you cannot expect to receive any response.  Since you haven't tried to explain the problem you've encountered, it's impossible to point you in a specific direction.

    Here's my complain since update 2006-01-10 for Nano:
    Hold-Menu no longer toggle backlight.
    This was usefull and providing a simple way to light up an ipod in the dark. (Who needs backlight even for few seconds when there's ambient light?) This was documented in the initial manual.
    Beep alarm clock no longer beep if the clicker is set to off.
    Clicker don't mean speaker...
    Is anybody else find those beeps notifications (alarm and appointments) a little bit short? Try to find another alarm clock that only beep for 2 seconds. This should beep for 30 seconds or be configurable. I still bring my travel alarm clock since I can't rely on Nano that is supposed to handle this. Who sleeps with earbuds? This beep should be heard final. Dont claim having alarm clock function if it can't wake anybody.
    Otherwise, what a killer product..

    I updated to 1.1 for about 30 seconds. The menu/backlight thing is what got to me. So I restored back to 1.0.

    Is it possible to speak to anyone at BT who understands why I am complaining???
    Yesterday I phoned BT to report an internet fault and was put through to an asian customer care(???) adviser who struggled to understand me. He asked me to take my hub out of the extension socket in my living room (put in by BT) and plug it into the main socket which the engineer had installed in my hallway where there are no electrical sockets. I explained to the adviser that I am physically disabled and would find this difficult. I also explained that there was no power supply anywhere near the main BT socket. The adviser then told me that I needed to find an extension cable to reach to the nearest power supply. I again explained that I was disabled and his reply was 'Don't worry just take your time'. Despite causing myself a lot of pain I managed to do this, while continuously telling the adviser that I was finding it extremely hard to do and that I was in pain. The adviser was unbelievably patronising and kept telling me to calm down and at one point suggested I should get myself a drink of water. He then informed me that there is a faut on my line and told me that I must leave the hub connected to the main socket and the extension plugged into the power supply until the 26th of February so that it can be monitored!! I told him that this was impossible as I now had a hub in the doorway between my hall and living room and a power cable across my living room floor (and I couldn't now use my TV as the extension cable is plugged into the only socket!!). I again explained that I am disabled and that these cables etc were a tripping hazard for me to which he replied 'Please do what I say  I am here to help you' I then asked him whether he would accept liability if I tripped and he replied 'You are not helping me here'
    I have tried to complain to BT today about this adviser, I've tried 'Live Chat' but just got another asian man who was as much use as a chocolate fireguard. I have phoned head office 3 times but keep being diverted from the switchboard back to the BT automated phone line. I do not want to speak to this man's supervisor in Asia, I want to talk to someone in the UK who can ensure that customers witha disability are treated acceptably.
    Can anyone tell me how to go about this?

    About one month ago my MBA burnt and when I took it to Apple store the told me the SDD and logic bord has problem. The supposed to repair it in 7-10 days but it took 20 days! Anyways, when I took it home, I realised that its speakers does not work. So as I went again to Apple the said to forgot to connect the speaker's cables. They fixed it. Now after a few days I noticed there is a noise from one side of my laptop, near the headphone port. It is really low and I prefer to see how it goes. The problem is the fan. I guess the didn't install it properly or something. Now my MBA is really really hot. As hot as I can't touch some parts of it. So I booked an appointment in Apple store again. But I know they will fix the fan and thats it. But clearly this extra hot damaged CPU and other parts that would later. But they not gonna fix it now as they are all running and seem working. 
    So all these problems are because the person who repaired it did not install parts properly. Otherwise why would all these happen after repairing my MAB ??
    I just wanna know what can I do in this situation? and how to complain?

    You need to contact Apple customer care, and make sure you get the customer care 'case number' related to your complaint. Make sure you have all the information related to your machine such as the serial number and so on. If you have had other 'case numbers' related to this machine's serial number, you will want to make a note of those also.
    You should first make an attempt to have the situation resolved at the Apple store where you bought the machine. You will want to speak to a manager or supervisor; remain calm and civil while you explain your situation, and what action(s) you feel would rectify the situation. If the manager/supervisor at the Apple store is unable/unwilling to rectify the situation, it will be time to seek "executive customer relations" assistance.
    When an Apple customer has a persistent problem, which can be proven by the 'case number' from customer service, and the customer contacts an Apple executive (by email) an "executive customer relations" employee will contact you, usually within a few business days, to see if there is a way to rectify the situation.
    You can google apple executive contact information. The customer care line might be able to give you the information.
    Remember to always be polite and civil in your discussions/correspondence with Apple staff.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Check the location setting for the iTunes Store is correct.
    You might also try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
    Restart your router.
    If you are still having problems try a restore.

    I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

    You did not buy your iphone from an Apple store.  No Apple employee sold you anything.
    Your complaint is not with Apple.  You bought from an unauthorized seller.  Your complain is with that seller.
    As you have been told more than once, Apple has nothing to do with this.

    I bought my iphone 6 direct from Apple, however this was locked onto AT&T since the unlocked version was not available from apple at time of purchase - I asked AT&T if they had to unlock the iphone for me and they said NO since I bought the phone directly from Apple - please clarify how I can have my iphone unlocked as  I would like to insert a UK card when I travel to UK and then reinsert by US card when back in america.

    Only AT&T is authorized to unlock the phone but you will have to meet their requirements, generally you would need to have service with them prior to them agreeing to unlock your phone.
    Return the phone if you can and see if the Apple store is selling any unlock ones.
    As of right now you won't be able to use the phone unless you activate it thru AT&T.

    I have multiple IDs and use the single computer sharing itunes. By 'sharing' I mean we open the pc, open itunes and log in with our individual ID as required.
    While Im logged in I plug in  my device. I transfer my purchases from my device as per the file menu (not the check for auto downloads). I move them as required to whichever playlist I like.
    Then when my son wants to use itunes or update his device, he logs in, plugs in his device, transfers purchases from his device, puts whatever music he wants into his playlist and/or drags direct to the device regardless of who purchased it and then syncs.
    Im not sure how it works associating the pc with only one ID or all that other business- I know I don't fiddle with any of that.

    I just bought a used 1st Generation Apple iPad 64 GB, 3G. How can I open an Apple App account?  I am trying to download a free app and it says I have to have an account, however, everytime I try to set up a new account I can fill only fill out some of the information but then the screen goes black and I cannot proceed with the account.  At one point it said "no sim card" and I am not sure where one would go if I had one.  Do you need a sim card to download free apps?  Why won't it let me set up an Apple Account?  Any suggestions?

    I can think of no reason at all why you need a sim card to creat an Apple ID. Try this first - reboot the iPad and reset the memory.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    Afte the iPad starts up again, follow the directions in this support article - exactly - to creat the account without a credit card.

    IF ... You are signed into another Apple ID on the iPad you will have to sign out of that ID in order to create a new one. Settings>Store - you can sign out there.
    You MUST try to download a free app in order to start the process off correctly. If you were using an email address with another ID that you already created, you will have to have another email address to associate the new ID with.

    Sign up for what? All you need is airplay enabled on ATV, then when iPad is on the same network you double tap home button, swipe (left to right motion) and you will bring up the volume/brightness controls, along with airplay. Tap on airplay (rectangle with triangle in it) and select ATV, toggle ON mirroring.
    The only way to mirror the iPad is wirelessly through ATV or by purchasing the adapter and connecting directly to your TV. Bluetooth via your Blu-Ray player won't help with this.
