How to configure .wxs file to to detect latest version of IE when writing to the FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION RegistryKey?
I have a .wxs file with a component

I know the end users will be using Windows 7 and will most likely have at least IE 9 installed on their computer. But I would really like to set the Value to the latest version of IE installed on the user's machine. I am using the WiX Edit tool to
build the .msi. How can I detect the latest version of IE installed on the user's machine?
That looks like a WiX question - you should try the WiX-users forums or the WiX category in StackOverflow.

While downloading the file i didn't selected the save option instead i gave open with(winrar) option. I have some other rar files to combine with this file. So after the completion of this partial downloaded rar file is not saved in my system.How can i recover it.

But i already searched the windows and looked for that file.. But its not anywhere to be found. See first while downloading i gave the open option instead of save. So after the completion of the download the file opened automatically in winRAR. I tried to extract that file then it gave me some error. After that i closed the winrar and searched for that file in windows with search option but its not seen anywhere.

I'm using windows 8 on my pc, and i have just downloaded the latest version of itunes, after i upgraded the latest version of itunes, it can't detect my iphone, but my windows/my pc does. Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

how do i migrate files from a imac to macbook pro using an ethernet cable. the migration program asks for firewire and i don't own a fireWire. I do own an ethernet cable though
A FW cable would be far faster & Easier, but with Ethernet you need a compatible version of Migration Assistant running on both Macs.

Where are you importing from – a camera or computer? If you are optimizing at import, make sure the background processes are completed. (Command-9)

I updated the IPAD with the latest update and now when I turned the IPAD on, I get the itunes logo and then nothing else. How can I fix this to let me use my IPAD?

1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -

Game Center is just simply used for what you are seeing, leaderboards and stats between your friends and yourself.
To launch an app, first download it from the app store, then just tap the icon on the home screen when it is done downloading!!!

Did you downloaded and installed Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 through Creative Cloud.
After uninstalled them, Creative Cloud saying applications are "Up to Date" when not installed.
If this is the case then please perform the steps given in the help document.

I have a 1TB WD external hard disk, which suddenly cannot be detected in my system. When i connect the hardisk to the macbook, the disk appears and immediately disconnects with the message "Disk not properly ejected". Any advice ?
verify on another Mac if the same
WD is having issues with mavericks as you can see on the WD forum, did you install any WD software (never do that) when you connected the drive for the first time?
possible issue is a dead SATA bridge card or the new WD firmware w/ Mavericks.

RSA tokens are currently not supported for login, neither to the GUI/CLI or access to the spam quarantine. There is currently a feature request"Support SecurID via RADIUS" for the WSA, if you want you can open a ticket and have either add your company to that request, or have it extended for ESA as well.
