How to create a error message for Deleted batch while creating a PO

Hi ,
Can any body tell me how to create error message for a deleted batch while creating a PO in ME21n,
when a PO is created for a deleted batch at GI &GR lebel it is showing a error message,
but i want to show a error message while doing the PO creation.

Welcome to the forums.
You can try one of the two options below to work around your issue.
Drag and drop the files from the desired music folder to the BlackBerry Music folder using the computer.
Open the desired music folder on the computer
Go into Computer or My Computer and open the BlackBerry network drive
Open the Music folder
Drag the desired music files from the computer music folder to the BlackBerry Music folder
Try a different Windows profile.
Go into the Control Panel and create a new user account
Put some music files in a folder that is accessible by all profiles or transfer them to the BlackBerry device
Log out of the current profile and log into the new profile
Transfer music into iTunes or Windows Media Player
Launch BlackBerry Link and go through the setup configuring the music source of your choice
Click on the Computer name in the bottom left corner of Link
Select Music on the left side
Drag and drop the desired music files from the list to the BlackBerry name in the bottom left corner of Link
If neither of these options work for you then you will want to contact your mobile service provider and ask that this issues be escalate to BlackBerry support for investigation.

Editable ALV - how to throw an error message for a specific line & field

I've implemented an editable ALV and also the ON_DATA_CHECK event to check the values, entered in the ALV. So this works fine and I can check the values.
But now, I want to throw an error message corresponding to the field in the ALV, where the error occured.
How can I throw this error message corresponding to a specific line/field in the ALV?
I was using REPORT_ATTRIBUTE_ERROR_MESSAGE and REPORT_ELEMENT_ERROR_MESSAGE but without success.
I'm also using a loop over the "CHANGES" in the ALV and within this loop, I use
elem_alv = node_alv->get_element( index = <change>-element_index )
to get the element for the message.

I have tried to replicate your problem and I am getting the desired output. I have a row by name TEMP_NEW in my ALV and I want to throw an error message whenever the user enters a value of 4 for that particular field. Please find my coding as below. The important thing is where we perform the actual comparison between the r_value and 4. r_value is defined in SALV_WD_S_TABLE_MOD_CELL as reference to type DATA. So suppose the user enters a value of say 3 in the TEMP_NEW field of the ALV then r_value would contain 3 but if you observe its type in debugging mode it would be as TYPE REF TO I and not TYPE I. So you cannot directly say something like:
"if ls_modified_cells-r_value = 3" as this would lead to a syntax error. Define a field-symbol say <temp> and then use it to get the actual value into it by saying like:
ASSIGN ls_modified_cells-r_value->* TO <temp>.
Then you can use this <temp> for comparison in your IF statement like:
IF <temp> = 3.
Find the entire coding as below:

While creating material master, when i fill the MRP controller field and press enter, I get the message...
The MRP controller 391 does not exist for plant

I have checked, the MRP controller is availble in Master Data for MRP Controller. And we have already created many material master with this MRP Controller.
What could be the possible cause for this error. Please help.

Acccording to the code of the message, it's a user-defined one. Therefore, you should check your settings. Most probably, you have activated user-exit for accounts master data (SAPMF02H enhancement).

While Creating & Saving The Production Order System Is Not Supporting In Giving A Warning Massage On Missing Parts In spite Of Deficit In Storage Location For Materials.
The Clint Requires A Warning Massage In Case Of Materials Shortage In SL
I Tried To Get This From the Following Method
Checked For Define checking control In OPJK.
Selected plant, Order type & selected the business function 1 for create or 2 for release. And Maintained These Settings
a)     Removed tick mark in No Availability check.
b)     Type of component check Given as - ATP check.
c)      Material release - 1. User decides on release if parts are missing.
d)     PP Checking rule (Which Is same As with plant parameter OPPQ)
e)     In Define scope of check (OPJJ) made a tick mark in check w/o RLT.
Then Assigned the availability checking group at Mrp View of Header material.
In spite Of All These Settings Still At The Time Of Order Release/Save A Warning Massage Or A Informative Massage Is Not Appearing

In Ztable creation, How can we display error message for a 'To date' field.

I have a requirement like this.
There r two fields in ztable. From date and To date.
The field 'To date' in table ZKM007 is taking before date than From date field.
To date should always be greater than from date i need to throw an error or don't allow to enter date if date is less than From date.
How can we do this?

Error Message for the cancellation of paid billing document

Hi,
Can i create and error message for the cancellation of paid billing document? If yes, how can i create such.
Overview:
Accounting document is created upon creation of billing document. Upon payment, document cleared is the accounting document created. There are instances wherein accounting document was already cleared but our user is still able to reversed billing document. Now, i want to create an error message or user exist wherein, when a user will not be able to reverse the billing document if the accounting document attached to this billing document is already paid.

Hi Rachel,
You can make use of the exit (Include) MV45AFZZ. The corresponding form routine is FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE.
In this exit, For the given billing document ( which is going to be cancelled ), pick up the accouting document from BSEG tables.
For this accouting document, Pass this to BSAD Table ( Customer clleared items)
If BSEG-BELNR = BSAD-BELNR and
BSEG-Acc.Year = BSAD-Acc,year )..
Then throw a error message and EXIT.
So for all the cleared docments , user can not cancel the invoices.

But, some times i am not able to create the contact successfully, and Unable to figure out proper reason for record erroring out.
I dont find any out msg data variables for this API in order to check it for the Error.

How to populate a Error message in WebUI Screen

Dear Experts,
I have a small issue in Lead creation screen. I need to restrict the followup document if the lead end date is lesser than the system date, if the end date lesser than the system date system should through a error message in web Ui Screen and the lead follow up creation should be stoped.
We found an enhancement spot in backend(GUI) of lead creation we raised the error message in the backend screen. Here its working fine, But we are not able to get any error message in WebUI lead creation screen.
We written the code in CREATE_ORDER Method of lead creation in GUI ( tcode : CRMD_ORDER). We tried to debug the program using external debuger from webui but its not getting triggered.
Pls suggest me, how to raise a error message for WEBUI lead follow up creation validation.

Is there any way to get list of all possible error messages in BAPI for BAPI_PO_CREATE1 and BAPI_SAG_CREATE?
I need to prepare check list of all possible error messages BAPI can return while creating PO and Schedulling agreement using BAPI.

Try checking the message class used inside BAPI_PO_Create and all the messages in ME21n .
Then you will need to go to this message class and find out al the messages.
But this can go for a long list from 'error for valid vendor numbers, materials , and all the fields etc

Means you have an incompatible Safari extension installed. Look in the /Home/Library/Safari/Extensions/ folder for the offending plug-in and delete it.

I have created one document library.On uploading the same file SharePoint throws error as"server error.The same file exit".
