How to create abapProxy without ESR connection

I use local object in sproxy and i want to copy a local object service..but i cannot copy it because when i do right click,in context menu copy option doesnt exist..
is it possible to create abap proxy without Integration Builder?and how can i do it?

From what i understood in your query below are few explanations.
ABAP Proxy can be generated using:
1. Using Object Navigator SE80
a) Call the Object Navigator (transaction SE80) in the system where you want to generate the server or client proxy. Select a package. From the context menu, choose Create ® Enterprise Services / Web Services ® Proxy Object.
b) In the dialog box that appears, choose the WSDL Source (URL/HTTP destination, local file, UDDI, or XI Repository).The Object Navigator displays proxy objects created in the system in the navigation tree under Enterprise Services ® Web Service Library (client proxies, server proxies, and proxy Dictionary-objects).
2. Using transaction SPROXY

http://www.caucho.com/projects/jdbc-mysql/index.xtp and downloaded Caucho driver and installed the jar ---- caucho-jdbc-mysql-0.2.7.jar in my classpath..
this is how i embedded the code

According to the installation instructions for that driver:
The driver is com.caucho.jdbc.mysql.Driver
The url is jdbc:mysql-caucho://hostname:port/database
You used something else for the driver name. So it doesn't work. By the way, I found those instructions here: http://www.caucho.com/projects/jdbc-mysql/

You should be able to do that in SM59 of the XI Box.
Create the connection under "HTTP Connections to R/3 System".
Provide the Target Host IP Address.Service Number and Path Prefix.
Select the logon procedure as SAP Standard.
SSL Inactive.
Provide Logon details.

If U are not satisfied with the resolution provided below
Howevr as per my experience
If U wanna use DSN less Connection U may go ahead and use TYPE II/III/IV drivers which would be Application(database) specific in general.
u wud have to include the driver specific .jar files (to load drivers) in your classpath for few specific type of drivers like thin/OCI/.......
And it wud be different for different Databases U can easily get information and downloadables about those drivers from db vendors web portals.

Hi Howard,
is this your first usage of BWA? Normally this config is done by the initial installation normally from your HW vendor.
Please use the python standalone tool trexadmin to setup this RFC connection:
1. Log on with the user <sapsid>adm.
2. Enter the following:
cd <TREX_DIR>
./TREXAdmin.sh
Go to the tab 'Connectivity' and create a new RFC connection.

i use nw 7.01 , it's sproxy inteface is different old and new ones like 7.1 so i couldnt create abap proxy in sproxy.I created an message interface in integration repository but i couldnt find any object releated to this in sproxy..
I found some documentation about 7.1 , it mentions that you must create a service interface in IR but in my version it doesnt exist.
so how to create or copy existing proxy class?

I guess it should be similar to PI 7.0 environment wherein you have to create message interface in IR. Then use SPROXY transaction at R3 (not XI). From there you may select the interface and create proxy. For this make sure that abap proxy is activated at your R3 system.

You can't, InDesign will embed the fonts for you.
To unembed fonts you need Acrobat Professional. Go to Tools>Print Production>Pdf Optimiser
go to Fonts
And select the fonts to unembed.
You could select any text and change the Transparency to 99.9%.
Then in Edit>Transparency Flattener make a new one using High as a base for the new

When you Export to pdf, choose Adobe PDF 1.3, and go to Flattening, choose the new Flattener Preset that you just made.
And when you export it, any text forced through the Flattener will be converted to outlines. (this could violate the terms of the Font Licencing.)

what you want to create is Bid Invitation it seems.
Just choose the publication type of BI as "public".
and you would not need to input the bidders.
If you still get error message.
Then change the type of this message in SRM IMG-> srm server -> cross applns -> message control --> infl. message control

I am looking to write a custom JAVA code / Shell Script which needs to establish a connection to execute a PL/SQL API on Rel 12 db.
The challenge is to be able to connect without specifying APPS Password anywhere (just like Oracle Apps does it).
This Shell script / Java code is not called from within Apps hence I need to establish a brand new connection along the lines of using ....

Have you looked at Oracle produced dbc file and its contents? That might help. It is under $FND_TOP/secure. It uses GWYUID=APPLSYSPUB/PUB. I am hoping that the APPS_JDBC_URL would help too.

Livecycle: Not sure how to create a database to connect to the form

Trying to create a data base to connect to the form so I can reference to .
1. What does the data base system need to be... (Word, Excell, something else? No Clue here)
2. How do I categorize the cells in the data base to be readable in livecycle forms?
3. Once I have created the data base does this have to be on a server to be read, I just have my desktop is that ok or do I need to upload the database to something else "Wow I'm clearly over my head here"
4. Once I have a data base created how do I tell the form to find the data base and use the information created in the data base to populate other fields.
5. Can the forms capture information on the data base?
Its a lot basically trying to learn everything in one shot. I'll see how it goes. Any info would be great or reference on where to get started. I have looked at the adobe help window, but even that I'm lost.

The programs that you mention are not databases. Excel can be made to look like one but it is tricky. I remember Thom Parker wrote an article on this....here is the link.You will have to sign up to his site to get the text:

I suggest you start with these resources and then go from there.
Note that if you go down this path that access to Databases can only be done through full Acrobat or for Reader users by Reader Extending the form using LiveCycle Reader Extensions server. The Reader Extensions capablity in Acrobat does not supply this functionality.

I have a special requirement where I need to allow user to create a child record without master context.
I have two VOs MasterVO and ChildVO and have view link between those two. and cardinality is 0..1 to *. Here my master is read only VO. and it is typically group by of child attributes except Date column. I did like this, because my table is de-normalized table and column VersionNumber which is of type Date represent versions of each master. So I have created my Application module like below.

         ---ChildVO.
In UI, when I create a child record using ChildVO, but due to view link, it is creating a record under the context of Master. But is there any way where we can use the same ChildVO instance which is under masterVO to create a new record, but the newly created record should not be created under the context of master.
I want this requirement to reuse the jsff page, because, I have Create and Edit pages, both looks similar but In create I use ChildVO to input all the values, but in Edit page few attributes(which are common attributes except date for version to version of each master) are not editable, those will be under read only Master VO(I used group by here in VO to achieve this), and in edit screen we are allowing user to create new version of master where it copies all the values in the master VO except date. so in backend it get stored as separate record with different Date.
Any help of this kind of implementation.

I wrote a drawing program, using "pencilplay" example project.
But I used "renderasimage" to return forte iamge object for saving
a image file instead of using forte objects.
It is very simple, but the image oject returned was dependent on my
Win95 graphical state like "screen snapshop" program.
(my system is highcolor, so image object size is very big...)
I don't know how to save my drawing like "paintbrush" program
in forte into monochrom bmp, 16color bmp, 255 color bmp without
changing my window system.

Do you have any BPM values filled in for your songs? Because itunes doesn't put them there. You need some program to do it. There are programs you can buy - just google itunes BPM.
