How to Create New Maintenance Order using IP30 against the deleted one

Dear Sir,
We have an equipment having Monthly Maintenance Schedule . Using IP30 , we had generated Maintenance Order for next 3 months (i.e Jan / Feb / March ) . Due to some change in the Task List , We decided to Delete these earlier generated Maintenance Orders and then generate the fresh Orders usiing IP30 . To set Delete Indicator , we used Tcode IP02 and these Orders were marked with Delete Indicator .
Subsequently using IP30 , we tried to generate fresh Maintenance Orders ( for month Jan / Feb / March ) for this Maintenace Plan. But no fresh Orders are getting generated . On Analysing it further , we find that for this Maintenance Plan ( Tcode IP02) under the tab <Maintenance plan Schedule Call > , against the Jan / feb / March months Sceduling Type/Status is appearing as "Schedule Completed" .
Kindly guide us as how can we generate the fresh Orders .

I would suggest two option for this query:
Option1: You can use the existing (deletion flaged) orders, by deleting all the operation in the created PM order and in order, goto Extras - select the Task list which you have done changes. In this option your exsisting plan is not distrubed.
Option2: If any way you want new PM orders, then Goto schedule of the plan & restart, system will ask wheather to delet/ skip the existing schedule.
Hope this options will help you to take decision.

How to create multiple Purchase Order using the same document number?

HI Friends,
I m in a product which extracts data from SAP and stored in Access database.
For that,while i extracting Purchase Order from the Demo Database (SBODemo_US)for OEC Computers,the same DocNum is used for several Purchase Order using Index Line numbers.
eg:
DocNum for Purchase Order1 -->3000 0 (Index)
DocNum for Purchase Order2 -->3000 1 (Index)
 But i can't create multiple Purchase Order using same DocNum manually in SAP B1,Could anybody please help me to create a Purchase Order using same DocumentNumber?

Hi,
The problem statement is not quite clear to me.
As far as I understand your statement, I think you want to club multiple orders into one purchase order using the index incrementally.
For this I think once you have created the first purchase order, open the purchase order in edit mode the second time and append the new line items.
If I am getting you wrong please explain the problem statement in more detail.

Hi sreenu,
Open PO or Open sales order means that the complete cycle is not complete. That means the Sales order is not completely delievered or is not billed or is not paid for. Only once the cycle is completed the order status shows as complete untill then its Open.
You can use VA05 to find open sales orders.
Similarlry open PO's are those PO's whos inbound delivery is not complete or whos goods receipt is not complete and whos payment is not done to the vendor
U cannot directly find the open PO and open SO from any table.
That u have to calculate from the status of the PO and SO and then check wheteher that is complete or not.
U have table VBUP for SO status.Check out the fields in that table

I am new to Visual Composer.
I read the tutorial and created a Model which fetches the Sales Orders from the R/3 using BAPI_SALESORDER_GETLIST, every thing worked fine.
I am trying to create a sales order in R/3 using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1, following are the steps I did:
1)Create a model
2)Drag a model element(iView) on to the designer
3)Double click the iView and Drag the function BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1 on to the iView Designer
Now my question is, for BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1 there are some mandatory fields as mentioned in the document.
1. Mandatory entries:
ORDER_HEADER_IN :
DOC_TYPE Sales document type
SALES_ORG Sales organization
DISTR_CHAN Distribution channel
DIVISION Division
ORDER_PARTNERS..:
PARTN_ROLE Partner functions, SP sold-to party
PARTN_NUMB Customer number
ORDER_ITEMS_IN..:
MATERIAL Material number
REQ_QTY Order quantity in sales unit
I can pass the values of structure ORDER_HEADER_IN from a input form but how should I pass mandatory values for tables ORDER_PARTNERS and ORDER_ITEMS_IN.
Ideally I should have one form where I can send all the mandatory items in the form.

Problem in creating new delivery order using BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_SPLIT_DEC.

I'm using BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_SPLIT_DEC. It's creating a new delivery with zero quantity. I am populating the del_qty field in the Item_data table with the desired quantity. Can anyone suggest what should be done to get the new delivery order with the desired splitted quantity?

i guess the delivery your are using is already full quantity is issued.
try to use the delivery number for which no quantity has been issued.

SAX is a parser, not a generator.Well,
you can use it to create an XML file too. And it will take care of proper encoding, thus being much superior to a normal textwriter:

I know, rules are a quota max as 256 ko.
So, my problem is to move all mail from external writer of my directory.
I want to create a folder Inbox\external where all mail have to be move on except internal mail.
So I looked at :
[-From <RecipientIdParameter[]>] ; [-FromAddressContainsWords <MultiValuedProperty>] and [-ExceptIfFrom <RecipientIdParameter[]>] but, because of quota limitation, I could add all internal exchange recipients.

If you would like to move the emails from external senders to a specific folder using Inbox rule.
I’d recommend you create a Dynamic Distribution Group and name it as
internalrecipients. Then set it as All recipients in the filter tab. Now it is a group which contains all users and contacts in your organization.
Next, set the Inbox rule in your client as below:
Click on the Inbox folder and new a Rule.
Apply the rules on messages I receive.
Send only to me.
Move to the specified folder (new a folder named external).
Except if from people or public group (internalrecipients).
Run the rule now on message already in “Inbox”
Finish.
See if it works as you expected.

When I create a Planned order using PDS, the Setup time is coming as 0.

We have been using PPMs for a long time, and now we are trying to migrate to PDS.
We are currently in SCM 7.0.
I successfully created the PDS in APO (using CIF from R/3). In the PDS (in APO), for a particular activity, I see the activity type is "S", and the Activity Duratiion (Fixed) is 43,200 Seconds.
However, when I create a planned order using this PDS, the activity time is zero (End time = Start Time).
When we use the PPM the setup time comes correctly.
Any help will be appreciated..

I have checked all that you have suggested, and it is okay. The issue still persists.
One thing that I noticed was that it is working fine in the old SCM 5.0 environment - the setup time is coming correctly in the planned order.
However, we have this issue in the new SCM 7.0 environment. Is there something that is different in SCM 7.0 in terms order explosion ?

1. Create sales order
This process step can be triggered as follows:
The customer accepts the quotation and places an order.
You create a sales order with reference to a quotation. For more information, see Structure link processing Quotations. The system copies the items from the quotation.
You create a sales order. This is also possible without performing the previous steps.
 2. Enter products
You enter products requested by customers.
Note
If necessary, you can configure products again for every item of the sales order. You can find more information in the business scenario variant Structure linkQuotation and Order Management (Configure-to-Order) and under Structure linkProduct Configuration in the Sales Transaction.
 3. Check availability, schedule order and create requirements
The system triggers an availability check and scheduling in SAP APO for every order item in SAP CRM. The confirmed quantities and dates are confirmed by SAP APO to SAP CRM, and saved in the sales order (see Structure linkAvailability Check in the Sales Order). At the same time, a customer requirement is created in SAP APO.
