How to default condition record currency when creating in VK11

Hello experts,
  I have created a pricing table with fields that are not sales org specific. I have subsequently created a condition type that uses an access sequence that uses this table. The condition type is set up as a cond class B(price) with a calculation type B(fixed amount). All works great, however, when creating the condition record it is requiring an entry for currency. Is there a way I can have currency default in when creating the condition record?

Hi,
NO U cannot have it since Currency in sales is in Sales Org which is missing in yr config.
U need to enter it manually.

  • How to get the exact time when condition records has been created?

    Hello All,
    Can anyone thorw some light on - how to find the exact time on which a particular condition record has been created?
    I have tried to get it from KONP {by inputting condition record number}, but unfortunately time is not tracked over there, but the date is tracked.
    Await your valuable inputs on the same.
    Regards,
    Hrishi

    Dear Hrishi,
    Try with this
    Go to display mode of the condition record through VK13 transaction from the condition record overview screen go to menu Environment >Changes>Click on Change report now system will take you to the Change Documents for conditions selection screen here you input proper selection data then execute now system will give the all the details here you can find the time also.
    I hope this will help you,
    Regards,

  • How to stop new record creation when mouse click

    Hi,
    I am working with Oracle Forms 6i.
    I have a multi record block. I have provided a 'New' button that the user should click when a new record creation is required. This is because there is some other function that needs to be performed when the new record is created. Specifically, on clicking the new button, the program populates the field with values read from another table. This works fine.
    However, I realized, that if the user clicks on the mutli-record block just below the last record, a new record gets created. This action does not cause the logic behind the 'New' button to execute and the record is created in a manner that is not acceptable.
    First question is why does the new record get created only by clicking with the mouse with the pointer below the last record? Is there a way to stop this from happening?
    Thanks in advance for your help.
    Shailesh

    Hi Andreas,
    Probably I was not able to explaing my problem.
    I have a button that creates a new record when clicked. The button's trigger has the CREATE_RECORD statement.
    When a new record is created, I need to copy values from the record above it. I have therefore used DUPLICATE_RECORD in my block's WHEN-NEW-RECORD-INSTANCE trigger.
    I cannot use DUPLICATE-RECORD in WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger.
    So, I am not clear about what you are suggesting.
    My problem is that a new record gets created when click with my mouse pointer below the last record in the multi-record block. Why does that happen and how to prevent it?
    Thanks
    Shailesh

  • How to get UTF-8 encoding when create XML using DBMS_XMLGEN and UTL_FILE ?

    How to get UTF-8 encoding when create XML using DBMS_XMLGEN and UTL_FILE ?
    Hi,
    I do generate XML-Files by using DBMS_XMLGEN with output by UTL_FILE
    but it seems, the xml-Datafile I get on end is not really UTF-8 encoding
    ( f.ex. cannot verifying it correct in xmlspy )
    my dbms is
    NLS_CHARACTERSET          = WE8MSWIN1252
    NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET     = AL16UTF16
    NLS_RDBMS_VERSION     = 10.2.0.1.0
    I do generate it in this matter :
    declare
    xmldoc CLOB;
    ctx number ;
    utl_file.file_type;
    begin
    -- generate fom xml-view :
    ctx := DBMS_XMLGEN.newContext('select xml from xml_View');
    DBMS_XMLGEN.setRowSetTag(ctx, null);
    DBMS_XMLGEN.setRowTag(ctx, null );
    DBMS_XMLGEN.SETCONVERTSPECIALCHARS(ctx,TRUE);
    -- create xml-file:
    xmldoc := DBMS_XMLGEN.getXML(ctx);
    -- put data to host-file:
    vblob_len := DBMS_LOB.getlength(xmldoc);
    DBMS_LOB.READ (xmldoc, vblob_len, 1, vBuffer);
    bHandle := utl_file.fopen(vPATH,vFileName,'W',32767);
    UTL_FILE.put_line(bHandle, vbuffer, FALSE);
    UTL_FILE.fclose(bHandle);
    end ;
    maybe while work UTL_FILE there is a change the encoding ?
    How can this solved ?
    Thank you

    Marco,
    I tryed to work with dbms_xslprocessor.clob2file,
    that works good,
    but what is in this matter with encoding UTF-8 ?
    in my understandig, the xmltyp created should be UTF8 (16),
    but when open the xml-file in xmlSpy as UTF-8,
    it is not well ( german caracter like Ä, Ö .. ):
    my dbms is

  • How to install certifcate to tmg when create web listener

    how to install certifcate to tmg when create web listener

    Short comment that may help, if you've added the cert while the TMG MMC is open you need to refresh the MMC on the node second to the top (right-click on server/array name and select refresh) or simply restart the MMC.
    Then create the web listener as desired.
    As always you need a cert with the EKU of server authentication (regular web server cert will do) with the corresponding private key and the cert needs to be trusted on the computer where TMG is installed.

  • How to maintain the PR currency when it is converted in a PO?

    Hello Folks,
    My client needs to maintain the Purchase Requisition currency when it is converted in a PO. He wants systems issues an error message when for instance a PR is created in Euros and when this PR is picked and converted into a PO system doesn´t allow to change the currency and force you to create the PO in Euros in this case...
    Do you know  if there is a way to suit this requirement?
    thanks so much!

    Hi,
       The currency in PO will be defaulted with the currency maintained in the corresponding vendor master - purchase organization view. You may change the currency manually, anyway.
       PR is only an internal document. Will your vendor allow you to order in different currencies based on material / based on PR creator? How you will fix the amount and the currency in PR, where even the vendor will be unknown while creating PR, in most of the cases.
       I think the requirement is not logical and there is no provision in standard SAP to copy the currency from PR to PO, as of my knowledge. Also, the PR currency is at item level and PO currency is at header level.
       You may convince the customer that the PR is an internal document and the currency in PO is based on vendor currency (PO header)  and not based on PR item level currency. Even if you brought it through development, then in case there are multiple material in PR with multiple currencies, it will create inconsistency, since the PO header and you cant have multiple currency in one PO.

  • How to display all authentication providers when creating a new user?

    I have configured active Directory with weblogic 10.3.1. Users and groups display correctly under the users and groups tab. When creating a new user only the defaultauthenticator provider is displayed in the drop-down selection. How do I get my active directory authenticator to display here also for selection?

    I'm confident that the Active Directory provider is read-only. You could write your own Authentication Provider for AD that supports create/update/delete functionality, but it is not included in the out of the box AD Authentication Provider to my knowledge.
    I know both the Default Authenticator and the database authenticator are read/write.

  • Problem with default value for Billing when creating Business Partner

    In Sales Area data - Billing screen we want to default a value for Price List Type when creating a Busines Partner.
    We implemented  BADI 'BUPA_FRG0030_UPDATE'  and followed suggestions from another thread :
    Defaulting Currency Value to 'USD' during BP Creation.
    But This only seems to work when you change an existing BP.
    If we use FUNCTION 'CRM_BUPA_FRG0030_SAVE' in the BADI this function is called again by the system when saving the BP and causes a dump.
    Also the UPDATE functions only seem to work when you change an existing BP and not when creating one.
    Any suggestions if we can use another BADI or other function modules/methods ?
    Or some sample coding for implementing BUPAFRG0030_SAVE'  the correct way ?
    Thanks for the help,
    Steve

    Brent,
    When I use the latest build 10.1.3.3.81, this gets generated:
    <managed-property>
    <property-name>defaultValues</property-name>
    <map-entries>
    <map-entry>
    <key>ManagerId</key>
    <value>#{'#{jhsTypeConverter.stringToNumber['100']}'}</value>
    </map-entry>
    </map-entries>
    </managed-property>
    Which is slightly better, but still failing because the single quotes get mixed up.
    This should be generated:
    <managed-property>
    <property-name>defaultValues</property-name>
    <map-entries>
    <map-entry>
    <key>ManagerId</key>
    <value>#{"#{jhsTypeConverter.stringToNumber['100']}"}</value>
    </map-entry>
    </map-entries>
    </managed-property>
    which can be achieved by changing the defaultValuesBean.vm template like this:
    <managed-property>
    <property-name>defaultValues</property-name>
    <map-entries>
    #foreach ($defaultValue in $group.defaultValues.keySet())
    <map-entry>
    <key>$defaultValue</key>
    #if ($group.defaultValues.get($defaultValue).startsWith("#{"))
    <value>#{"$group.defaultValues.get($defaultValue)"}</value>
    #else <value>$group.defaultValues.get($defaultValue)</value> #end
    </map-entry>
    #end
    </map-entries>
    </managed-property>

  • How to provide RDP cert file when create virtual machine deployment?

    hi,
    the Azure REST API here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/jj157194.aspx#bk_certificates did not say how to provide a cert for the VM when create it.
    the StoredCertificateSettings let you install the uploaded cert onto the vm, but this does not allow you to replace
    the RDP cert which created by Azure when the VM is created.
    see below:
    the highlighted cert is automatically created by Azure for the virtual machine to secure the RDP connection.
    so when you try to remote to the VM, you will see this error, because the cert used for the RDP on the VM is not installed into the "Trused Root Certification Authorities" on local machine.
    i want to replace the cert that azure automatically created :

    Hi,
    In Azure, this feature is called
    custom data. Currently, you can inject custom data into an Azure VM by using the
    Windows Azure command-line tools (--custom-data).
    I assume that it is not supported in Python API. You can use “custom_data=xxx”
    within “create_virtual_machine_deployment” to check if it works.
    If it is not yet available, please submit your requirement in Azure feedback below:
    http://feedback.azure.com/forums/34192--general-feedback

    Susie

  • To Blank out system default requested delivery date when create Sales Order

    Hi Experts,
    I am facing a problem when create Sales Order doc copy with reference to a contract.
    The create with reference screen under the Contract tab, SAP default with current date as the Requested delivery date.
    Is there any way to blank out this default as I need to use the requested delivery data in the contract doc ?
    Many Thanks.
    Regards,
    Xavier

    Hi,
    Try this--
    While defining the Contract sales docment type in VOV8,  uncheck the proposed delivery date field in  the tab Requested delivery date/ reqested pricing date/reqested prchase order date
    I will not propose the system date and leaves the field blank
    you can enter  the required delivery date.
    Hope this will work
    regards,

  • Default value in field when creating a new vendor (Transaction: XK01)

    Hi, everybody!
    Is it possible to set a default value to a field when creating a new vendor (transaction: XK01)?
    We need the field "Payment terms" in "Payment transactions accounting" tab and field "Terms of payment" in "Purchasing data" tab to be filled with a default value when creating a new vendor.
    Thanks in advance
    Best regards,
    J Madariaga

    You can try creating a transaction varient fron SHD0 for this which will default the requiredd values .

  • How to make metadata fields required when creating folders

    Hello all....
    Related issue with SR 3-6472229431 and SR 3-6471130611.
    We're using DIS 11.1.6 64-bits (2011_11_29 (rev 9756) 11.1.6.97) in a Windows 7 64-bits workstation (with UCM 11.1.1.5 in a Linux machine). The check-in of images to UCM goes fine.
    I'm trying to make some metadata fields required when creating a folder. These fields are required when making a check-in, but not when creating folders.
    Folders_g is enabled. DesktopTag too.
    EDIT: Patch: 14695303 - WCC 11.1.1.5.0 BUNDLE ( MLR 16 ) NOV 6 2012 applied.
    Is it possible?
    Thanks for all.

    After reading your response and rereading the original question a bit closer, the metadata prompting feature does not apply to creating new folders, only content.
    Again, though, I think the focus here is in the wrong place. The metadata applied to a folder is intended to be ultimately applied to the content. You can build global rules that fire on submission of content to check if a field has a value, and throw an error if the value is empty.
    If you expect users to create folders (and actually apply any metadata to the actual folder itself), you will be disappointed. Experience shows that users are not interested in that level of detail when creating content, let alone folders. Letting typical users create folders is a bad idea anyway, as they tend to create the same inefficient folder structures they previously created in file shares within Content Server.
    If you need to tightly control folder attributes, you'll be better served by locking down the ability to create new folders. Otherwise you're looking at some type of customization. Keep in mind that you won't be able to customize the right click behavior of DIS. Any changes to DIS would have to be an enhancement request.
