How to delete a certain message within Interaction Center

Hi,
there is a message which is always created by SAP standard FM. This message is added in the table APPL_MESSAGE_TAB of class CL_BSP_WD_MESSAGE_SERVICE , and finally displayed in WebUI. But I don't need it at all. How can I delete it?
The class CL_BSP_WD_MESSAGE_SERVICE does not provide any method to delete a message.
I know, there is method called GET_MESSAGE_FILTER in view controller, but how can I use it to delete a specified message?

I have not tried but i think that it can be done as follows.
I have seen that using Collect Message, the messages are exposed to genil message container.
Step 1 - Collect the messages.
lr_msg_srv = me->view_manager->get_message_service( ) .
CHECK lr_msg_srv IS BOUND.
lr_msg_srv->collect_messages( iv_message_type = if_genil_message_container=>mt_all iv_delete_read_messages = abap_false ).
Step 2 - Use global message container to delete.
CALL METHOD lr_core->get_global_message_cont
    RECEIVING
      rv_result = global_message_cont.
CALL METHOD global_message_cont->if_genil_message_container~get_messages
    EXPORTING
      iv_message_type = 'A'
    IMPORTING
      et_messages     = lt_messages.
*... Delete unwanted technical info messages which are irrelavent for user
CALL METHOD global_message_cont->if_genil_message_container~delete_messages
    EXPORTING
      iv_msg_id     = <MESSAGE ID you wanna delete>
      iv_msg_number = <MESSAGE Nr. you wanna delete>

Your post is in iChat which is the app that preceded Messages.
Your post is about Messages and from the sound of things and the iMessages account and posts within that app and Account.
You list an iOS device but have not made it clear if you want to do this on a Mac Version of the iOS version.
Click and Hold the iMessages in Question. the iOS version should offer you "Copy" and "More" .
Chose the More option than then delete.
You may have to right click on the Mac Version then chose Delete.

I use structured subfolder system to keep my emails organized (hundreds and hundreds of folders).
When I perform a search, get a list of results and within this list I find the email I was after, HOW do I locate the message? In other words, how can I open the folder which contains that particular email?

You can delete a file so you don't read them anymore but you can't delete your mood messages in remote computers the same as you cannot delete an email you sent to someone.

On the Mac Desktop version 6.6.0 all previous Mood text can be deleted by removing or better renaming the following file. If you rename it but find it did something you didn't like to Skype, you can get it back.
Quit Skype
Find
Home > Library > Application Support > Skype > keyval.db
Rename this file so Skype can't find it.
Start up Skype.
Skype will create a clean new version of the file.

You can schedule the archive/delete jobs ,which will take back up/delete or store data in some file directory .

We have a requirement to create new charge credit instance ( BO FOPXD_TAXRPENT ). When an instance of New charge credit is created , an instance of the DO FOPXF_EXER is created which in turn creates an instance of DO Coding block item.
When this instance of coding block is created the BO creates an error message "G/L account missing ". (Message class: /ISCB/CB_CHECK Mesage number:004)
The call to the DO Coding block is made by the determination class CL_FOP_D_TAXRPENT_CRE_EXRCEXPL of BO FOPXD_TAXRPENT after this error message is added to the message handler the control returns to the above mentioned class.
As per our requirement, we need to delete this error message from the message handler in the BO FOPXD_TAXRPENT in class CL_FOP_D_TAXRPENT_CRE_EXRCEXPL.
Please suggest possible ways to access the error message and delete the same from the message handler in this class.

Dear Subhankari,
I would suggest the following options.
1. Either you create a overwrite exit for the method in which error message is processed. Write only the code which is required for you in overwrite exit. or
2. Create Implicit enhancement to clear the ET_MESSAGES internal table or
Check any of the above options whichever is convenient to you.

Hello, I'm trying do delete a sent message, I alredy intalled Skype for desktop, but I'm still unavailable to delete that message.

There IS a way which I use to delete messages I don't want any more, but it needs a bit of patience and a good text editor such as (free) NoteTab or the even better NoteTab Pro.
In my XP system and probably in a similar place in Vista and later Windows versions, the messages are stored under the following. Note that my XP is the Swiss German version, so you'll need to work out which main folder I mean.
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\[your PC name]\Anwendungsdaten\Skype\[your name]\chatsync
so something like C:\Documents and Settings\your pc user name\... User date (?) then go from there.
You will see a whole bunch of files named 00, 0a, 0b, 0c, 0d etc. and these contain one or more "dat" files (e.g. 1b930d890f8a9f78.dat) which contain information plus the actual text in plain text. So you can check on the dates, drag and drop them to your text editor, look through them, keep any info you want to a different file, then delete the dat file. It does no harm by what I can see. My Skype still works perfectly. It might be wise to keep say, one from each of your active IM chat contacts just to avoid his or her name from being totally deleted.
Maybe someone can find a similar folder on Vista, Win7 and Win8 and post the location here.

@James - there is a Delete All option for the Trash mailbox, but not for any other mailbox. You can tap Edit then manually tap the selection circles next to each message, then tap delete. But, that's very inefficient! Your best bet is to access the mail account from a computer mail client (Apple Mail, Outlook, etc.) or a webmail interface and delete all the messages there.

An example: I am interaction center agent. I am sending a correspondence to my client. In my user (SU01) i have saved my direction.
The client receives my e m a i l with my e m. direction saved in SU01. He answers.
Now, I want this m. to go to my interaction center inbox. What do I have to do?

If i understand you correctly (plz correct me if i'm wrong)
You want the incoming mails to appear in the agent's inbox.for this you will have to assign either one common e mail id (for eg: heldesk at company.com) which will be shown to the customer in his e mail inbox.
Similarly when he replies back to this e mail the e mail will be visible to all the agents in their Agent inboxes.(Standard practice)
If you are working on CRM 5.0 this can be acheived as follows:
1.Take BASIS help for creating the common e mail ID
2.maintain the settings
IMG>ICWC>Agent Inbox>Settings for Asynchronous Inbound Processing>Define Receiving E-Mail Addresses/Fax Numbers
3Map Item Attributes to Inbox Attributes
follow C-78 SAp best practices to set it up

We would like to have a hyperlink to a url in the alert in the interaction center of CRM 7.0.
We have tried to make the hyperlink in the alert text, by writing this html code <a href="http://www.google.com">GLOOGLE</a>
but we think the alert editor does not accept that code.
Does anyone know how to insert a url hyperlink in an alert ??

Hello Luis,
In order to insert a hyperlink into an alert, you actually need to use the Navigation Object Type/Action field and choose an existing navigation object type/action (launch transaction) that has been mapped to your desired URL. This is the same technique that you would use if you want to call the URL from anywhere else, like the NavBar. You can't simply add a URL directly to the alert.
