How to delete a Record in Masterdata and its Child Tables

Hi ,
i want to delete a record in masterdata and its childtable .
I am using generalservices.But it gets error "Attempt to read or write protected memory"
If there is another solution to delete records in all child tables.

I have one parent table PAR and two child table CHD1 , CHD2 respectively.
I'm inserting values in three tables , making a form having add , delete and edit buttons.
Issue when i want to delete a record from PAR table , it gives child table record exists . i have did manual coding to delete the child records with related to the selected parent table PAR.
Is there any process in ADF to delete the child records with respective selected parent record with out manual coding.

Hi Naren,
First get the index number of the IT_data table and store it in one variable whose declaration like this.
data: tabix type sy-tabix.
while reading the internal table it_data set the tabix variable.
tabix = sy-tabix.
Instead of the above use below one.
Delete it_data-objek
Use the Below statement it will delete the row from the internal table.
Delete it_data-objek index tabix

In my source i'm having three tables which are joined.My source and target is oracle.
I'm using IKM incremental update oracle.For SCD-1.If i delete a record in any of my source tables i cannot able to delete that particular
record in the target table.I tried by doing CDC(simple) to all my source tables.But still i cannot able to delete a record in the target table.
How to resolve this issue? Please help me.

Open your interface, go to the "flow" tab and then, try to set the option "delete_all" to "Yes". Doing it, all records will be deleted in the target table and only the records that still exists at source will be loaded the next time you run the interface.

Deleting a record from a standard table can be done only if table maintenance exists - Cehck tcode - SM30. But it is not advisable to delete records, coz the records may be dependent on many other tables. If u delete in a single place, there may be chance that inconsistency in the data happens and hence will affect ur financial statements.

First up all, when u insert a record in database, how the data is inserted in xml file. Is there any application written for that?
So when u delete the record from database,and want that same data should be deleted from the xml file, write a application to delete data from xml, and call that when u delete record from database.
U can Write application using DocumentBuilderFactory.
And using XQuery, you can delete data from xml.

I want to delete developer's SAP UserID and SSCR key in QAS and SMP.
Because as I known, developer's SAP UserID(registered SSCR key) is belonging to the SAP License measurement.
I want to rid of the useless developer's SAP userID and the SSCR key registered on SMP.

What might have happened(expecially the downside) in the corresponding

When the SSCR Developer/Object keys are transfered to the system, the
keys are stored in the following tables:
o DEVACCESS : Developer keys
o ADIRACCESS: Object keys
But we do not have any report programs to delete the entries from these
tables. If the customer wants to delete the entries, he has to write a
local program to delete the table entries.
SAP does not recommend ever cleaning out these developer keys, as long
as the user ID is Locked / Deleted, that is the main thing.
please Cancel all the Jobs defined by the Developer in DEV.
So my recommendation to you is to first lock the user id of the user.
Then Assign him a new userid which is not identical to the first one andthen subsequently delete the old userid.
If you have an absolute need to delete a developer key without deleting
a user then the easiest way to do this is probably to
write a report with the instruction :
delete from DEVACCESS where UNAME = ....
Please note :
There is no recording, who did what in the table, that is why SAP strong-ly does not recommend this, and customers will have to take responsibil-ity for this action.

I want to know if I can delete the SSCR key directly via a particular TX? If I can, what is it? (I just want to know. For safety, I think I won't delete the SSCR key directly remained in 'DEVACCESS'.)

Replying to my own post - heh. I downloaded iExplorer (http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/) which allowed me access to the files on the phone and there was the phantom movie in the DCIM folder. Deleted it, and all is well - although I still have 0.65gb of Other in iTunes.....

I got a requirement,
If a form has 'n' records with start & end dates, such that start date of new record should be last record end date + 1.
Now if the user tries to delete a record between first and last record, it should allow him to delete but when he tries to save it should not allow.
Only way he can delete is either he can create a new record with the same dates or he can adjust remaining record dates such that startdate of new record should be last record end date + 1.
I'm running out of ideas, any suggestion is appreciated.
