How to deleted the shipping notification record in the MD04

Hello Expert,
We have a very strange things here.
We have a Schedule agreement which need confirmation control for good receipt - means we need inbound delivery for the good receipt.
1. We have 20k open qty for delivery in the schedule line of the SA.
2. An we create an inbound delivery with reference to this SA with delivery qty 20k,
3. but when user discover that there is only 15k stock ready for good receipt, then he want to delete the inbound delivery and create a new one again.
4. user use an customized program to delete the inbound delivery, but there is some problem in this program, the inbound delivery was deleted successfully, but we found this shipping notification still existing in MD04 view.
5. And we double check confirmation overview in the schdule line for this item, we still found this inbound delivery existing in the list.
6. Then we try to use VL31N to create the inbound delivery with reference to this SA again, it is showing no stock for this material for good receipt as we don't have any open delivery qty for receipt. The existing 20k stock still waiting for good receipt although the inbound delivery was deleted.
Is there any method we can deleted this shipping notification in the MD04 and the entry with 20k in the confirmation overview of the SA?

First get the index number of the IT_data table and store it in one variable whose declaration like this.
data: tabix type sy-tabix.
while reading the internal table it_data set the tabix variable.
tabix = sy-tabix.
Instead of the above use below one.
Delete it_data-objek
Use the Below statement it will delete the row from the internal table.
Delete it_data-objek index tabix

If you want to delete the rows in the table control and simultaneously delete it from the database table, then you can implement a 'DELETE' functionality specific to your table control. Have a MARK field (you will find that in the screen attributes of the table control -> give a name for the MARK field, you will find an additional MARK column at the beginning of your table control). You can check whatever rows you want to delete from the table control, call the delete module.

How to delete the duplicate data from PSA Table, I have the purchase cube and I am getting the data from Item data source.
In PSA table, I found the some cancellation records for that particular records quantity would be negative for the same record value would be positive.
Due to this reason the quantity is updated to target but the values would summarized and got the summarized value of all normal and cancellation .
Please let me know the solution how to delete the data while updating to the target.

in deleting the records in PSA table difficult and how many you will the delete.
you can achieve the different ways.
1. creating the DSO maintain the some key fields it will overwrite the based on key fields.
2. you can write the ABAP logic deleting the duplicate records at info package level check with the your ABAPer.
3.you can restrict the cancellation records at query level.

CO78 is a one stop transaction for production order setting deletion flag, deletion indicator, archiving and finally deleting.
Generally we schedule the following programs in background in the sequence below,
1. PPARCHP1 for Setting Deletion Flag
2. PPARCHP1 for Setting Deletion Indicator (Once set cannot be revoked- so care should be taken in selection of orders)
3. PPARCHA1 for archiving the production order with Deletion Indicator active. Basis should set the database/storage space for archiving/storing the records.
4. PPARCHD1 for Deleting the records from SAP database.

You cannot delete the request as its compressed as all the data would have been moved to E table ..
If you have the double records you may use the selective deletion .

How to use "me98" to delete PO from system completely?
I am using "me98"(archive) to delete a PO that have a mistake for vendor code.
The following step is:
the 1 step: I maintained and saved a variant. For this variant, I have to create a name for this variant and select the PO which want to delete. it's right?
the 2 step: I maintained a "Start Date". For "Start Date",I select the "immediate " to execute it. Is it right?
the 3 step: whether I maintained the "Spool Params" or not? May I execute it immediately or not?
I have no idea for deleting PO via the "archive". How can i do that ?
Archiving is not deleting. What do you think why SAP developed that much programs to retrieve and read data from an archive.
Archiving is saving and keeping data for a certain period (based on local laws for data retention and auditing purposes) outside of the production data base. Such a job is usually done to keep the database small and fast.
While doing archiving the records are written to a file and verified to be readable and then the original record gets deleted from the database. Only if you delete then the file with the archived data you have deleted the record forever.
Sometimes people seems to work like a burglar and want erase every single evidence for an error. But even errors, or especially errors are subject to be audited if they are corrected in the right way. This is the same for financial and tax auditiors as for auditors for ISO 9000.
To be able to archive, you need to setup the path from SAP to the archive. You need to define the size of your archive and how may records should be kept there.
Step 1: Create variant for Archiving. Give it a name. Enter your PO number. Flag One step procedure. Flag detailed log. Erase flag for test run.
Step 2: Maintain your start date, you can use Immediate in such a small case.
Step 3: Maintain spool parameters. Enter your printer and set the values if you want to print immediatly and if you want keep the print. I suggest to hold the spool in the system. This helps you to determine any error.
Step 4. Execute the variant.
It creates 4 jobs:
ARV_MM_EKKO_SUB...., ARV_MM_EKKO_WRI.... ARV_MM_EKKO_DEL.....
ARV_MM_EKKO_STO.... If one of the steps fails, then everything is rolled back, hence nothing is archived, the record is still in your database. In this case use the jobs spool and joblogs to find out what happend.

Don't understand your problem... Contacts sync with a compatible address book or cloud service. Contact records can contain names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, notes, or any combination of these. If you have records you don't want in your address book that you don't want in your contacts, then segregate them into groups in your address book and only sync the group(s) you want. If you don't want them there at all, then delete them.
