How to determine whihc user created Sales Order Draft

I am creating an add-on that performs a certain event on sales order drafts that were created by the manager user. What field do I filter on to accomplish this?

Could you tell me what is the UserSign in the OCRD table, I'm trying to map it to the Business Partner object from the DI API and I do not find any equivalent but I still don't how to set this field by the DI API Business Partner
Since the UserSign is a field of the OCRD table there must have an equivalent property in the Business partner object ?
Also, if it's part of a USERS object well why I do not see any USERS object in the Business Partner obect by the DI API ?

Reg question:1 - System determines the Requested Delivery Date based on the Scheduline assigned to the item category of the item in sales order.the schedule line in the order transfers the requirements trhu MRP (can be individual or collective) . If its ruch order , you configure the order type "Deliver Immediately".
In Detail:
The TOR depends on the Requirement Type (MMR), Requirement Class(MMR), Checking group(MMR) and the Sc line category (Line Item). For the TOR to happen u need Plant at line item, scheduline category markd for TOR, Requirement Class marked for TOR and Checking group in MMR (Availability check)
What all stocks need to be checked during Availability check is controlled by using the checking rule.. for example for AV -02 Ind Requirements a checking rule will be assigned and this checking rule- and then what all stocks need to be considered to determine the delivery can be maintained here.

How to use Bapi for creating sales order
Dear All,
I am facing problem in creating Sales orders using BAPI.
Actually I am getting one file as an input and after validating the contents in the file i am preparing an internal table which has 6 fields - Customer number,PO Number,Material Number,Quantity,Price,Unit of measure.
Now my doubt is that while using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 , I am not getting how to pass PO Number and Customer number.

VEk@Go to TVAP & in FIELD STRUM give 'A' & PSGRP as 'SD01'.It will giveyou all the Item categories maintained in BOM.
Now you can cross - check with the Item Category maintain in the Sales Order.

Create sales order thru BDC but having problem with ZF partners
I have a problem on the bdc program to create sales order with ZF partners. When my users create sales order, they choose 'X' when the system pop up the zf partner screen, the system will not create the ZF partner. But when I run the bdc program without ZF partner, the system did not pop up the zf partner screen and allow me to run thru the whole creation process. But when I check the sales order it will pick up a default ZF no from customer master. Is there anyone know how come the on line creation of sales order behave differently in BDC.

How to get Changed fields in Sales order to create a report
Dear Gurus,
How to get the log from sales order for the change of particular field.
In my scenario, If an user remove the delivery block from sales order I want to capture the date on which this delivery block
is removed and by whom (User)?
I know that I can get the log of change but can I get in the form of field updates because further I want to use that date and user name to create a report.
I hope u got my query. Please reply soon that I can create a report.

You can use the table CDPOS for tracking the changes at the Table level with the Sales order number
or Else you can also use AUT10 transaction to track the logs/chanages with START DATE, END DATE and the Transaction code in your case it is VA02

How to manual maintain TAX condition value while creating sales order

I am creating one Tax condition suppose JLST without access sequence .
while creating sales order I am manually maintain the % value of TAX. suppose it is 1%
then I see It show some value in TAX .
save that sales order & creating delivery document for that but when I create Invoice its show error.
" Tax code in procedure CMTAXP is invalid ".
I know the configuration only for Tax condition with vk11 condition record .
BUT now I want to maintain TAX condition at the time of creating sales order.
so I remove the access sequence of that condition .
but It shows tax code error while billing.
My main question is that If i maintain condition record while creating sales order then how i can assign Tax code .
Can it is possible ?
if yes then How?

The "straight-forward" answer for Tax Code creation is contact the FI consultant. He shall help you, by creating Tax codes.
I have tested, with creating a tax cond type (copy of MWST) & manually entering values. I can create Sorder, Dlv and Bill but I cannot create an Accounting document. That is because of every line (amount) a Tax code is necessary.
I THINK, you can NOT have manually filled tax codes; access sequence is needed to get the tax value (%) and the Tax code from the condition record.
There is lot of material on the web to understand Tax classification, code etc. etc. See a useful link below -

In short Tax code is a must and take the help of your FI consultant for the configuration of the same.
BTW - Tax code is already made created for MWST, therefore I suggested that you can use MWST. Furthermore, you can change the values corresponding to Tax codes in FTXP.

Setting user specific contract data while creating sales order using BAPI

I am creating sales order using BAPI - BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.
Now my problem is that there is no structure for contract data (i.e. VEDA), system automatically set contract data using customization values.
I am doing some validations on cotract data in MV45AFZZ which fails, because these validations are performed on standard values, user specific values r not set.
How to handle this issue, your small clue may help a lot.

Pricing will be carried basing on the pricing
procedure.
Case1: Prices will be carried out automatically if
necessary condition records are maintained for the
condition type.
For this you can go to Sales Order-> Item Conditions
In the screen you can click on command button Analysis,
which gives you the list of condition types associated
to the pricing procedure. By clicking on the condition
type you can know the action that has taken place.
Case2: Manually forcing prices for Items.
To do this, you have to populate ORDER_CONDITIONS_IN &
ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX. Also note to identify the item
numbers, you manually pass the item number for each item
in the sales order, use the same item number for
populating conditions.
Parameters required:
ORDER_CONDITIONS_IN:
ITM_NUMBER, COND_TYPE, COND_VALUE, CURRENCY
ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX:
ITM_NUMBER, COND_TYPE, UPDATEFLAG, COND_VALUE,CURRENCY.

How to restrict the order reason in Tcode Va01 while creating sales order

Now 15 are coming from OVAU tcode
I need only 5 from these.

I am getting this Error message"error determining posting period(infostructure S008,Variant Z2,RC3)" while creating Sales order from Inbound Idocs in the IDOC,which is affecting sales order creation.
While viewing this Info structure S008, I could see no records have been maintained. Wanted to know the reasons behind this Hard error?
Is it something related to Date Field used in the Update Rules for this Infostructure which is causing this posting period error?

Secondly when we try change the update rule thru MC25 for this Infostructure S008,It gives a message"
"Maintenance of SAP standard updates not allowed"

01. PICK TIME+ PACK TIME +LOADING TIME
02. LEAD TIME in days (VOV8)
03. Shipping point
04. Scheduling line
05. Kind of availblity check
06. If the above things are maintained as blank then the current date will be the delivery date
However whether it must be proposed by the system or not is determined by one check box there find in VOV8 in requesteed delivery date determination tab. -

In Material master , Foreign Trade data tab- mentioned Control code field mandatory. ( i.e nothing but Chapter ID)
CASE 2 : Few Plants are excisable
In the Case 2 you need to go for Enhancement
Program Name : MV45AFZB
User Exit: USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP ( Item Level Check )
By using above user exit you write a logic with the help of ABAPer
Plant and Chapter ID combination table : J_1IMTCHID
