Please tell me step by step how to develop our own provisioning process .

1. create it resource
2. create Resource Object
3. create Process Form using Form designer
4. Create adapters (You must have java code ready)
5. create Process Definition
6. add process task by associating adapter under process definition

Its better Go with OOTB connector and see how OOTB works and that will give you the proper idea
You can install any OOTB connector for this

Oracle ERP adapter or Develop our own?

Within our company we have a discussion if we shall use the out-of-the-box Oracle ERP adapter to integrate to Oracle e-Business Suite or if we shall develop our own web service & WMQ to get it loosely coupled between SIM and EBS.
The main reason we can see to develop our own is that we will have the control of the code and can handle version upgrades both on SIM and EBS, the downside is of course the development time and costs.

Test Repository - Use of our own business process model as structure

We want to use our own business process model as structuring element in the test repository.
I entered my hierarchy by the transaction STWBM using environment/application hierarchy / Customer.
But my hierarchy is not visible in the test repository. Instead, there is always the SAP hierarchy.
How can I use my hierarchy in the test repository?

I have the same problem.
We are new on using the solution manager to do the test.
Now we want to put all the test cases (manual) in the test repository, and in other time link they to the other projects.
But the question is: How can i storage the test case in the repository to garantee when I do a new project I dont forget any test case needed from the repository?

when I am creating a file xml schema(.xsd).The file contains default namespace and no child elements in it.I don't know how to add elements to that file.

Unfortunately, the 8.1 IDE did not have special tooling for schema generation.
You will need to create it by hand or using an external tool
If you are using an external tool to create the file within the schema project, you might want to disable the schema project auto build, which will be triggered every time a file save takes place

There may be (and hopefully is) an easier way, but this seems to work:
1. In the URL of the page that's returned by clicking <b>Search for all user messages</b>, find your user ID. The URL should look something like this:
http://forums.oracle.com/forums/search.jspa?userID=<your user ID>
2. Add the "userID=<your user ID>" as a parameter in the URL of any search results page to filter the results for your own postings only. For example, to see all your postings, the following URL seems to work:
http://forums.oracle.com/forums/search.jspa?userID=<your user ID>&dateRange=all

Go to SE16, Table Name-TSTC, In TCODE Field Put Y* and click on Multiple selection arrow, add one more value Z*. Execute and again Execute (F8). You will get the list.

i developed a table maint generator.
in this i have 3 fields out of three there is a field called subtype. for this i ahve to create f4 help for this. foir this field i have to display two descptions calles' sub type1 and subtype2. these are not coming from any database tables. any body can tell me how to wrote. and send me the sample code for it.

Go to SE51..Give the program name..in your case..SAPL + function group name.
Give the screen number...that you gave when you created the table maintenance..
THen press change..
Create an event process on value-request for F4..

How to display our own selected data in a search help using a exit

I had created a Search Help Exit to restrict the values to be displayed in the search help. This code was written under the event 'DISP' in the exit. But it is not giving the desired result. So I want to replace the RECORD_TAB of the exit with my own selected data. For this I had written code for selection under the event 'SELECT'. But when I try to overwrite RECORD_TAB with this, this create errors.
What should I do to overwrite the values of the RECORD_TAB field with my own values?
