Hi,
   here i have one string such as 'Power MOS_TestTestTest'. But it will display in the template cell as
   'Power
   MOS_TestTestTest'.
   And what i want is 'Power MOS_TestTes
                               tTest'.
How to achieve this ? ths

If the Width of the Templete in not sufficient to display whole text then from the next word it is dislpayed in the next line. As in your case ..
'Power
MOS_TestTestTest'.
If you want to have this like
'Power MOS_TestTes
tTest'.
You need to write the logic to split the string as per your rquirement and print them.

Hello KR,
Use READ_TEXT and concatenate the first lines of the text.

You can loop at t_lines and concatenate header in to some other field.

am using read_text fm for this and data is coming into the internal table of the function module.
how shd I display that long text into text area and that text shld appear has display mode only and how shd I make all other fields in my subscreen as display mode.

Long Texts are stored in tables
STXH - header
STXL - details.
if you want to read the texts you can use Fun Module READ_TEXT
Any Application document Header and Item Long texts are stored in STXH table with the 4 parameters OBJECT,ID,NAME and LANG
These texts are fetched from database using READ_TEXT fun module by passing the above 4 parameters.
Double click on the text, from the text editor menu GOTO-> HEDAER
you will find the all above 4 parameters
so accordingly you have to pass to the fun module READ_TEXT to fetch the texts.

Do you mean to say that you don't seem to see the G/L account Long text appearing in the first tab in your G/L account?
If yes then this has to do something with the Screen 2101. There might be some Screen Exit for the transaction FSP0 where this can be controlled. In an ideal case this will not happen.
Account Group controls the Field Status of the G/L master record and there is a Transaction based field status as well for Create, Change and Display (Define Screen Layout for each transaction).

[1] i printing P.O in smart form ....
can any body tell me how to take annexture [ long text ] into P.O layout....text will be a page or more pages...
[2] how to pass mumtiple line item on next susquent page .....
e.x suppose i having 10 line items for a P.O [ Purchase Order ]
on page first it should display 5 lines and on 2nd page it should display 5 lines .....
while i am printing it is showing all items on same page and breaking footer and printing on next line...

The method is quite simple, i presume you're quite well versed with doing recording, so the key thing to keep in mind is how to prepare the input file.
At my end i had about 5 lines of data which needed to be uploaded, hence i had a tab-delimited file with the order nos. in the first column & the five lines of text in five different columns (Refer format below)

Line - 3
Line - 4
Line - 5

Now provide this input file for your lsmw or bdc program & it will work. You can work with your abaper if you're not so comfortable with LSMW or BDC programming he / she should be able to easily make it work for you.

Display of long text message

Helllo Expert,
I want to display a long message, In module pool program . I have maintain the other message of the program in message class but the long message is not fitting into the message class. the message which I want to display is *"Data saved. Market group (&) and market super group (&) saved. Market (&), market (&) and market super group (&) saved" I have tried using text-xxx but it's not allowing after WITH only 4 field allowed.

'Purchase order text' tab displays purchase long text of particular material .
I coded as:

      SET PARAMETER ID 'WRK' FIELD k_final-werks.
      CALL TRANSACTION 'MM03' AND SKIP FIRST SCREEN.
It displays Purchasing tab other than Purchase Order Text tab of MM03.
Please suggest me how can i solve this.

You can call a transaction and pass it a BDC table that tells it where you want it to go. You have to work out for yourself what to put into the BDC table. The code below works for tcode CATSSHOW.

Recovery of Long Texts with LSMW in CRM

I have to recovered Business Partners in CRM with technical IDOC (mesage type CRM_XIF_PARTNER_SAVE), and when the texts are recovered (structure E101BUS_EI_LONGTEXT), I have only one line (the first or the last).

Yes, I know that I can make a specific program to load the long texts with the function "SAVE_TEXT", but I want to know how to load long texts into LSMW. For example, I have the same problems when I used the standard program /SAPDMC/SAP_LSMW_IMPORT_TEXTS : it will only load one line with 132 characters. So, WHY ? and how to load more than one line ?

Make sure you have filled OBKEY.
OBJKEY must have the corresponding sort field for the values named below :-
1. QMEL - Notification header
2. QMFE - Notification item
3. QMUR - Notification cause
4. QMSM - Notification task
5. QMMA - Notification action
The combination of sort field of item/cause, item/task and item/action must be unique within a notification. If you leave the sort field empty and the OBJTYP = QME, then a long text is created for the notification header.

you can use the function module 'BBP_PD_MSG_ADD'. This is the function module normally used for the displaying the error messages in SRM.
See wether you can use already available error messages , use the transaction SE91 , and the message class being BBP_PD

that is correct. You open it in AI and you have an option to use area text, you first take the text tool and drag to make a text frame, which wors like it does in a layout program. Or you click the text tool any where on the canvas and just start typing if you want to make another line you either hit the return (enter) key or for soft return use shift/return (enter).
The default is a transparent background.
All art i Illustrator is on a transparent background unless you add an object behind other objects that has a fill color.
