How to elimate duplicates in Check tables?

Is it possible to disallow duplicate records when creating search help drop downs on the selection screen?

Yes it is possible but you have to write code under search help exit to eliminate duplicates from tables.

In order to update it, just create and use an Oracle sequence, have it start and increment at a value that doesn't exist in your table.
If that doesn't get you going, post some CREATE TABLE + INSERT INTO statements, and the results you want from them, in other words: a complete testcase.

How to delete duplicate entries in table for the object DNL_CUST_BASIS2

Hi All,
I am trying to download the object DNL_CUST_BASIS2.
In the SMQ2 the status is SYSFAIL.
I checked in the ST22 for dumps.It says about the error while accessing the table T006.
While analysing this,i found some duplicate entries in the related tables of this object.
Can somebody help me how to delete these duplicate entries?

Delete them directly from the table using se16:
select the entries in the classic view (not ALV or grid view).
activate the debugger.
press the view button. --> you'll enter in the debugger
press F7
locate the sy-ucomm variable & change it to "DELE".
press F8
delete the entries.

How can I duplicate the same table in 3 pages?

hi everybody!
i have a form with a master page (containing the invoice fields) and 3 body pages that reference the master page.
in each one of these 3 pages there is a table with one header row, 7 body rows and a footer row.
the table was copied and pasted from page 1 to page 2 and page 3.
between the body rows there are two rows that are bound with table data, one for invoice details and one for tax details.
my problem is that in the 2nd and 3rd page in pdf output invoice and tax details are empty, while the other lines are present.
it seems like there is a table index that loops once in the first page until it reaches the end of the table, so for page 2 and 3 it is already at the end...
my question is: how can i get the same complete table in three form pages?

Not sure I follow .....are you asking for Page 2 and 3 to have the same table and values in the table as on Page1 or does each page have unique data?
Where is the data coming from? Is the user typing it in or is there a separate data source somewhere?

I already have this customized COPA characteristic- tied to an operating concern. This COPA characteristic uses a customized data element.
Now I want to add a check table to it. I have already added a Value Table to the domain of the characteristic's data element. But in t-code: KEA5, the characteristic still does not show the check table under the 'Validation' section. Also in KEA5, it does not allow me to edit the characteristic.
Does anyone know how I can add the check table under the 'Validation' section in KEA5? Your help is very much appreciated!

I am creating only one table by running a table creation script(table.sql) which contain 366 partition.but I dont know whether table is creating or not.it is taking long time,sometimes I feel like script is hanging.even before running the script I have even spooled but spool file shows nothing. so how to check table is creating or not from background? can anyone please let me know abt this.this is bit urgent

I am running the script table_partition which consist of 366 partition and 31 sub partition but the script is hanging.there is no hint in alert log file or anything wat might be the reason is it because of extent size? as extent size for this tablespace where table has to be create is 1mb,wat i suspect is do i need to set for higher value inorder to avoid this?

You are right using LeadSelection you can select only 1 row at a time. You will have to make use of Selection for achieving this. First you will have to change the selection mode of the table to multiple & also change the selection property for the related context to 0..n . Please find a code extract which might help you. (However this facility is only available from SP 14.) The main part is using the set_selected method of if_wd_context_node.
