remember to close() it at the end.
Wrap it with another type of InputStream to be more useful so you can read Strings etc.

Thanks, but, using the "free" version of Reader, there is no opportunity to open nor import the xml data - the menu options do not exist - there is no import listed.
If we try to open the xml file directly, then we get an error - something to the effect of "unsupported file type, or the file is corrupted".
I just noticed in my Pro version that there is the command File ->Form Data ->Import Data to Form... command. Is this what you are referring to?
What do you recommend? Perhaps the easiest thing to do would be to purchase a few copies of Acrobat Pro for the reservations people to use? I was hoping that the free version of reader would do it, but perhaps not?

OK, I see. have you checked your "Computer" and see if there's something mounted ? Do you know what I mean ? Go to the Finder menu, and click on Go > Computer. At the bottom there might be something that is blocking the items you can't delete normally. You need to EJECT whatever is mounted there, before the blocked items can be released.

Mail Preferences, Junk Mail. Set it to Move it to the Junk mailbox.
If you don't have the Junk Mail preferences set to move it to the Junk mailbox, then that item will not be active.
If you don't have that set, the spam is likely being moved by your email provider.
If you don't want to change the settings, try selecting all of it in the Junk Mailbox and delete it. That would move it to Trash, I think. However, I don't have any junk email at the moment to try that.

Can anyone tell me how to empty my iphoto trash? I realized recently that my iphoto deleted photos didn't go to the regular desktop trashcan but to the iPhoto trashcan. I now have 34K items in that trash can. Everytime I try to go through the empty iphoto trash, the program quits and reboots. I've tried dragging 10 or so photos to the desktop trash can but that doesn't seem to work either.
Any ideas? No wonder my computer is so slow....

Let me repost the method to try:
Do you use ratings with your photos? If not then select all of the photos in the trash and Control-click to bringup the contextual menu. There will be the 5 stars for the ratings. Select either 5 or 1 to apply that rating to the photos.
Next create a smart album with the criteria:
selecting the number of stars you applied to those in the Trash bin.
Select all of the photos in the Trash bin and drag onto the Events icon above it and the Smart Album will immediately be populated with those photos.
Photos can now be selected in batches of about 100 photos at a time and moved to the iPhoto Trash bin with the Command+Option+_Delete key combination. Then empty the Trash bin as usual. Repeat with groups of about 100 or so photos till they are all deleted.

For Power Pivot it means that you can get rid of all your data, but Keep Relations, measures, ..everything.
Just import your tables once in order to get the connections right and move on.

VARRAYS - how to use in sub procedures and how to empty them?

I made a procedure where i use three diffrent varrays. I got it working only after
putting all code in one big MAIN-block. Looks nasty.
If i try to use sub-procedures i allways got ORA-06531-message.
= "Reference to uninitialized collection"
How can i use varrays in sub-procedures? Is there some trick in delcare or in procedure call?
I try to use IN OUT parameters, but i didn't get it working. Run out of time in trial and error, of cource...
I seemed to me that varrays aren't same way usable allover in code as all other variables i have declared.
Is it so?
Now the MAIN-block is long as a year... I'm used to code short MAIN-block with many sub-procedures calls.
(In same procedure, not different procedures in db).
Another problem is how to empty a varray in effective way?
I tried my_varray.DELELTE and my_varray.TRIM but they won't do the thing. These remove/trim the elements but i just need to
empty varray before fetching a new line from db. If I my_varray := NULL; then that same ORA-06531 when next read/write in varray.
Now i just use FOR i IN 1..120 LOOP
my_varray(i) := NULL;
END LOOP;
but there must be better way, hope so.

You were rigth "3360" - i had three varrays too many. Just to the grabage bin and some recoding.
The link you posted show me the way: Associative Arrays
- easy to declare, easy to use, works fine in sub procedures. Great - just what i need.
