How to extract Supplier Address add line1, city, state, zip from PO to iPro

Folks:
How to extract Supplier Address add line1, city, state, zip from PO to iPro?

Hi DaveT,
For starters you do not need to set the binding to None (Object > Binding palette). I had this in the example, because originally I didn't want the field to take part in the import XML.
When dealing with data, more often than not you really do want the objects set with a binding.
Using $record are you accessing the imported XML or a data connection? If so I would set up the data connection first and then bind the appropriate fields to that data connection.
The XFA Specification may help: http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/xml/index_arch.html.
Hope that helps,
Niall

  • City, State Zip-code line...

    Hi...
New here... Version 8.2.3 running in SAP.
Want to format a single address line from 4 individual fields... City,  State Zip-code
Want the City, seperated from the State by a comma and 1 space.... and State seperated from the Zip-code by 1 space.
    Examples...
    Boston, MA 07884
    Fountain Valley, CA 76877
How to do this in the form Layout?
In the Object Layout tab... I set the fields to "Expand to fit" in the width direction... but the City overlays the State...
I do not want... Boston,                                     MA 07884 to accomodate longer City names.
For now... I format the single address line in the Interface ABAP code.
    Thanks,

  • Why is iphoto saying my city/state/zip combo is wrong when it isn't... I am trying to order a photobook I created on iphoto.

Unable to order my iphoto photobook due to Apple telling me my city/state/zip combo in my account info is wrong when it isn't.

    iPhoto '08, Macbook Pro
Looking at your profile signature - are you really using iPhoto '08? You need at least iPhoto '09 to be able to order books from Apple. Printing books from iPhoto '08 is no longer supported.

And make sure, that the iPhoto Preferences are set to the correct Print Product Store. Otherwise the Store will not interpret your address correctly:  You can only order from a store in the country of your Billing Address.

  • Bill information - not valid city/state/zip combination

    Hi all,
I just created a book by Aperture and was filling the form to buy the book.
While at the Bill information step, it always tells that my city/state/zip information is not right - but I can't find what's wrong. I want to send to Santa Cruz de Tenerife in Spain with Postal Code 38006. I Knew that there were other place sharing the same postal code, but I have filled the city. What can I do to the disgusting form so that I can buy the book, need your help!
    Thank you in advance.

Have you tried to put "Islas canaries" (or Canary Islands) into the "Province" field? And "Santa Cruz de Tenerife" into the "City" field?

  • How to extract email addresses where email contains a certain keyword

    Hi,
I like to get all email senders' and receivers' addresses from apple mail where the email contains a certain keyword.
In apple mail I can just use the search within mail app and get the emails which contain the keyword.
But now I only need to extract these and no other.
Also when I extract to address book they are all merged with my private contact entries.
How can I keep just these emails with the keyword separate?
The easiest would be to extract all the mails into some sort of Excel sheet with each field like sender, receiver, subject, email text,... etc in one Excel column.
    Many thanks!

The easiest way is to use the search function and then select all of the found emails and save them as *rtfd
Then copy the full content into Excel. There you have your tags To: and  From:
    Done :-)

  • Vendor Contact Business-Address (Assign Street/City/St/Zip to Contact)

I cannot load business-addresses for Vendor Contacts, can some please help?
Have successfuly loaded Vendor and its Contacts (via LSMW) and even created addresses (ADRC recs via BAPI) but cannot link that address to the contact and it seems like it should be so easy after getting this far.
For example, note the two tables KNVK (Contacts) and ADRC below - I created a Contact manually (XK02) and Address (BAPI_ADDRESSORG_SAVEREPLICA)
but note field KNVK-ADRND is blank. This is the link to the address rec and if I could only find a function to connect the two. In Dev I "slammed" the ADRC-ADDRNUMBER directly into KNVK-ADRND via UPDATE and it all works! The Contacts Business-Address shows up in the Vendor tcodes XK01-3 (Contacts scrn) but I can't get away with that in Prod - or can I - it's tempting?
    Table: KNVK
    PARNR        NAMEV         ADRND      PRSNR
    0000023245 TEST1                             0000023914
    Table: ADRC
    ADDRNUMBER STREET                      ADDR_GROU
    0000023916       E2190 STREET           BP
    Have tired (painstakingly) these functions:
BAPI_ADDRESSORG_CHANGE() - am able to change an existing contact business-address, but not create it.
BAPI_ADDRESSORG_SAVEREPLICA() - am able to create an address, ADRC rec, but not link it to the contact.
    BAPI_ADDRCONTPART_SAVEREPLICA() - does NOT support Street/City/St/Zip
    BAPI_ADDRESSCONTPART_CHANGE() - does NOT support Street/City/St/Zip
ADDR_SINGLE_SAVE() - wont run cuz all vars are not setup deep inside.
ADDR_PERSON_REFERENCE_INSERT() - does not like something.
    BUPA_OUTBOUND_ADDR1_SAVE() - struggling with params.
    Any ideas - thank you?

Since the Vendor LSMW has no provisions to load contact addresses I wrote a separate report that used the same vendor load-data. In other words, this is a separate step after the LSMW is complete.
To update the contact address I used a simple BDC for tcode MAP2 (edit-contacts). (Too many SAP ADDRESS functions to deal with and the BDC was only a few lines and very clear.)
Note, tcode MAP2 uses PARNR to identify the specific contact in question. I had to first retrieve the PARNR for the contact created during the vendor load (LSMW) by their partner-function (PAFKT - this is easy) but also using their name (NAMEV & NAME1 which is hazy) since we had duplicates. ie same person same partner-function but with some other differences. In these cases, I just listed a msg on the output rpt that these could not be identified due to multiples.
However, once you know the specific PARNR, the BDC is a breeze.

  • How to batch rename images with YYYMMDD-City-State, type of format

I want to change the names of my files to YYYMMDD-City-State, type of format.. I tried using the file naming template but all that show on the photos is the date.file extension. What am I doing wrong
    Thanks
    Mike
Message title was edited by: Brett N

You need one other file name specification - such as original file number - because each file name needs to be unique, and the format Date-City-State alone doesn't create unique file names.
In the Library Module go >Library >Rename photo, and in the box that comes up click on the small triangle on the right of the field. This will bring up the file name editor.
In the file name editor you have to select four specifications for the file name. See screen shot:
Click <Done> and save the preset.

  • City, state & zip-code DB

    Hi,
Is there a free city, state and zipcode database available for US ?
Basically what I want is that I have two drop downs, 1 for state, 2 for city.
If a state is selected, cities for that state get populated from this database.
In the same way, if a zip code is entered, both the cities and state get populated from this db.
Thanks for all the help !

  • How to extract email address from Outlook friendly name cache

    Hi guys,
A while ago, somebody wrote a little VBA utility to help us to log CRM events. Whenever a user sends an email to a customer, it logs the fact in our CRM database. This is the programmatic process:
    1. Grab the email address from ActiveInspector.CurrentItem.To
    2. If it's a valid email address, all well and good. Proceed to Step 8.
    3. If not a valid email address (it must be a friendly name, perhaps located in Exchange), look for the address in:
    ActiveInspector.CurrentItem.Recipients.Item(1).AddressEntry.GetExchangeUser.PrimarySmtpAddress
    4. If it's a valid email address, all well and good. Proceed to Step 8.
    5. If not a valid email address (it must be in the user's Contact list), look for the address in:
    ActiveInspector.CurrentItem.Recipients.Item(1).AddressEntry.GetContact.Email1Address
    6. If it's a valid email address, all well and good. Proceed to Step 8.
    7. If not a valid email address, then crash!!!         <<------------------------------------------------- Here's where I'm stuck!
    8. Get the CustomerID from the CRM, based on email address.
    9. Do a bunch of other stuff (for example, send the email, and log the event in the CRM).
I'm a former Access MVP, and am highly experienced with VBA, but my forte is clearly not Outlook. What I'd like to do is find the email address by looking in the local cache, and make sure I get the actual email address rather than the friendly name.
I'm not sure if 'local cache' is the right word; I know Outlook stores frequently used email address in some sort of cache, even if the user has not explicitly stored it as a Contact. I just don't know how to find it. Can anyone point me in the right
direction, maybe with a method name?
Also, while mucking about with it, I found the following. Would it be useful in this scenario?
    ActiveInspector.CurrentItem.Recipients.Item(1).AddressEntry.GetExchangeDistributionList
    Many thanks,

Regards, Graham R Seach Sydney, Australia

    Hi Graham,
This might help you to figure things out a bit.
The contact cache you are looking for is called the nickname cache, also known as the "autocomplete stream."
The nickname files (.nk2) used by older versions of Outlook (2007 and below).
Outlook 2010 and 2013 does not use the NK2 file; it stores the autocomplete cache in the mailbox or data file and caches the addresses in an autocomplete stream at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache. The cache is stored in a file
    named Stream_Autocomplete_0_[long GUID].dat.
For applications that interact with Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013, the autocomplete stream is stored as a MAPI property and can be modified using the MAPI or the
PropertyAccessor object of the message. The PropertyAccessor object is exposed in the Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 object models.
Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 reads the autocomplete stream from a message in the Associated Contents table of the Inbox of the mail account’s delivery store. This hidden message has a message class and subject of IPM.Configuration.Autocomplete. The autocomplete
stream is stored on this message in the PR_ROAMING_BINARYSTREAM property (PidTagRoamingBinary Canonical Property).

  • How to extract email address from a certificate?

I have a PDF that has been signed with a digital signature.
Using Coldfusion/CFScript and JAVA calls with iText API, I am able to get the following information out of the certificate:
    - Validity dates (from/to)
    - Subject Fields
    - Issuer information
If I check the certificate in READER under the DETAILS tab of the certificate, I can see "Certificate Data" including the name "RFC822 email".
The subject fields of the certificate doesn't include the EmailAddress so my question is WHERE do I look to get the email address value for the certificate data "RFC822 email"?
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

Hi there, I'm looking for something similar but wanted to extract the date instead.
See attach snapshot (Note: this forum wouldn't allow me to upload signed PDF so I'm uploading the image instead)
I am aware that we can change the appearance of the digital signature to make the date visible but in most case, it is too small to read on hardcopies.
We resort by manually typing in the date, zoom into PDF (to see visible date associated with digital signature), to click on the digital signature image to open the signature properties dialog, or to open the Signatures tab window that's sitting at the left.
Manual typing in the date expose us to the problem when the PDF was created vs. the actual date the PDF was signed (data associated with digital signature/certificate).
    Hope I am making sense.
    Regards,
    Devin

  • How can I stop the add multiple bookmarks pop up from filling the width of the screen?

Whenever I try to add more than one link to my bookmarks, the pop up that asks to add those links fills the width of the screen. It happens when I try to add all the current tabs to bookmarks, as well as when I use the add on, multi links. This makes it really hard to add links because I have to go to the other side of the screen to find the ok button.
I want to resize the pop up to a more managable size. However, even though I should be able to resize it, I cannot figure out how. I've also tried minimizing it, but the next time I tried to gather more bookmarks, it was back to the big size again.

    Hi All,
Does anyone have any experience about this topic? I want to use SAP R/3 as a source system and after i extracted the data to business content DSO's in BW  ,i will generate authorization objects from DSO 's.
I am using standar BC DSO 's

    Hi Ozan,
You can go though thread provided by Suman, These DSO's will help to maintain Analysis Authorizations in BW automatically In-short you don't need to maintain it, it will come from R/3 and same will be configured in BW.
