How to fill fields in the script ..

I wanted to make sap script which have excise details .
It has total 17 fields .. the standard example is J_2i_rg1 is the standard sap form.
and program name is j_2irrg1 . my out put will also similar to this ..
my problem is how i have to fill all the filelds in custom script. and how to allign correctly .
Please let me know .... tell me step by step procedure

Hi,
Are you copying the driver program and SAP print form from the standard one. If you are just making your custom form and not the driver program then you can directly use the data which is fetched by program.
For fetching extra info which is standard prog is not fetching you can make use of PERFORM command. Follow below link:-

I created a pdf with some filled fields. The person I e-mailed it to said it was blank.

I open a PDF, use form wizard to detect and create fields, end form wizard, fill in some of the fields, save doc, and e-mail it. Recipient says PDF fields are all blank. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Using Acrobat 9 Pro.

If you are sending a quote and they do not need to deal with the form itself, after you complete the form just flatten it so that the form fields go away and are embedded as part of the PDF. Then save to another name (assume you already do that). Then you are simply sending a PDF to them, not a form. The form is simply being used by you to create a quote. This may be your best solution and makes it independent of viewer.
OK, I really don't know how to flatten the form directly, but a simple alternative is to print the completed form to a new PDF. I am sure that others may be able to tell you how to flatten the form in a more direct manner. In any case, if you can get the end result into a simple PDF format and not a form, then your customers should not have a problem reading it. Bill

I have been successful running a javascript as a batch, but don't know how to run it from the Acrobat window on the current file. It was a heck of a lot more straight forward in older versions of Acrobat where there was an obvious run button. But then I may just be missing something obvious that the manual does not discuss.

How can I include all the scripts in a folder?

I've been using CFAJAXIMPORT to import all the scripts from
CFIDE. I need to include this folder to get things like CFWINDOW to
work properly. I'm attaching how I've been trying to import all the
scripts but I get an error when I use CFAJAXIMPORT. It says
"Invalid usage of AJAX tag" "Use cfajaximport tag to specify
SCRIPTSRC or make sure all ajax controls are inside a single cfform
tag that has SCRIPTSRC". The leads me to think that CFAJAXIMPORT is
not the correct way to load all the scripts from a specified
directory. This how I call that CFAJAXIMPORT tag:

How to update fields in the target table in correspondance with the source file values

Environment: win7, SQL server 2008 R2
Application: Microsoft Management SQL Studio 2008 R2, Business Intelligence 2008 - SSIS
SSIS competency level: Novice
Problem: I have been trying to update some of the fields in the destination table,student table, in reference to data set in the staging table and ssn table. I was able to insert/load new data to the destination using look up transformation
while the driver is ssn (data mapping) but i couldn't know how to update some of the fields in the student table while keeping the orignal pn_id of both tables(ssn and student tables), because pn_id already exists in the SSN table and student table. There
are other records also associated with the pn_id so I am not allowed to update the pn_id in the destination tables. For example,

How to hide fields using java script

Hi,
I have some fields in my form that I want to hide on click of one checkbox.
I have added the javascript into click event(change event also) of check box when previewing in the Adobe LiveCycle Designer, the fields are hidden successfully when I select the checkbox. But when I deployed the same PDF, the fields are not hiding on click of check box.
I have install ACF and set it as dynamic form.
My Adobe Life Cycle Designer Version - 7.1
I have put some alert statement to access the presence property of the object. The property is invisible in alert statement but could not understand why it is not hiding the fields.
Another important observation if I am writing the same code in initialise event then it is hiding field.
Please help me in this.

I am facing the same issue. Were you able to fix it ?
Before deploying the xdb, the script works fine. After deployment it does not work.
I used the code :

Z BDC Field in the script

Hello Gurus,
We are working on Interactive script in the SAP CRM 7.0 and we are having a problem when a variable that comes from a non-standard BOL object is include in the script.
This BOL is not used in any view and it is just used to show additional information about the BP in the interactive script.
So we have the the BDC Field //CurrntCustomer/BuilZEncuestaCSConPeritoRel/NUM_SINIESTRO
In order to create the this BDC Field we have made a Z class as a sub-class of CL_BUIL_ABSTR and we redefined the READ method ( the class reads data from a Z table)
The attribute NUM_SINIESTRO is a field type NUMC(10) and when it is showed in the script it is in blank (0000000000) It does not show the real value.
At same time, we customized the corresponding enters in the view u2013 CRMV_OBJ_BUIL and u2013CRMV_MODEL_BUIL

Yes you can undo the delegation at any point of time not to worry. It is just atable entry.
Go to swo1->Settings->Delegates
If you want to use a Custom Business object that is a delegate of a Standard Business Bo you can use it. You create a Virtual attribute in your custom Business Object. If you delegate the Custom bo with Standard BO. Whenever you refer to standard Business Object you will have this Custom attribute in your kitty. This will help in start Condition.

Yes I have tried, I have place a break point in that perform but it does not stop. I think that is not the correct place to added and populate fields. That routine is for populate selection screen ranges single and multiple values and parameters only.

How to fill text with the negative of the background image

I have a picture of grass as the background. I am trying to put text on the image, and have the fill of text be colored as the negative of the background grass image colors. To represent what I wish to do, I demonstrated the color I wish to obtain inside the fill by highlighting the text over the image. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

As I (mis)understand it, you may:
1) Copy/replace the image on top of itself;
2) Invert the colours of the copy image;
3) Place the text (which may be live Type) on top of the copy image, select both (not the original image), and Object>Clipping Mask>Make.

How to fill matrix with the output of recordset query?

Hi all,
I want a user matrix to load data when I hit a button and the data to be filled is the output of an sql query. binding the matrix columns with table columns and then load the matrix with DBDatasource attached to that table will not do in this case as the columns in the sql query are from several different tables or views.
writing following line to do this takes several minutes to load the data:
For j = 0 To Reordset.RecordCount - 1
Matrix.AddRow()
Matrix.Columns.Item("col1").Cells.Item(i).Specific.value = Recordset.Fields.Item("cardcode").Value

Is there any other way to fill the matrix in this case, which loads the data faster?

The CFL-Form opens and returns the choosen value(s) at the CFL-event. But writing to MTX still not works with this code...

Items will be filled in system matrix in the lost focust event of the Customer Code selection in the Sales order Document
how can i fill the system matrix through code
one thing that first column(ItemCode) of the system matrix column is a Icombbox type
Now i need to fill out item code using code
can any one suggest the answer

You need to catch the Validate event, when pVal.BeforeAction = False for form items 4 (CardCode) and 54 (CardName) of the Sales Order form.
Concerning the form's matrix, you can fill it but you cannot change it (you cannot change the ItemCode column into a ComboBox. Is is a EditText)
Fill a System matrix's Cell with the following code:
Dim oMatrix As SAPbouiCOM.Matrix = oForm.Items.Item("38").Specific
oMatrix.Columns.Item("ItemCode").Cells.Item(Row_Num).Specific.Value = "Item_Code"

Are you talking Web Dynpro? There is a seperate forum for that.
If you are, I believe it is not possible to change structures that you import as a model. (standard structure?)
You can create your own custom structure that contains the model structure + the field you require.
I hope it makes sense.
