How to find a trigger point of a PC

Hi,
We have PC which wasn't scheduled but got executed in the system.
Now we need to find out how the PC got triggered.
I can see  Process chain is used as a local chain (using RSPCCHAIN table) in parent PC which was scheduled on the week-end.
The parent chain was scheduled on the week-end and was executed perfectly. I can see successful log for both the PCs(i.e. Parent and child PC our chain) (on 28th aug)
But some how  this chain has been triggered during a weekday (31th aug) and I am unable to find how this chain got triggered. There is no log for 31st aug for Parent chain.
Kindly help, I want to know how do we find how a particular chain got triggered.
Regards
Vivek

Can you check If there was any transport for the PC which has start variant 'immediate' ?
Check if someone has scheduled mistakenly , or any events ?
SM37 - check the job log details for 31st Aug , was it scheduled regular time ?

  • How to find a second point on a line given a point and distance

    Hi All,
My requirement is: Given a point on a line and distance, I have to find the second point. All geometries are in LRS.
I tried using SDO_LRS.LOCATE_PT, it is returning the second point from the start of the segment but I want to locate the point from the given start point. Kindly suggest in how to solve this.
    SQL Used:
    SELECT SDO_LRS.LOCATE_PT(a.shape, m.diminfo, 9, 0)
    FROM lrs_access_fiber a, user_sdo_geom_metadata m
    WHERE m.table_name = 'LRS_ACCESS_FIBER' AND m.column_name = 'SHAPE' AND a.unique_id = 1996;
    Regards
    Venkat

    Hi Luc,
Thanks for the information. I have implemented this in a slightly different way like:
    1. Firstly, found the distance (Distance_a of the point selected from the start point of the segment using:
    SELECT SDO_LRS.GET_MEASURE(SDO_LRS.PROJECT_PT(a.shape, m.diminfo,MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY(2301, 8307, NULL, MDSYS.SDO_ELEM_INFO_ARRAY(1, 1, 1), MDSYS.SDO_ORDINATE_ARRAY(xa,ya, NULL)) ), m.diminfo ) into Distance_a FROM LRS_ACCESS_FIBER a, user_sdo_geom_metadata m WHERE m.table_name = 'LRS_ACCESS_FIBER' AND m.column_name = 'SHAPE' AND a.unique_id = Input_Fiber_Id;
    2. Then added the given distance (b) to this computed distance (Distance_a ) to get the distance of the second point (Distance_b).
    Distance_b := abs (Distance_a + b);
    3. Then used SDO_LRS.LOCATE_PT with offset=0 and distance=Distance_b to get the second point.
    select SDO_LRS.LOCATE_PT(a.shape, distance_pt, 0) into point_geometry from LRS_ACCESS_FIBER a where a.unique_id = input_fiber_id;
Please give your inputs and feedback.

  • How to  find an enhacement point in a standard FM.

    Hi All,
I have to find an enhacement point in a standard FM.Please guide me on how to do this?
Also what all things should i take care of while adding code at the enhancement spot as I
know sometimes a dump comes in such scenarios.
    Please advice,
    Saket.

    Hi Saket,
Do you want to find an Enhancement Point or an Implicit Enhancement Point?
If you want to find an Enhancement Point, then the string ENHANCEMENT-POINT. Enhacement Points are marked as ENHANCEMENT-POINT <enhancement Point> SPOTS <enhancement spots> STATIC. or ENHANCEMENT-POINT <enhancement Point> SPOTS <enhancement spots>.
If you want to find an Implicit Enhancement Point, then press SHIFT + F4 and then Edit -> Enhancement Operations -> Show Implicit Enhancement Options. This will show you the Implicit Enhancement Points in yellow color (if you are using the Old Front-End-Editor).
You might get dumps for a number of reasons. In that case go to the dump analysis and sort the problem. Moreover you might even get Short Dump while creating implementations of Implicit Enhancement. This generally occurs because of certain missing patches/upadtes. In such a situation ask the BASIS or admin team to upload all the necessary patches or updates.
    Hope this helps.

    Abhisek.

  • [How-to] Find the middle point between sides of two distant objects.

    [In reference to my attachment]
I would like to find the middle point between object A's right-most segment (in green) and object B's left-most segment (in blue), quickly, effectively and reliably.
Ideally, there's a function i'm not familiar with that exists . I would rather not resort to having to create more objects to "figure out" the middle point manually, so-to speak.

    Dandreu,
In a more general case than assumed in the first post, if you wish to have an actual key point, you may:
    1) Direct Select each of the path segments in question and Ctrl/Cmd+C+F+X+F,
    2) Select either and rotate it by 180 degrees,
    3) Object>Blend>Blend Options, with 1 Step, then Object>Blend>Make, then Object>Blend>Expand,
    4) Select the line in the middle and Object>Path>Add Anchor Point.
You may also do a similar way where you add an Anchor Point at the middle of the segments and ClickDrag with the Line Segment Tool between them, but that is a bit destructive.

  • How to find the shipping point creation Date and time

    Hi All,
Could you please help to solve this issue.
Some of the users created shipping point, Now I have to find out in which date and time the shipping points were created, is there any table to find. please help me.
    Regards,
    Muralikrishna

    hi Murali,
first define and assign shipping point in enterprise sructure in define shipping point EC07 and assign in OVXC
goto OVL2 and assign the shipping points
The following are used for the shipping point determination:
    1. Shipping conditions - Proposed from CMR. The entry in VOV8 for the sales document type if there overwrites the entry in the shipping conditions mainatined in the CMR.
    2. Loading group - Proposed from the material master record.
    3. Plant - proposed from CMIR - if not found then CMR - if not found then MMR.
But you should first define and assign the shipping point in the "enterprise structure" otherwise you will not be able to do the shipping point determination.
IMG - logistics execution - shipping - basic shipping functions - shipping point & goods receiving point determination - assign shipping points.
    Shipping point definition:
IMG - enterprise structure - definition - logistics execution - define, copy, delete, check shipping point. You have to define the shipping point here for the particular plant.
    Shipping point assignment:
IMG - enterprise structure - assignment - logistics execution - assign shipping point to plant. Here select your plant and assign the shipping point to the same.
    hope this helps,
    cheers,
    Hema.

  • How to find the end point URL for a Enterprise Service?

    Hi,
I'm trying to find the URL for a service called "DocumentERPFileVariantByIDAndFileVariantIDQueryResponse"
so it can be called through .NET.
I've been able to locate the WSDL and generated the proxy objects through this URL:
    http://<server>:8000/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/sdef_ECC_DOCUMENTFVBYFVIDQR/wsdl11/ws_policy/document?sap-client=<client>
But in the WSDL there's no end point definition included, so where can the service it self be found?
    Thanks.
    Regards,
    Frank

    Hi Frank
Did you check in SOAMANAGER if the service is there? If there is no end point there, you can create one.

  • Trigger points

    Hi,
I am wondering how to best use trigger points in routings and production orders to insert a rework operation into an existing production order. On a shopfloor rework could happen at any given operation. Does that mean that I have to maintain a trigger point in every single operation of the routing ? That looks like a lot of data to maintain. Is there any other way to "reuse" a trigger point ?
    Thanks

  • How to find the lines where messages are raised?

    Hi experts,
I have a great difficult to find some points where a message is raised.
In GUI interface, we can use the u201CUsed-Listu201D option and the system show us the lines where the message is raised.
In web-client, some good SAP programmers wrote the code u201Cif 1=2 message u2026u201D after he/she input message in the message manager classes (cl_bsp_wd_message_service, cl_crm_genil_global_mess_cont, etc). So the u201CUsed-Listu201D resource manages to find those points.
However, some bad programmers didnu2019t do that and it is almost impossible to know where the message is raised in certain situation, though I have its message class name and its number, for instance, COM_PARTNER u2013 559.

  • HT1199 My iTunes music list all have the exclamation point.  I do not know how to find the files to restore the music.  Any advice?

All the songs in my iTunes have the exclamation point.  I do not know how to find location of the music...any suggestions?

Ok, your music could be in one of a coupel formats, MP3 or, more likely, Apples AAC format, which has a m4a prefix.  Open Finder.  Hold Command and press F, this will open a search window in the top of Finder.  Type mp3 here, let it search.  If it finds your music files, double tap on one and "open Enclosing Folder"  That should show you where they are at.  If nothing is found, try searching m4a instead.  One of the two should show you where your music is.

  • How to find out particular work item is trigger by particular transaction

    Hi,
can any one tell how to find out particular work item is trigger by particular transaction. in swfrevtlog we ill get custom obj type and also super business obj type, but i need to identify this work item id is triggered by this transaction. can any one help,
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Sorry, but I don't believe that's possible. Even if you can identify the program, there could be multiple transactions that executed it.
The only possible way, I think, would be to add an enhancement / badi which uses the callstack to determine the calling transaction at the time he event is raised (and then stores it somewhere).
    But that's not very elegant.
Why do you need to know the triggering transaction? To influence the workflow? If so, another approach might be this:  pass the transaction code as an additional parameter to the workflow event & then pass that to the workflow.
    cheers

how to find that 2 references are pointing to same obejct??

I wnat to know above because i want to check if ps in

  • How to find inflection point in graph when dx is very small

    Hello,
I'm trying to sort through position data from a feedback pot to calculate linearity of movement as part of a testing procedure. An image of the data is attached. I want to delete all data in the 'flat' part, in order to do a linear fit and R^2 of the sloped line.
This is made trickier by the fact that the number of samples, the start and end points, and slope of the line can all vary considerably. Therefore I need some way to find the 'knee' in the graph and remove all subsequent samples from the data.
The most obvious method I tried was to use a derivative to find the inflection point, but since I have so many data points, the dx is very small
(~0.05) when using the built-in labview derivatives. This means that I can't distinguish the inflection point from any other change in the values due to noise or change in velocity. I made my own derivative function, which was a newton quotient that looked at (xi+N)-(xi-N) instead of (xi+1) - (xi-1), but this still did not give good results. My next idea is to just look at the difference of every N points, and arbitrarily decide a threshold to indicate when it has levelled off. Any other ideas would be really helpful though.
    Thanks,

Lets see if I can answer without having to write a book.
Fisrt I'd run the data through a zero-phase shift low pass filter. Then look at the 2nd derivative to find the knee. Using a zero-pahse shift fileter I was able to detect when a value was jumping up when it started to jump rather than after. THis thread may be interesting.

  • How to find nearest point on polyline

    Hi,
I have to find the nearest point to my standing point on a polyline. I have Oracle Locator installed, but my data is not in a locator format. Is it possible to do this by using Locator's functionality by for example puting the polyline and standing point coordinate values into a spatial type variable and calling some locator functionality?
Or I have to coordinate data into a "spatial enabled" table, create spatial index etc and then call some Locator procedure.
    Tamas

    Luc,
    Thanks for the reference.
When the data is converted, finding the nearest vertex in an sdo_geometry object could be done this way (of, of course, many):
    select f.vertex_id,f.dist,f.min_dist,f.a_vertex
      from (select p.vertex_id,
                   sdo_geom.sdo_distance(p.the_point,p.a_vertex,0.005) as dist,
min(sdo_geom.sdo_distance(p.the_point,p.a_vertex,0.005)) over (order by sdo_geom.sdo_distance(p.the_point,p.a_vertex,0.005) asc) as min_dist,
                   p.the_point,
                   p.a_vertex
              from (select t.id as vertex_id,
                           mdsys.sdo_geometry(2001,NULL,mdsys.sdo_point_type(358615,5407047,null),null,null) as the_point,
                           mdsys.sdo_geometry(2001,NULL,mdsys.sdo_point_type(t.x,t.y,t.z),null,null) as a_vertex
                      from table(sdo_util.getVertices(
