How to find an XML message ID with a wildcard QueueID

Hi,
My scenario is: transfer purchase orders from SAP SRM to marketplace(3rd party system)
The QoS is EOIO, therefore my POs are transferred with Queues but each queue has a leading prefix which are all registered.
The project is already go-live for over 6 months.
I have tried with SXMB_MONI of course, the display of Messages is far too limited(only 2000 messages is allowed to be displayed one time, or, is any way to adjust this?)
And also a table called SXMSPMAST, I searched with a queue id "*3000012345" in the field "QUEUEINT", no result. (3000012345 is the PO number)
Is there any other table to find a certian message by queue id?

do you realy want to search for message id by queue it?
wouldn't it be easier to search with PO number
(which is probably inside the XML message?)
if so then you can use TREX to search inside the XML messages
payload (from XI SP15)
isn't this an easier way?

Function IRC_VIS_HOME_PAGE will have 2 parameter defined for it which are OASF and OAHP where
OASF=<SelectedFunctionName> - this tells the Framework to select this function in the given "Home Page" menu context.
OAHP=<HomePageMenuName> - this is used ONLY with the OASF parameter, and it is used to establish the current menu context. It should point to a "Home Page" menu.

For outbound IDoc the program can be found:
1) For master IDoc via transaction BD60. Here for the message type you can find the function module used to generate the IDoc. Within this function module you can find the user exit where you can code your logic.
2) For IDocs with message control (output control) we maintain settings for proces code in WE41. This process code will lead to outbound IDoc generation program.
For Inbound IDoc the program can be found:
Via WE42 where inbound process and its related inbound function module is maintained.
In each cases above we can go the function module and find the customer exit where idoc enhancement logic can be coded.
For extending IDoc look at the following links:

It can be summarized as follows:
Enter transaction WE30 (ALE->Extension-> IDOC types->Maintain Idoc type)
- Type in your name of the extended IDOC type (usually starting with 'Z') and click on the Basic IDoc type, click the create icon.
- Click on Create new and enter a description and press enter.
- Click on ZIDOCTYPE01 and then on the Create icon.
- Enter ZIDOCTYPE as the segment type, click on Segment Editor.
- Enter a description for your segment type and create.
- Enter a description for your segment, enter each field required in your IDoc and press enter to validate.
- Save and generate, press back
- To release the segment choose Goto, Release from the menu.
- Check the box on the line of your segment.
- Save, back and enter.
- Your Idoc type structure should be displayed with your new segment.
- Save and back.
- To release the Idoc type choose Extras, Release type from the menu and Yes.

Sure others will have some other ideas, but here's what I typically do to get the XML from a JMS queue. Inside the Global Automatic that pops the messages off the queue you'd have logic similar to this:
artifactInfoNodes as Any[]
xmlObject as Fuego.Xml.XMLObject = XMLObject()
load xmlObject using xmlText = message.textValue
. . . Once you have this, it's a matter of deciding what you want to do with the message. Most times you'll parse the XML (using XPATH statemens), set argument variables and create a work item instance.

1.how to find the XML document size in a File-File scenario?
2.What is mass-assignment replication etc.....
Can anybody tell me the solution for these.

If the input is a flat file, there is no exact way to calculate the size of the generated XML file, since it depends on many factors (number of fields in the recordsets, size of the name of the fields, number of records, etc).
As a rule of thumb, generally ppl use XML file size = 2 x Flat file size, in order to do sizing calculations etc. But again, that is just an estimation, not a precise calculation.

We have a requirement to alter the text on few buttons and headers for a Published Site. I have modified the Seeded JSP and saved as xxseeded.jsp and deployed in $OA_HTML. Now i want to add this custom JSP to the Display Template but i don't know how to find the Display Template Associated with the Seeded JSP. So, i need to know the Programmatic access name for the Display Template which uses this Seeded JSP as Source file. Is there any where i can check?

we have big xml-messages in our filesystem, which are processed by XI 3.0 (SP11). We are using the file inbound adapter. Now we want to split these big xml-message into some smaller messages.
Exist there a corresponding function to the "xml.recordsetsPerMessage" which is working with xml-files?

I got a requirement that one of our end user a a error message is populating when he tries to enter the data in 2001 absences infotype.
I check the documents ...it is written as a there is long back they modified the original T-code of 2001(report or userexit not sure) to allow only HR Department people , no one can enter the details apart from HR ,no-one else should be able to do that!!
Now i need to find where the error message is getting .............i dont know what is the best approach,
i debugged it(before savgin) but its too long to find......I put the break points for the user-exits available for the infotype(Total i found 16 Package PTIM) ......no user-exit is triggerring..i searching from morning....
The main problem is it is working fine for me.I am not getting error message...so unable to catch
Please help me how to search...or need to search with 'AUTH ' field? if so in how many programs?
or need to search using the 'MESSAGE' i just have the screen shot of the message..with the content how could i found that ??

How/ Where to Monitor XML Messages of Provider Webservice ?

Dear SDNers,
I would like to Monitor XML Messages for Provider Webservice.
I would like to tell upfront that SXM_MONI or SXI_MONITOR in ABAP Stack does not show any Messages.
I have used SOAMANAGER which is the normal Transaction related to doing all things with Webservices. Even here i have found anything Messages.
I could only see Success Messages under Webservice Logs(Webservice Logging and Tracing).
Would like to know how/ where to do i monitor XML Messages for a Provider Webservice ?
The Search around several places could not yield much to me about this Mointoring of Webservices.
A lot of documents talk about Service Provision/ Consumption, Registry, WS-RM etc. but nowhere i could encounter about Monitoring of Webservices.
So the normal links to Webservices documents where documents/ links describe about Service Provision/ Consumption, Registry, WS-RM, Protocols, Security, Transports etc. will not be of much HELP to me here.

Hi Nick,
There is no big difference between synchronous interface monitoring and asynchronous interface monitoring.
Just goto SXMB_MONI, click on inbound message, it will automatically displaying one tab with name response message. Click on that response message to view the message content.
In PI7.1 you can see response message and reqquest message in RWB. Open the message by click on that, it will automatically dispay request and response messages

Need to know how to find out the Variant associated with a background job

Hello,
Plz help me in finding out how to find the variant associated with a background job. I need to know which variant does the program picks up when it runs the scheduled background job. There are so many variants that exist. How do I figure out which one is being picked up by the program. When I go and see into the job that are already finished it shows the parameter as "&00000000645354" which I do not understand what it corresponds to. I was expecting a variant name instead of this number in the parameter field. Is there a way I can find out the name of teh variant the program is using automatically in the background job ??

Yes it is possible which is variant, input fields are choosen
- go to SM37 and locate the background job which was processed using proper selection criteria
- select the Job and click on 'Step' button availabe in the screen
- the new screen is 'step list overview'. now, place the cursor on selected variant avaialble on the screen, then from Menu >> Goto>> variant
which gives the list of input values.
