How to find out the Gradient Object Information?

Is it possible to find out wheather the textframe contains "gradient object" or not through programmatically(Vbscript or javascript). Kindly advice me, also please provide any examples.

How to find out the overlapping object?

Is it possible to find out wheather one pathItem which not in horizontal and vertical position be overlaped or touched any other items like pathitems,textframes etc. in illustrator cs3 active document.
I got the top, left, right and bottom values of the bounding box for every items. From that i got the overlap of bounding boxes. But i don't know how to find out one pathItem overlaped (or) touched any other items. Kindly advice me the possibilities. I have attached the sample file for review.

You always can copy your art and implement "Intersect" in Pathfinder
using sAIActionManager->PlayActionEvent(...).

Thanks for your response. Some time the operator will set the wrong "save as setting" in the eps file . So i need to check wheather the operator set the correct save as setting or not. If the operator set the wrong save as setting, i need to inform while running the script. at least you need to know the application you are talking about. Then you can goto that particular area and evaluate the content (cubes, infoobjects, infosources, datasources). It will surely give you an idea of the fulfilment of your requirements by the content.

If you have restrictions at the infoprovider level in the RKF then it is coming from that particular infocube.
Or go to the selection option in the multiprovider...her you can get the mappings of which key figure is populted from which infocube.
For characteristics you will have to look for identification tab in the characteristics option.

I need this information for my insurance!

But there is no "S" on the first digit!??
So it is maybe "Y6" which can be November 2006! Is this right?

The Toshiba serial number (S/N) includes details of the date of manufacture. The first digit of the serial number indicates the Month of manufacture and the 2nd digit indicates the Year.

I know, this post is quite a while ago, but: This simply does not work for me. Neither for simple PathItems, nor for the characters of a TextFrame.
Working on: Illustrator CS5.5, Mac OS, Javascript
Simple example:

This returns always CMYKColor, RGBColor or GrayColor, even if there is no Color assigned to the objects stroke or fill!!
For PathItems there is the attribute ".filled" or ".stroked", which returns "true" or "false" and is reliable.

Is there anything similar for Characters? I tried this one, but it does not work (because I think it does not exist):

I just need to find out, if the characters in a textfield have got a fill or stroke color. Reliable.

Simialr information is available in DBA_HIST_SYSSTAT.
Look for stat name logons cumulative/logons current - Total number of logons since the instance started/Total number of current logons
You can joing dba_hist_snapshot with snap_id and give begin_interval_time and end_interval_time to know historic process utilization.
