How to find request of deleted queries(its urgent)

hi,
i just want to know how to find the request of deleted queris to transport to quality and production system and what is the standard process to delete the queries.

Hello Viral Shah,
If you want to delete queries and transport them you can go to BEx->open Query->search for the query you want do delete->press the trash button->add to transport
Now you can transport it to QA and PROD and that query will be deleted in all the systems where the transport went with success.
You can do that to whatever queries you want.
Please assign points,
Diogo.

  • How to find the list of Queries/Reports which are using Exceptional Aggregation in SAP BI?

    Hi All,
We are interested to know how to find the list of Queries/ Reports which are using Exceptional aggregation in SAP BI.
Please let us know is there any table's to check the list of reports using Exceptional Aggregation in SAP BI.

    Hi,
    Here you go..
    1) Go to table RSZCALC and get list of ELTUID where AGGREXC is not INITIAL and AGGRCHA is not initial; now you get only exception aggregation set based on some chars. Also you can further add STEPNR = 1 since your intention is just to get query name , not the calculation details; this will reduce number of entries to lookup and save DB time for next steps.
Here you will get list of exception aggregation UUID numbers from which you can get properties from RSZELTDIR.
    2) Pass list of RSZCALC-ELTUID to table RSZELTXREF - TELTUID and get list of RSZELTXREF -SELTUID - this table stores query to it's elements maping kind.
    3) Now again pass RSZELTXREF - SELTUID into same table but into different field RSZELTZREF - TELTUID and get RSZELTXREF - SELTUID
This step you get query reference sheet or column or query general UUID for next step.
    4) Pass list of RSZELTXREF - SELTUID into RSZELTDIR - ELTUID with DEFTP as 'REP'. Now you get list of query names in RSZELTDIR - MAPNAME and description in TXTLG.
Note: you can also get the reference chars used for exception aggregation from RSZCALC - AGGRCHA field.
    Hope this helps.
Please keep in mind, it might take more time depends on how many query elements you have in the system...

To know the OS would have been helpful
First ask the people around you if anybody did it, maybe he is man enough to admit...
Try to find out who logged at the time when the directory was deleted.
    - check the OS syslog (/var/adm/syslog/syslog.log for hp-ux, /var/log/messages for linux)
    - try the last commando to get a list of who logged on when
    - check the command histories of the sidadm, root user, use the history command, or the h alias
    - check if there are scripts running, which regularly delete files
As the trans directory might be NFS mounted to other servers, you might need to do the checks there too.

  • How to find out who deleted the central person ID of a pernr.

    Hi,
I have a pernr 100 whose central person ID is deleted. I would like to know how can i find out who deleted it. Which table gives this information.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Soumya.

It is stored as a relationship in HRP1001 & unless you have table logging turned on for this db table, I don't think you will be able to find out who deleted the Central Person. You can try running the Report RHCDOC_DISPLAY .

  • How to find out which abap queries were executed by a user

    Dear SAP Gurus,
Is there a way to find out which abap queries were executed by an end user in the recent past??
1.I tried using the t-code "stat" BUT:
dont seem to be getting any results even though I put the start time almost 2 months back.
2.Also when using STAT, I give the report name of the query in the program field but it seems to truncate it.
Any ideas how can I find out which abap queries were executed by the end user.
thanks a lot, I'll make sure to award points for your help.

STAT will give you the information for a limited period of time and is limited to the server which you are logged onto yourself. Beyond 24 hours it is of even less use even if you change the selection screen values.
If you want it for a period way back into the past, then you need to use ST03N.
There are at least 2 dependencies and 1 confusion:
1 dependency) The length of period is determined by the size (length) of the file. You can change this in ST03N (default 50MB) via the menu settings.
2 dependency) The stat collector jobs need to be scheduled to write the information to ST03N (once per hour is a legal requirement in some non-banana republic countries).
1 confusion) There is an obscure function which converts a report submit to a transaction name (there is not much difference anyway) and an even more obsure one which filters what ST03N will record and therefore whether you can read it. You can (un)filter these things away if you search the SAP Marketplace for the term "MONI".
What is of particular value from this control is that you can even detect a submission of an abap which only existed temporarily.
Also note that having this information is potentially very powerfull with respect to the users (some of them are human too), so you should expose and use it responsibly.
You should also ensure that only responsible users / auditors have access to S_TOOLS_EX.

  • How to find out manual deletion of planned orders in APO.

Planned orders are created on multiple bom levels when we call CTP from GATP for sales orders. For particular sales order there is no planned ordere at lower level. Dependent requirement is there which is uncovered.
I want to find  somebody has deleted this planned order manually in apo. How to find out the same?
    Regards,
    Santosh

    Hi Santosh,
If you suspect that the planned order was created but later on deleted manually, there is a cross check you can do to determine that.
In case of MATP, System uses the higher level Planned Order number to create the Dependent Demand at the lower level and only when this dependent demand is covered by a planned order it assigns the corresponding planned order number to it. So if you see the dependent demand number with same  number as the higher level planned order for which it was created, you can be sure that a planned order was not created to cover the dependent demand that you see uncovered.
If the dependant demand number is not same as the planned order at higher level, then the planned order to cover the dependent demand was deleted.
I guess CTP also works the same way. If you're unsure about this, test it out.
    Hope it helps.

    Mohan

  • How to find who has deleted the query in Production system

    I Experts,
I have an issue. Someone has deleted one query in Production system.
How can i find who has deleted the query??
I searched the ans for the same i the below threads :-
    Query deleted in production
How to find out who has deleted the production Query
But it didn't help me as i couldn't understand how to use the transaction SLG1.. Can Someone please explain me how can i find out who has deleted the Query..
    Regards,
    Pavan Raj

    Hello,
Please, remember the date on which date the query has seen last time  in the production server. You can use the last date in the From date and To date would be current  date and execute the SLG1 tcode. It would list you all the logs in the Object text you can search for BEX Query designer and sub object text column you can check for delete logs options.
Double click on the object will list you the query and name. From the user column you can find who has deleted the query.
Might be this can help you for analysis.
    Thanks

  • How to find requester info.

    Hi All,
How can we find requester details for a BPEL Process.
I mean how can i see from which client the request has come for a particular instance.
Can we find the client IP etc...
    Thanks

    Hi,
You can find this in the Apache access logs under ORACLE_HOME\Apache\Apache\logs, access_log.<some_sequence_number>; these logs are rolled every 12 hours by the system. The logs provide the IP, timestamp, and what service was called, along with the HTTP response code (200, 500 etc).
    Hope this helps

  • How to find out who deleted the standard table enteries

    Hi,
Somebody has deleted entire KNA1 in one of our systems. Is there any way to find out who deleted the entries?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Kumaran Duraiswamy.

    Hi
Look for help from an ABAPer. Go to SE11 for KNA1, use 'where-used list (ctrlshiftF3) and search for report that begin with Z* or Y* (perhaps LZ* or LY*, ie: function modules). See the ABAP coding if there is any instructions type:
      DELETE kna1 FROM xxx.
Check too if the option &SAP_EDIT in tcode SE16N works in your system (see SAP Note 1420281 - CO-OM tools: SE16N: Deactivating &SAP_EDIT for instance)
    I hope this helps you
    Regards
    Eduardo
PD: I forgot it, if option &SAP_EDIT works in SE16N, check the tables SE16N_CD_DATA and SE16N_CD_KEY.
