How to find SQL queries from listerner log

Hi,
I have a question related to Oracle listener log. I've tried searching on this forum but couldn't find any threads on this
Let me give a background on this. There are plenty of MSaccess databases which connect to Oracle database via ODBC link. I need to find out all the data items (Oracle tables / columns) that are referenced in the MS access applications. One way of doing that is open all MS access code components and look out for the ODBC links and extract the data items. This will be time consuming as there are several MS access databases (~450).
I am wondering is there is way to find the data items from Oracle logs. The only information available to me now is the listener logs. A sample record id given below. Is there any way to obtain the SQL queries that was used from the lister log.
08-MAR-2007 15:31:30 * (CONNECT_DATA=(SID=opr11a)(CID=(PROGRAM=MSACCESS.EXE)(HOST=PC12111)(USER=andrew.King))) * (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=10.111.200.2)(PORT=1921)) * establish * opr11a * 0
Any help in this regard is much appreciated

  • Extracting SQL Queries from Crystal Reports

    I am trying to find a way or a utility to be able extract SQL queries from Crystal reports into a text file for documentation purposes.  These queries are not in the repository, they were entered into each of the reports when the reports were being built and I can't find a way to extract them.  Any ideas/suggestions?

    Hello,
    CR doesn't have the ability, and I don't recall if this has ever been asked previously. Great suggestion for the Idea Place tab in the up right corner of this page.
    If you find a developer it's quite simple to get:
                // log onto the server and then get the SQL.
                rptClientDoc.DatabaseController.LogonEx("van-w-13-dwilli", "xtreme", "sa", "pw");
                GroupPath gp = new GroupPath();
                string tmp = String.Empty;
                rptClientDoc.RowsetController.GetSQLStatement(gp, out tmp);
                // show the SQL but easy enough to save the SQL text to a file.
                MessageBox.Show(tmp, "Data Source Set and SQL Statement", MessageBoxButtons.OK, MessageBoxIcon.Information);
    Of course you need to open the report first, lots of samples on how to...

  • SQL queries from a Citadel database

    We are retrieving data with third-party package SQL queries from a Citadel database. Certain queries for some object members will not return data, but the SQL search application software returns an "error". An analysis of the error from the SQL end does not find problem on SQL side. I suspect corruption of Citadel database. The link to database is good, as most tags do return a value as expected.
    This problem occurred at the time of re-location of the database to a replacement computer.  Any ideas on how to fix such a problem?

    Can you give an example of the "bad" SQL statement and a good one?

  • How to find out the users currently logged into ODI

    Hi all,
    How to find out the users currently logged into ODI Work Repository?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    It stores all the final queries in work rep table i.e "SNP_SESS_TXT_LOG" and the column is "TXT".
    Here u can find all the ODI bkp process queries.Pls specify the SESS_NO for purtivular task u want to check which u can get this in ODI operator.
    I dont think so that it will keep the substituted value(because its implicit and temporary process) but it will keep all the default values in the table SNP_VAR_SESS and the column is "DEF_V".

  • How to move SQL database from one location to another location i.e. from C' drive to D' drive

    Hi, How to move SQL database from one location to another location i.e. from C' drive to D' drive ? please share some link.
    Thanks and Regards, Rangnath Mali

    Hi Rangnath,
    According to your description, my understanding is that you want to move databased from C drive to D drive.
    You can detach Database so that the files become independent, cut and paste the files from source to destination and attach again.
    There are two similar posts for your reference:

    How to find SQL server backup was taken under compression mode ? I have disabled the Compress Mode backup setting but I want to make sure the backup is taken without compression.
    Is there a script for that?
    Thanks

    I have disabled the Compress Mode backup
    That is only a default setting, in backup command you can always overwrite it to a different value.

  • SQL queries in JDBC log?

    Hi all.
    I am using CMP entity beans on Weblogic 7.0 and would like to see the SQL queries
    which the EJB container is executing. I would think that I should be able to see
    these in the JDBC log file, but all I see there is DB connection logging.
    I've seen discussion in docs and various newsgroups that implies that these queries
    should be logged in the JDBC log. Do I have to change some parameter in order
    to see the SQL queries in the log file?
    Thanks.
    AL

    I'm using Sybase 12.5 with JConnect 4.5. Since I posted my question, I've found
    a suggestion to define weblogic.ejb20.cmp.rdbms.codegen.verbose=true on the java
    command line when I'm booting WLS. I can now see queries (as well as a bunch of
    other stuff) in the stdout of the weblogic server. But I would still like to have
    the queries logged. Of course, I could redirect stdout, etc. But I thought there
    should be another way, esp considering that the is a JDBC log file. Any suggestions
    would be appreciated.

    logging
    is left to the particular JDBC driver being used. Some drivers can be
    very informative
    or even over chatty, while others will log very little. What DBMS and

  • How to find unused queries in BWD?

    How to find unused queries in BWD?
    Please let me know the process after finding  unused queries to delete them,and  what are the various possibilities we need check before deleting??

    Hi Bharani,
    You can use Transaction RSZDELETE for deletion of query objects with respect to many selections.
    In that you have one selection as 'Last Used'. So you can deleted these queries which are very old and not used for long time.
    In case if you want to see these queries you can check in the table RSZCOMPDIR using SE16 giving the technical name of the query and here also you can find the field called 'Last Used'.
    Based on this you will be able to decide which query you can delete.
