How to fix Frame resizng

Question

Hello,
I have a JFrame, and I am trying to make sure that when the Frame is resized, it's contents like TextArea, Button, Label are not streched but keep their distances proportinately.
I am using BorderLayout as a layout manager and so the contents are being arranged using North, Center,....
I tried using myFrame.Pack() after adding the contents to it with myFrame.add(this) but when I am trying to resize the frame, everything gets moved. I will very much appreciate if you could tell me how I can make so the contents don't move.

it is a normal situation that the frame's contents moves
but if i understand you properly
try this ;
first of all You add 5 panels to the frame's BorderLayout (North,Center,........)
You should add the components(label,buton etc.) you want
to these panels
label.setBounds(x,y,w,h)
buton.setBounds(x,y,w,h)
mypanel1.setLayout(null) // this line is very important ,otherwise setbounds doesnt work.
mypanel1.add(label);
