How to get consolidated last financial year(1-July-2011 onwards) Tablesize

Hi All,
My database contain 120 tables.
Could you please suggest me the consolidated last financial year (1-July-2011 onwards) data size for 120 tables shared before?
How to get this/Is this possible Please advice.
I used below query, but date wise..how to do. pls suggest.
SELECT sum(BYTES)/1024/1024/1024 "SIZE IN GB" FROM DBA_SEGMENTS WHERE SEGMENT_NAME IN(Table1,table2…)

If the data is not partitioned, it is not easy to get the exact size, and it might be impossible.
I can see two approaches.
- use the vsize function to calculate the size of a row, and/or individual columns (I don't recall whether vsize supports the *)
set up an appropriate where clause
- get the avg_row_size from user_tables. Count the number of rows by year. Multiply.

How to get the last day of a month?

I want to know how to get the last day of a month.
In my JClient form, I tried to get it by using oracle.sql.Date method, that is:
lastday=oracle.sql.Date anydate.lastDayOfMonth();
But it does not work. The result is lastday=anydate.
Why?

You can use the Calender class...
Calendar c = Calendar.getInstance();
and then something like...
c.add(c.MONTH, 1);
int dayOfMonth = c.get(Calender.MONTH);
c.add(c.DAY_OF_MONTH, - (dayOfMonth-1) );

when fiscal period is greater than 12, only calculate the last day of 12nd month

Hi,
when you give a particular date in any month
the following fm will give you the last date of that month
here you can give
R_FDATE-HIGH as 01 and month as the period you wnat and year for current year
concatenates '01' month year into r_fdate-high separated by '.'.
then it will give g_ltdt for that month and year which wil be the last date of that month
    CALL FUNCTION 'RP_LAST_DAY_OF_MONTHS'
      EXPORTING
        DAY_IN            = R_FDATE-HIGH
      IMPORTING
        LAST_DAY_OF_MONTH = G_LTDT
      EXCEPTIONS

What do you mean by "get" and "transfer"?
If the shift register is not what you want, use a plan tunnel instead.

You have to check the system variable &NEXTPAGE&, if it's 0 it means you're in the last page.
From SAP Help:
This symbol is used to print the number of the following page. The output format is the same as with &PAGE& .
Note that on the last page of the output, in each window that is not of type MAIN, &NEXTPAGE& has the value 0.

OIM: How to get the last operation and data from a child form action

Dear OIM guru,
I have a regular Process form, a child form and a process definition. When there is an insert/delete into child form a trigger is raised and the process task gets called. The process task does whatever it needs to do on the target system. This is all fine. However, after the task completes, lets say successfully, I want to send out an email to the user saying, for example, group 1 has been added to you or just got deleted.
I am not able to figure out how to get that last operation and child form data. I am sure you came across this and if so please let me know how to do this.

So, Can I add a similar process task with the same exact condition one more time? I thought I couldn't use the same condition again. For example, when a group is deleted can I use the process data->child data->group Id with old value check box checked on another process task?

My scenario is am having Report A and Report B.
Report A is a Parent Report and which is having Date Column & Fact Columns.Report B is a Child report of Repot A which is supposed to show the completed last 3 ,6,12 months fact data in chart view.
eg,
Suppose value of Date in Report A is 23-Jul-2012 So in Report B i have to show june,april,may months data in chart view(like 6,12 months..).Because july month is not completed.
How i can achieve this? Kindly help me.

Approach would be take an itemediate report between A and B. Pass the date value to intermediate report which holds the date from Report A and
calucate what was the date for 3, 6 , 12 months. Now you get the date and year.
In the Repor B use FILTER from intermediate filter.
You can use TIMESTAMPADD or TIMESTAMPDIFF if possible.

How to get the Last cell in HSSFCell (Excel sheet)

I am trying to convert an excel sheet to a tab limited file.
I am using HSSF and unable to track how do i know if the cell encountered is a last filled cell in excel sheet
Some of the cells in the sheet can be blank. In that case i am just using inputting a '\t' for that cell and read the next one. But coz of this when i get the last cell, a tab is included for that too.
Can someone let me know how can i rectify this?
it seems like HSSFCell does not have any methos like lastCell or so

You check in R3...whether you have material data for that month...if yopu have data, in BW, run a repair full request by giving this criteria i.e. month criteria.
