How to get rid of unwanted brush border

I'm using a freeware 'blood splatter' brush but when I place it down there's an ugly border surrounding it - same thickness as brush stroke. It's not part of the actual brush effect itself though.
How do I get rid of it?

Actually i was doing it wrong - I just dragged the brush out onto the page and this makes the border appear.
However if I use the brush the 'correct' way - by drawing using the pencil tool then with the line still selected pick a bloody splatter brush - the colour of the brush is it's default black and not what I has selected - in this case green.
How do I change the colour of the brush or do some brushes just support a single colour?

Recently I've had this problem in Photoshop where if (on any color besides black) I lift my pen up the color overlaps.
Here's a screenshot as example.
The star to the left is what happen if I draw without lifting my pen (using one continuous stream of color) and the star to the right is the result I get when drawing normally.
I don't understand why this is happening. Opacity and flow are both at 100%. I checked under Transfer and both the jitters are at 0% as well.

If the opacity is less the 100% every time you add an additional brush on top of a previous stroke the overlap area will become more opaque more saturated.
When you use a single continuous stroke without stopping when you overlap area Photoshop does not increase saturation. This enable you to fill an area with a single color shade. If you have a tablet you can vary the paint opacity laid down by setting the brush transfer to pen pressure or be clicking the opacity icon in the option bar. Adobe paint and brush engine is highly adjustable make that very complex.

How to get rid of the black border around the artboard

Hopefully my last question for tonight.
I need to get rid of the black border around the artboard. The two images show my drawing lined up with the art board and then inside the artboard. The dark gray is not the artboard.
As you see, the artboard has a black border. I need to get rid of it. It shows up in my project when my color key is green. The black won't go to transparent.
So how-to get rid of the border? Thanks

I figured it out. View > Hide Artboards. Maybe this will help someone. Doesn't change the fact my spider looks like a tick:)

How to get rid of unwanted folders?

On the iCloud Drive i have several App-folders i don't want. One for Scripteditor, one for Preview, iMovie etc.
I dont´t want them and i don´t need them. A quick look in the library showed only the folders for personal stuff, and the iWork apps. Has anyone an idea how to get rid of them?

How to get rid of unwanted popups

Every time I open a website, there are annoying popups that would show up. Sometimes it would also ask me to allow or trust a certificate, which I am unsure of. I would really want to get rid of them because I am quite concerned that it may be a virus or something. I just wanted any advice whether I can do something about it on my own or do I have to go to the apple store to get further help.

When you say "cancel sandbox" where do you do that -- in a Firefox add-on or in some other software?
If you normally start up Firefox using a shortcut, can you check its properties and see whether the other program "sandboxing" it is identified there? You might also be able to edit the path to its default, which of my Win7x64 is:

Browsing through my 37000 images - mostly imported from iPhoto, I recogize that a lot of them are (for some strange reason, or error on my part) imported twice.
It typically manifest itself like 2 project files like this:
2003-05-16-21-2
2003-05-16-21-2 (1)
....with a lot of the content in the 2 projects being identical. I also get quite a bit of projects with names ending with .."Thumbs" containing small images.
Is there a way of safely removing identical copies and thumbs without having to traverse all the folders/projects manually?

How to get rid of shadowed border around screen on MacBook Pro?

Just wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of this shadowed border on the screen of my macbook pro. I think my young daughter made it appear when she was striking various keys at random on my computer when I was not there. The cursor does not work when its over the shadow (i.e. will not depress the red 'x' button to exit a window and I have to drag window out from under shadow to close it).
It also appears in the middle of screen when airplay is turned on. (See screen shots below)
I have been unable to find any other discussion on this issue.

How to get rid of border in the RowSetBrowser

I use the RowSetBrowser object with rounded corners option switched off like this:
RowSetBrowser.setUseRoundedCorners(false);
This creates the web page where the records are shown within the table with ugly border.
How to get rid of this table border ?
I have not found any relevant method in the class oracle.jbo.html.databeans.RowSetBrowser.

the "GiveFeedback" and "SendTo" links are called "FlexUI" commands. Most of that stuff is highly configurable and naturally you can remove them in the KM Configuration at
SystemAdmin->SystemConfig->KM->CM->UserInterface
-> ... -> ResourceRnderer
Your ResourceRenderer uses a CommandGroup. In this CommandGroup you can add/remove commands.
For example un your case its the CommandGroup "NewsDisplayGroup"

I'm running into some trouble with two things on mobile.
1. The project has no border on a desktop computer. When you view it on an ipad or iphone it puts a border around it. I found out this is due to scaling as it goes away when I add viewport, but I don't want viewport turned on. Does anybody know how to get rid of the border?
2. I have a navigation bar with a png image sitting inside the div. When you click the div it shows a video which works perfect on a desktop computer. When it's on an ipad or iphone you have to tap it twice. The first tap shows the mouseover effect (background color change) then you have to tap it again to show the video. How do I set it to show the video on the first tap? I tried touchstart but had no luck.

Regarding the first one, it's the only way I know of to get rid of that outline. The second question, have you tried getting rid of your mouseover and click event and just relying on the touch event? The only reason I ask is that sometimes the various events will interfere with one another, especially since the mobile browsers will try to mimic the desktop events as much as possible, but the reaction time can be poorer. For instance, I've found that iOS, touch events fire much quicker than a click event. Having both touch events and click events is kind of just a race condition waiting to happen.

Second question:
I don't know what you want to acheive but yhe only way I can think of to move a precise time into a clip is to select it and trim it - whilst trimming the time amount trimmed is displayed. Stop when you have the right amount then position the playhead there. You can then 'untrim it' and he playhead will be at the desired spot.
