How to go with the below mentioned logic for developing a schedular script.

Hi all,
I wanna develope a schedular script which will run as a task after specific period(say monthly or daily)
The records for the script will be picked from
SELECT ap.account_num,ap.account_payment_txt
FROM physicalpayment pp, accountpayment ap, account a, paymethoudhasfailecode pmhfc
WHERE pp.customer_ref = a.customer_ref
AND a.account_num = ap.account_num
AND pp.physical_payment_seq = ap.physical_payment_seq
AND pp.payment_method_id IN (1,2)
AND pp.physical_payment_status = 3
AND pmhfc.external_failure_code IN ('02','03','04','06','09','11')
AND pp.failure_code_id = pmhfc.failure_code_id
AND pp.payment_method_id = pmhfc.payment_method_id
I don't want the value of external_failure_code which is hardcoded here in the script ie('02','03','04','06','09','11') cause requirement as on today is only for these many failure codes, but later it may change and few more failure code might be added or deleted.
I want to build a logic that the script should take the failure code from another table which holds the value of failure code as a string value ''02,'03,'04,06,09,11'.
ie
name string_value
PAYMENT_FAILURE_CODES 02,03,04,06,09,11
In future if any modification in the failure code, changing the string value from the table will serve the purpose.

anyways you want snw[j] not snw[x]
a better way to do this is to load the dictionary into a hashmap,
then some psuedocode
if you find a word with a as the second letter, chop off the first two letters and then do myhashmap.get(choppedWord), which will tell you if you have a hit or not
I dont see the point in making a second array.
