Hello,
I deployed an EAR on weblogic. I have couple of resource files that I need to put in the server classpath. I get the following error when I try to access the web app.
java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name HtmlTemplates, locale en_US
If I copy the resource files in WEB-INF/classes then the error goes away and the application works well. Can someone please tell me a better way to include the resource files in the WebLogic ?

Hello,
First, we need to determine the terms we are using, in order to avoid confusion. We (including the documentation) are using "upload" to describe storing the file on the server, and "download" to pull it from the server into local machine.
You can use the "File Browse" item to upload any file you need from your local machine and into a database table. The default APEX configuration (in the dads.conf file) stored the uploaded file in a table called wwv_flow_file_objects$. In your application, you can access this table using a view called APEX_APPLICATION_FILES.
After you uploaded a file, any user can access it, using the download procedure described in the reference I gave you. The download procedure gives you an option to store the download file anywhere you need, using the "Open/Save" dialog box.
I believe this is covering everything you need. If you still having problems, please consider posting the relevant application pages on apex.oracle.com. It will be easier to understand and help you.

How to open a file, change the name and write file

Hi,
I want to open an existing .dat-file in Labview, manipulate the data and save this data into a new file with a different file name.
Though the name should be different I would like to use the old name and add something to it.
(In my programm the .dat file containes the date and time the data was
measured and I would like to keep this information in the filename.)
For example: the original title is file1.dat now I want to save it as file1_manipulated.dat
Is that possible? What is the best and easiest way to do it?

This will give me my path in string format. But to open a new file and then write my data into it, I need a path format (see right side of png)
Is that right?
I attached a png, so you hopefully get an idea where this is going. (I know this won´t work yet)
I open a file and this filename depends on the date and time the data was recorded. So I can´t work with a stringconstant.
Sorry for this beginner questions - this stuff is absolutly new to me.

Code relocation... how to "include '.js' file in the page" ..?

Several weeks back I was advised in a post ..: "For non .mac slideshow you need to include the photo page's .js file in the page that you want to jump from."
I asked for clarifications, but got no response.
Now, recovering from file corruptions and an os reInstall, I'm back up to speed again - at least sufficient to get back into that issue.
The subject was "remote link to 'slideshow' " at this page:

I was asking how to activate a s.s. from a link on a different page, given that I was not publishing to dot-mac.
The response of moving the .js file was a real left curve for me; I've no idea of what do do with the suggestion.

-Like, include the whole '.js' file..?
-Like where in the initiating page would I include the .js?
-Like would that .js need some of it's own modifications before moving it or after?
-Like are the modifications needed in page with the initiating link.
-and, am I suppose to move the whole .js file, or just refer to it someway?
Or is there some other way to do it?

You include javascript into a jsp in exactly the same way you do with html
<script src="myJavascriptFile.js"/>
It has nothing to do with the jsp per se, but rather the generated HTML page.

How to select all files from the application server.

I have a requirement to select all files with the same file format I.e i have created no of files with same name but different time stamps addition , now i want to select all the fiels and read the data into an internal table and sort them on the user requirement, I am using FM -
/SAPDMC/LSM_F4_SERVER_FILE to get single file name, i should also give the option on the selection screen for the user to select the file range I.e form which to which the sorting should be done.
could anybody suggest me the function module which selects all the file names .

I have an xml file under the directory WEB-INF but WEB-INF/classes, I want to read it through ClassPathResource class from Spring, and where I read this xml file is not in a Servlet class, how can I do? Thank you.

Webmethods should be able to handle it. if not you should convert the tline content into one xstring and pass it to webmethods.

1) Select the required entries from the tables you need (VBAK, VBAP, KNA1, etc)
SELECT VBELN ERDAT KUNNR
    into table it_vbak
    from VBAK
where VBELN = S_VBELN. "Selection criteria
If sy-subrc = 0.
SELECT VBELN POSNR MATNR
    into table it_vbap
    from VBAP
for all entries in it_vbak
where VBELN = it_vbak-vbeln
SELECT KUNNR NAME1
    into table it_vbak
    from VBAK
where VBELN = it_vbak-vbeln.
endif.
2) Loop at the entries, and read internal table it-kna1 for customer info.
Loop at it_vbak into wa_vbak.
read table it_kna1 into wa_kna1 with key kunnr = wa_vbak-kunnr.
if sy-subrc = 0.
endif.
loop at it_vbap into wa_vbap where vbeln = wa_vbak-vbeln.
endloop.
endloop.
This is the basic idea and short example of how to extract entries and read internal table.

I am developing an application for running in Desktop.
How should I make a executable so that I can launch application directly ?
Additionally, how to make the stage/scene to full screen throught the code (without explicitly mentioning height and width), because the monitor/display size might vary from model to model.

I don't know if you can make a standalone executable, although there are packagers for Java doing that. I don't know if they are usable with JavaFX. License prohibits to package the runtime, so it must be downloaded on each computer from Sun servers. That's what the JNLP does, I think.
You can also create a shortcut on the desktop with a setting in the JNLP: inside the <information> tag, you can put:
        <shortcut>
            <desktop/>
        </shortcut>to create a shortcut (user is prompted and can decline).

My new icloud acct on my imac is duplicating entries in calendar from my ipad; how do I get rid of the duplicates and how do I get one calendar to be the main one to start with

I've just installed Mavericks on my iMac and now my calendar has duplicate and now sometimes tripled events by syncing with my ipad mini regardless of whether the item already existed in the iMac calendar already. How do I remove the duplicates? It was being able to sync calendars and contacts which was one of my reasons for moving from Snow Leopard to Mavericks and now it's a mess.

Crista70, What is happening is you now have 2 calendars with the entries in them. If you go into View, then Show Calendar List, you will see all your calendars. Uncheck the ones listed as "From My Mac" or uncheck the ones listed as "iCloud" and they will no longer show as duplicates. Personally, I prefer unchecking the "From My Mac" calendars so that my calendars are all synced across the devices.

Hi,
You can do this without event also. Schedule PC1 first and then have PC2 as local to your PC1 and PC3 as local to PC2. In that way, as soon as PC1 is done it will trigger PC2 and as soon as PC2 is done it will in turn trigger PC3.
If you want it through an event, first create event in SM62 and you can trigger this event in SM64. Then for the PC1 in start variant, click on select conditions, select After Event and give this event name. Now again its better & efficient to trigger this even automatically, for which you need to write an ABAP program in SE38 and define a variant there. This ABAP program can be scheduled as a background job in SM36, click on Click on step on top. Give program name and variant.Click save.Next click on Start Condition and schedule is as your require it to run. So this background job starts automatically and runs your ABAP program which in turn will trigger your event and PC's will get triggered.
For both the approaches, you have to have PC2 & PC3 as Local chains as I explained above.
